The only tidbit that I will add is that this is more Americanized Mexican food and not in line with traditional Mexican restaurants. Now that I've gotten that out let me discuss this food. YUM! My job has had this placed catered several times over the last few years and they always deliver hot and fresh food when promised. I usually like the rice bowl piled high with beans, veggies, lettuce and all the fixings of pico--de-gallo, guac, crema and their warm chips and salsa. Today was our first time eating in their restaurant and I had their knockout tacos. They were pretty awesome with the only exception being their steak was a little too chunky for my liking (being that it was cubed) I'm more of a shredded beef girl-- tacos were great otherwise-- I'm dying to get my mouth on one of their make-your-own quesadillas or burritos. Tried it again....this time seems like they had the place pretty CLEANED UP...but that's due to the fact that it looked like they had a Management Meeting. However, I ordered NACHOS at $7.80 for the order....and it couldn't have been worst, my gosh.....if you serve LATINO FOOD...then serve it right! I really like this Qdoba, despite still being confused about how to say the name. When this restaurant moved in down the street from my work a few years ago I was there on opening day to try it out. I love Mexican food and am always curious how the new fast mex shop is going to put their own flavor on the style. Qdoba does well by bringing freshly prepared ingredients and fresh combinations to the table. I love their 3 cheese queso, it is great on a burrito or on the nachos. That cheese is probably single handedly keeping me coming back for more. Went in for dinner 9:15 for my son (closes at 10)- half ingredients not available because they said they were closing- would not even open another bag of cheese so got minimal scrapings. You are either open till close or not!!! Terrible meal. Owner should know their employees are screwing up experience. From now on, no Qdoba for us, Chipotle all the way. read more

Qdoba~! don't know what that means, but I'm a fan because it's fast, fresh, and as good as it gets for fast + fresh mexican food. everyday from 3-6 they have a $3 happy menu that includes a variety of choices from chicken taco salad to tostada soup. $3?! that's as good as it gets. it's regular sized portions, too. we got the chicken salad + chicken burrito and it was pretty good. Working so close to Qdoba has turned me into a Qdobaholic. It is SO delicious! I love that they have outside seating as well as seating inside, just in case that big yellow thing in the sky decides to come out long enough for us to enjoy some lunch outside! I give props to the people behind the counter. They are always fast, efficient, and CLEAN! Which is a major plus. It gets pretty packed around lunch time (noonish) from all the HS kids, but it is well worth the extra wait. read more

I'm really disappointed in this place. My family likes going here, but literally the last 2 times have sucked! I like placing the order online so I can just walk in and pick up. The last 2 times my order is half made when I walk in and I see the employees just messing around and talking to friends that are in hanging out. I sit there and watch them do this. I've even asked is that my food just sitting there?? I spend around $50-80 each time. I see that the tacos and nachos are what is sitting there. After I have to say something and it's already 15 minutes past my pick up time. Then they start making the burrito bowels when that should be done last. I get home with my food and it's horrible!! The rice is not done and the cheese sauce taste like it's burnt. The tacos are soggy and horrible. We just threw the whole meal away!! I will never ever go here again. This was the last time. I've even called talk to I thought was the manager and was going to take care of us the next time and nope! Don't waste your time! I'm pretty good about giving businesses a second chance but the last 2 times sucked!! read more

Nothing wrong with Qdoba, it's just that every time i eat here I find myself wishing I had gone to Chipotle, or Baja fresh instead. I don't have a favorite item on the menu, and I find that usually the service here is pretty slow. They have done some catering for out company that was buffet style, and that has always been excellent, however when I go into the actual restaurant I usually leave a little disappointed. read more

All in all the experience here is pretty average, the food and amenities look better in the buffet than they do on the plate. They say that the guacamole and sour cream are free but the general prices are higher than one would expect, it's true what they say you never get something for nothing. I love this place! My friends use to come here and I never wanted to try it because I already loved chipotle.. But once I finally went this place surpassed it! I always get the chicken burrito with white rice and queso sauce! The queso sauce is my favorite part! The customer service here is really good too! They get you through the like quickly as well. Only this is the parking lot is horribly busy during lunch time but that isn't there fault. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

It's cafeteria style where you go through the line and tell the lady what you want while she puts it all together.I like how all the ingredients are fresh and it's pretty quick to go through the line and get your food. They don't skimp on the cheese and the grilled veggies are a healthy addition to whatever you want to order. My kids are not fans of spicy food and won't try anything but a quesadilla even though I promise that's it's not spicy at all. We come here a couple times a month. The burritos are huge and the nachos are fantastic. read more

They Charged me almost 8.00 for a bean and cheese burrito which I normally pay around 4.00 for because I wanted a little lettuce and a small dish of salsa. When I asked why she said it's because it's now a vegi burrito. Seriously if it costs 4.00 for lettuce then keep it or give me a vegi burrito you charged me for. He went above and beyond what was ever expected and it created a tremendous atmosphere that has made this Qdoba stand out from any other we have ever dined at. I normally go to Qdoba on the regular (know the ordering routine well) and came to this location. It absolutely sucked. The employees, especially the older Hispanic fellow, was super rude and didn't listen accurately to anything I was ordering. I told him very small amount of hot sauce and he put a huge scoop of it with attitude and seemed annoyed by my presence. I had a chicken bowl and they not only put very little chicken, they also barely put a tiny scoop of guacamole. Also they weren't busy as I was the only customer ordering but I felt rushed. Qdoba food tastes good, and I like it better than Chipotle. In my opinion, their biggest problem is they are lacking a lot of the things you'd think would be standard at a burrito bar - no jalapeños, no olives, and no salsa bar. You'd be a lot better off heading to Sharky's. read more

Quite some time ago I used to come here with my ex-coworkers, and I remember the food was very low quality food and din't taste good, I also remember each time I would order their steak tacos or steak burritos, the steak pieces would come in big chunks, they used to be very tough and almost impossible to cut with the knife or chew them, and they were always way too rare, almost raw. I used to come her only because it was close to my previous office, and because my ex co-workers would come here. That is why after I moved from that office, I never stopped by here any longer. But recently I was walking by with my aunt visiting form Colorado, and we decided to give it a try. I was surprised because things have changed a lot since then, they have improved. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we did not have to wait and the food was ready very fast, we did The food was very tasty, what an improvement, compared to what it used to be, We tried few different things, I love the fact that you can make your own combination of burrito, the ingredients were fresh, healthy. And the smothered burritos was really amazing, juicy inside and very tasty, I also liked the grilled quesadilla, light and very tasty. I am glad I found out about their great menu, so now, whenever I am in the area I can stop by! read more

Mediocre is as good as I can rate Q'doba. Their meat is cooked well, but unspiced and flavorless. The beans appear to be straight out of the can. The only flavor comes from their salsa which is good but not good enough to make up for the lack of flavor in the rest of their food. If you like bland mexican food, then Q'doba is the place for you. We have been going to this Qdoba for several years. Our last few visit have been less than stellar. The food is cold by the time we get it because we had to stand in line for the cashier. Maybe they should slow down on the food prep and let the cashier get caught up. Additionally, the eating area/tables were all filthy. Today both trash cans were over flowing. We didn't even try to shove our garbage in, we just left it on top. There were so many metal food holders stacked on top, it was very obvious the eating area hadn't been cleaned for a while. I even mentioned it to the cashier as we were walking out of the restaurant. We decided that we wouldn't be going back and would be visiting the nearby Baja Fresh instead. read more

I've eaten at this Qdoba location many times and have never had as bad of service as I received last night when I went to get two taco salads for dinner. There was 1 person that was being helped in front of me, he ordered 1 burrito to go, there was no one waiting behind me in line yet the ONE person (out of 6-7 minimum! employees they had in the kitchen at the time I was there) they had handling the line left me standing there for several minutes and went into the back of the kitchen to chat with her co-workers is all I saw! When she finally came back out (and they all knew i was standing there waiting because at least 3-4 people acknowledged I was at the counter) and I ordered my taco salads she did an absolutely horrible job of making them! Never asked if I wanted dressing on them, so before I paid for them I had to ask about the dressing, then they looked for several minutes for the dressing I wanted just to tell me they didn't have any made, so I finally told them to just put the dressing on that they did have available, got the salads home and they were sub-par from any other salad I have ever gotten there. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at Qdoba. Not sure I will return to this location! read more
