AMAZING MOVERS!!! I'm little late writing this review. They moved us on May 3rd. These men are hard working individuals. We have some blemishes on some of our furniture from our our doing over the years. They pointed out all those defects. 3 trips with their truck, one day, 4 guys. Once they moved us into our new home they would point out flaws of our rental home which Ed helped us with our checklist to the owner. We had to move a lot of heavy furniture from one house to two separate locations. Frank, Tim, and Robert did the job super quickly and efficiently. They were very careful not to damage any furniture and were very open and friendly to all the directions I was giving them! They did a great job and will definitely use them again! I was a little sceptical when booking this company because of the price and they didnt require a deposit. It also kept going to a voicemail after I booked. But once I got Ruben on the phone I felt at ease. After using them for my move this past weekend I was blown away. I had Art and Ilya and they were friggin rockstars in 100 degree heat. Art called me an hour before letting me know they'd be there at 11. They were right on time. Keep in mind that I had 4 stops and one of the stops was my new apartment on the 2nd floor without an elevator. I was worried I'd go over the 3 hours, but didnt! But they got my 2nd floor storage, the rest of my things from the room I was renting along with a deep freezer and french door fridge, took it all to my apartment, then after they dropped the fridge and freezer to my moms. They wrapped everything at no extra cost. Nothing was broken in transit. I even left them for a few minutes to go get them cold drinks and they pretty much had majority of everything in the apt by the time I came back. I had wished I had more cash on me so I could've tipped them more because they were worth every penny. I'm definitely going to use them in the future when I'm ready to move from my apartment. Awsome moving experience, the movers allowed me to just relax while they did all the hard work, despite it being almost 100 degrees outside Octavio and his crew didn't drag the move out or let the heat slow them down, they showed up on time and hustled and completely moved us completely flawlessly. I never leave reviews as much as I should but I just had to for these guys. Anthony, Eugeney and Illia were absolutely incredible! I'm the type of guy to move myself with a few buddies each time however this time around, I've been unfortunately sidelined with a foot injury so it would've been almost impossible for me to do this by myself. I called their team to come out, they arrived promptly, did a quick walk though to see what they were working with and they got started immediately. Here's what really blew my mind - I hadn't packed as much as I should have so I knew I was going to need to come back for smaller items - but noooo, their lead mover said "hey, let me give you a box to actually put the smaller items in so that we can get everything over for you". He proceeded to bring in a box and started putting some of our clothes and other items in it to make it easier. Once they were unloading, they went as far as hanging up the clothes that had hangers. I mean, cmon! I would hire these guys in a heartbeat for any moving I may need to do ever again (hopefully no time soon at all). Move from Riverside County, CA to Phoenix, AZ This is my second time using Q shark in the past year. I contacted them when I need to Arizona thinking they could help me load a UHAUL. They actually now do longer distance moves from California to Arizona! This worked out very well. Jason H and Brian N were very helpful packing and unloading all of the furniture and boxes from my 2 story home. Keep in mind I have some tricky items such as a marble dining table which they were able to move with such care. Q shark is up front with their pricing. They scheduled a FaceTime with me to initially walk through and find out everything they would need to bring. When you compare it to all of the materials you would need to buy to move yourself not even including the time and energy there is really great value there. I had completely forgotten to write a good review for these guys back on 9/10/21, but better late than never. It probably speaks to their quality of work that I still remember how well these guys handled everything. We had all our stuff pre-packed and they moved our entire home into our new place about 10 miles away in under 3 hours. There was a slight hiccup when they chipped the molding moving a cabinet through a tight hallway, but they quickly got it patched without any problems. 5/5 I would absolutely hire these guys again. I called 1 week before my move and was able to schedule right away, they sent me a confirmation email and called me the day before to confirm everything. Kenny, Luis, and Adam were my movers. They came right within the window of time they told me they would come by and got right to work. They disassembled my furniture (warned me about what was flimsy but that they'd try their best to not further damage) and wrapped everything so fast. They were swift, friendly, funny, conversational but still got to work and did not waste time. My furniture got to my place fast, and even the flimsy furniture made it ok. I shopped around for pricing and I think they were the fairest and I definitely was satisfied with the job. There are several 5-star companies here on Yelp and I had few quotes. We could not be happier with the team of Phillip, Johnny, Roman led by Jesse. Excellent work and even my wife and extended family commented on how quick, in sync and efficient they were throughout the process. We did have lots of Furniture, Gym equipment etc. Anything we asked for the guys jumped in and did it. All the guys were friendly and on top of it during the move. When I found out that I had a hernia the day that I was supposed to move all I could think was how am I going to get this done thank God for Q shark moving I called them at 1 PM and they had a crew to my house by 3:30! Money well spent! Making a reservation was so easy and done all online via yelp and email. Jerry and Toby showed up on time and had our house packed up in 1 hour. It helped that we generally store most room items in clear storage tubs. We also put sticky notes on the items we wanted to be moved so they didn't have to check in often about what we needed to go. They also took our garage items and plastic playhouse and slide from the back yard. They even condensed our smaller storage to the new one in the same complex. These guys work fast and followed instructions. We moved our home into a storage, but will call Qshark again when we are ready to have the items moved to our new house soon. After asking for a quote, we received one from them, we called to book the move and we were told they don't travel to Spring Valley Lake , Victorville Ca. Its literally 40 minutes from Rancho Cucamonga (their offices) Their ad says they move in California. Very disappointed in their services. Would not recommend them. I needed to move a heavy treadmill from one house to another and bring 2 single beds back plus some other items moved around in the house. The 2 workers were supposed to arrive between 8 and 10 am and they came around 9:30 which was punctual. They worked until 12:30 and 90 minutes total of that was drive time to and from the other house. They said according to state law, they have to charge double for drive time plus $35 for gas, so the total ended up being $665. I don't know if this is a good rate or not, but the workers were professional, hard working, didn't waste time and went about moving the very heavy treadmill downstairs with no complaints or cursing under their breath. So I gave them a little extra for the heavy lifting. As far as price is concerned, I fully understand that owning a business with trucks, upkeep and the restrictions of our lovely State such as Workers Compensation, taxes, fees, compliance issues...that it's not like a couple of guys with a truck doing it under the radar. QShark is a reputable company and seems to do things by the book. I honor that. They have my vote for a 5 star company. read more

We were moving from a second story apartment to a two story house and they carried our many belongings down and up many stairs with no complaints. Moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhome. When I spoke to someone on the phone, I requested 3 movers and a larger truck because I knew we had a lot of things. But they recommended 2 movers and said a smaller truck should be fine. I thought it would be okay so I agreed. My fiancé and I boxed everything, disassembled furniture, and wrapped what we could the night before (except for the large furniture) so we thought it would be quick and easy. Unfortunately, the truck they brought was too small and we had to make multiple trips in our personal car to get the rest of our things out (2 TVs and a few boxes/chairs). The movers did make sure that anything they left behind would be able to fit in my jeep, so I'm thankful for that. But we were hoping to make it a one-trip move which is why I initially requested a larger truck. Unfortunately, a couple of our furniture and the walls in our new home got some dings and scratches on them, despite being wrapped as much as possible. And by the end of the move, I could tell the guys were getting pretty tired so they left the boxes that were supposed to go upstairs in our downstairs kitchen. Overall the movers worked really quickly and really well for there just being 2 of them. But I wish I could have got 3 movers and a larger truck like I originally requested. Maybe then there wouldn't have been so many dings and the move would not have taken as long (5.5 hours excluding driving time). I would recommend bubble wrapping your bannister or any surfaces that could get damaged in order to protect it while moving. On a positive note: they came with supplies, tools, and basically everything you would need. They kept in contact before the move and communicated really well what they were doing / going to do. I would love to give 5 stars but I didn't want to make a second trip to the apartment and my property had some small damages. read more

I arranged a move for my daughter to a new apartment. Moving is always stressful and most of us have such horror stories. However, this move was truly stress free. Sheldon and Walter, the two associates who showed up, were absolutely wonderful, professional, careful, and a pleasure to have around. Although I estimated about four hours for the move, it actually took seven. Between the distance from her old apartment to their truck (about 40-50 yards), and having to use one small very slow elevator to move everything into her new 3rd floor, it was just time intensive.
