I don't like writing bad reviews but I want start off with all the negatives, had an appointment at 8am and they didn't show up til almost 10am. Kind of frustrating considering it's moving day and I was hoping they would be there on time so I could have more of my day to move, also I was told $86 per hour for two workers when the movers showed up they told me it was going to be a three hour minimum which came out to $286, I had everything set up for them in my living room so they could grab it and go to my new place which wasn't even a mile away so we got finished in probably two hours, very annoying that I have to pay for three hours, also my movers damaged my couch, shed, and night stand but for my positives the guys were very friendly and moved quick they also helped me get rid of some junk that was in my shed at my new condo, not to sure why they were rushing so fast though we had plenty of time and if they had taken their time and wrapped all my stuff up nothing would've been damaged, again not to be passive aggressive they were very nice guys and they did get the job done Update: I have changed my three star review to four stars because a very nice man contacted me and gave me a 100 dollar refund which was very nice, they told me to delete the review but I feel that's not totally fair because I feel everyone should know what happened to me and to be cautious of some of there movers read more

They responded to all of our questions within minutes. Then came moving day. The movers showed up promptly at 8:30am in the morning. They were very friendly and left a big impression on us for the efficiency and the speed in which they completed the job. There were many many boxes (about 40+) to transport and there was also furniture to assemble and disassemble. The job was finished in about 5 hours and both men worked extremely hard. Finally got time to write this review. Called the number on yelp and was greeted right away. Told them I needed to move in a week on a friday and they were able to accommodate. The week of however I had to called and reschedule due to the new place not being ready. I was greeted right away once again and was able to get the another friday first thing in the morning. Note: Movers are freshest in the morning, so if you get movers in the afternoon or evening most likely they will move slower and/or tired. Many people who book don't understand this concept. I was quoted $85 cash or $99 with card per hr, 3 hrs minimum, 2 Movers and a Truck. Was told movers would be here 8-10 am. Tony or Anthony and Sebastian came around 830. They were great movers did not slack at all. Constantly wrapping stuff up, disassembling things, and carrying things one flight of stairs up and down. Everything fitted in the truck luckily coming from a 2 bedroom apartment. I thought this would take 3-4 hr max but it took a total of 7 hours packing and unpacking assembling bed frames/sofas. Got more stuff than I thought I did lol. I realized maybe a 3rd or 4th mover would've speed things up. My move was only 10 miles away so no double time was added. They took a 30 min lunch after packing then head over to the new place. These movers are really hard workers dont forget to provide water/snack/ and/or food for them as a courtesy. Of course you dont have to but at least provide water bottles at old place and new place. Oh and of course tip per mover! I will recommend Qshark to my friends and family. Hardest working crew ever!! Easy to book, showed up on time & worked 14 long hours! Thank you, Gabriel, Rich, Mike, David & Jason!! You need to make sure you have someone directing. The guys worked super hard, as did we all. We had many boxes and we kinda assumed they'd start with the big things and boxes, but they had these big boxes on wheels that they literally put any little thing with no rhyme or reason to it. Booked through yelp for a move from Upland to Rancho... seemed to have good reviews and was also recommended to me recently by a friend who used the same company. Our movers were Cory and Michael. Very nice guys, careful but moved quickly the entire time. We ended up needing to extend the time by a few hours (you ALWAYS have more stuff than you expect, FYI!!) and they were eager to stick around and help more despite it being St Patrick's day, and they were probably ready for a beer! Would highly recommend the company also--the rates were very competitive, and if their other employees are as strong as Cory and Michael, then there is no need to look for another moving company. Used Qshark this past weekend for a move out of a two bedroom + Garage condo to a new home about a mile away from each other. We could not have been happier with the service. Big truck strong guys. moved our 4 bedroom house to a two story house in about 4 hours. (30 minutes drive double calculated). No extra charge but only 4.75 hourly pay. The price is very reasonable considering the guys' work. I hope I gave them tips. Insurance is included, one of the electronic reclining sofa is broke during the moving. We contacted the office and they respond promptly, and offer $400 check for the broken sofa. Because it's hard to find a technician to come to our house to fix it during the pandemic (also risky). I searched on Yelp for movers on a Thursday night that could move two rooms by that Saturday and my interaction messaging with their customer service was fantastic and super quick. Jason H and Bryan were absolutely amazing. They made what could have been an uncomfortable move (as I was moving my mother's items out in front of her ex-husband) so super easy and calming while checking in every so often to make sure they were getting the right things. They also managed to tetris out a Public Storage unit to fit all items that would likely have needed a larger space.
