Absolutely delicious! It was a little confusing at first because it is a self sat restaurant, but it's not stated anywhere. However, once we made our way to a seat the nicest lady brought us water and took our orders. I got the kiawe smoked chicken breast tacos and my boyfriend got the chicken sandwich. Had a 6:15 reservation on OpenTable, was seated on time and then waited 10 minutes for waters. 15 minutes later still no one came to our table to take a drink order. Finally after being there for almost 30 minutes the server came by and we told him we'll be going elsewhere. Keep in mind, we watched 2 other tables that were seated after us actually finish their meals! Positives first: service was painfully slow but very friendly. Negatives: I paid $30 for a "Wagyu" cheeseburger. The meat was horribly overcooked and also under seasoned. I made reservations at this places based off of a Tik Tok video. The video recommended this place for its outdoor games like cornhole, checkers, etc.. when we went, the games were not being played. The restaurant was very dead and the view from the dining area was just okay! We had a sweet waitress who took care of us and even brought us blankets as we got chilly. The food was not great at all. There was something for everyone on the menu and we got two Waygu burgers, a chicken sandwich, and the pepperoni flatbread. The waygu burgers were a hit- very delicious! The chicken sandwich was alright but not that great, and the pepperoni flatbread was enjoyed. My family and I thought we'd get dressed and have dinner in the hotel at the Queensbreak restaurant on the 3rd floor of the hotel. We arrived about 8:10, waited for a short while when I had to go asked how much longer we had to wait, there were several empty tables. At the this point the hostess seated us immediately. About 10 minutes later the waiter comes over, never asked if we'd like a drink of any kind, gives up menus and walks away. Fifteen minutes later she arrives and takes our food order. 20 minutes later she comes back and says the food is on its way. In the meantime I'm watching both my wife and daughter get cold. I waited about 10 minutes longer and finally went back to the hostess station and waited, and waited and waited, before I am approached by a guy who seemed to be the manager and asked if he could help. "Yes! My family and I have waited for nearly 45 minutes for what we ordered." He asked where we were sitting, which I quickly pointed out and said Just pack it up and we'll take it back our room. Five minutes later the food comes out along with the bill and a discount of one entry taken off. This was by far the worst experience ever! The lack of attention to detail was disheartening, the poor service at all levels was less than average. Exceeded my expectations! The drinks were gorgeous and the food was delicious. My favorite thing about this restaurant is the service and the atmosphere. The live music really set the ambiance and my friend had a great birthday dinner. The live musician gave her a happy birthday shout and made her feel so special! We will definitely be back. Went to this place after seeing the good reviews and boy were we disappointed. We had a reservation and so we were seated very quickly although we heard a lot of people being told there was a wait time despite the place being empty. Upon sitting down we noticed lots of dirty tables as well as the wait staff running around constantly. There were only 2 waiters that seemed to be working while 3 people were in the front of house. We ordered the fish tacos, tonkatsu sandwich as well as a side of chips and salsa as neither of the dishes came with sides. Now this is where the disappointment really started. While the fish tacos were very good, the sandwich could be described as nothing less than a fried piece of pork between wonder bread. The cabbage and other things that were suppose to come in the sandwich were on the side, and since it had been sliced so thinly it was impossible to add it in. It was definitely not worth 17$. Not once did our waiter come and check on us. We waited about 20 minutes after we were done for our waiter to show up and had to ask the other waitress to bring our bill as he was no where to be found. With only 6 tables I found this very confusing. After another couple of minutes he came to pick up our plates and when we asked for the bill he told us "wait a minute" before leaving. After we gave our card it took ten minutes for him to come back, and even then he stopped at two more tables before bringing it to us. While the live music and atmosphere could make it a nice place, the food, and lack of organization from the wait staff make it one of the worst places I've been to. If you are staying at the resort and want to eat by the pool it might be worth it but other than that, there are so many more places on the Waikiki strip that will leave you feeling satisfied, unlike this place. read more

When getting here, we had to wait 5+ minutes for the hostess to realize we were there because they were behind a closed off area. The waitress was super nice and pretty great. The food though was awful. I had the mushroom bruschetta and the mushrooms were dried mushrooms that hadn't been full rehydrated so they were just extremely hard to eat. I also got the mango soufflé and I'm honestly not sure how it's a soufflé. It doesn't look like one at all, the whipped cream on top tasted like cool whip, and the fruit was all completely frozen. Friendly staff very prompt. Busy Valentines Evening took about 15 -20 minutes for a waitress to attend but I would hold it against Queensbreak great task. The only tick I have with Queensbreak is that the champagne and wine selection I find was very limited and the $80 dollar bottle of champagne I was charged for turned out to be a Costco 5.99 Prosecco. I've stayed at the hotel for a week and have been to this restaurants 3 times. Each time was a disappointment. Once we've been seated at the tables and the service was not good at all. It was ran by a bunch of slow old ladies( nothing against them) but the service was really slow and it sucked. The food was very mediocre and overpriced for the quality. We tried about 9 dishes on the menu and the best one was fries for $10. There are so many other restaurants at similar price and so much better food options and the service. The drinks now at all in the plastic cups. Mai tais are decent but if you want something non Hawaiian, they are underpoared and I'm weird plastic cups ( forget about martinies) Overal I would not recommend this place unless you are on a work trip and it's very late for other places and you are staying at the hotel. We stayed at the hotel and on our last night we gave it a go. The staff was great. We got in before the rush with our 6:30 reservation. The music by the young local was great and really the reason I gave it two stars. We got the wings, nachos and Mac and cheese. I have had a lot of those three items and will have to say the nachos need a lot of help. The cheese is grainy and out of can or the chef used the wrong cheese. They were not edible after the third or fourth bite of the toppings. The mac n cheese " homemade" was not homemade . It was the same cheese from the can. My kid wouldn't even eat it and he eats everything. This place has a lot of potential but the food needs major help for these prices. I really hope it gets the help or it will never make it. Our bill was 72.00 and we left 3/4 of it. The chicken wings were avg. 21 dollars for 6 wings seems crazy to me. Nothing special. Great job with ambiance , drinks, staff and music.
