Ordered quite a bit of drinks since folks had a boba craving. Surprised to see a Quickly still out and about coming from Norcal. We ordered: large yogurt tea with boba $6.25 pina colada with oat milk and boba $6.50 matcha milk tea with boba $5.25 taro ube milk tea with boba $5.25 All drinks tasted off. Personally had yogurt tea, but it was not good at all. Overall experience, maybe 1.5 stars. The boba was surprisingly cooked ok for me, but others said some were also uncooked. Most of us tossed drinks after a few sips. Limited parking in the lot.
My son is addicted to this place. I can't believe its been here forever and we are barely hitting this spot. Must have mozzarella sticks, popcorn chicken and boba drinks ( brown sugar milk tea, mango sago, mango milk tea and original milk tea.) The mozzarella sticks marinara sauce is delicious too. You can actually see the tomato chunks. We polly been here 4x in the last 2 months.
It's a cute space with a unique vibe. It's not your typical boba space that seems rowdy and lots of people hang out. It's more of pick up your food, maybe stay for a few minutes and head out. Food was good. I actually liked how they have actual food instead of just finger food. I came in pretty hungry feeling like munching on something and tried their chicken basil bowl. It's rice served with ground chicken flavored in soy sauce and something sweet (probably a version of sugar), basil, stir fried veggies and an egg. Overall flavor profile was good. The only weird part of the whole dish was probably the egg. I don't know how they made it or if it was premade, but it didn't seem right. Like the yolk was partially gone and the egg was a bit perfectly round. Not sure how to describe it besides those eggs served at fast food restaurants like a McMuffin. Parking was probably the biggest flag for me. Parking lot is very small and it only offers 30 minutes of parking time. It forces customers to go in and out of the location to prevent us from lounging and enjoying the time there.
Great lighting, excellent service and delicious drinks! A very refreshing experience in this happy little plaza located right in the heart of the valley!
I love Boba! I ordered my fav drink: Brown Sugar Boboa. Quickly atmosphere is young and fresh. There is a social media wall and a wall of pictures of people, so I can tell the place has fans (probably students), as the place is across the street from a high school. The place was fairly empty when we got there. Service was personable and friendly. I would love to try more flavors so I will be back. Cheers! Parking: private parking lot so there are plenty of spaces.
I live nearby and go here all the time with my friends. All of the food and drinks are absolutely delicious!! The shop has a great amount of seating so having bigger groups there is no problem. There is a digital service inside which is very user friendly and convenient but there are also sweet staff that you can order from instead. This is my favorite drink and snack place so I definitely recommend!
A pretty good Quickly Boba! I meant to contact one closer to me - the other Van Nuys location but I placed my phone order and it was too late. Ordered the Hokkaido milk tea, 75% less sugar and the small popcorn chicken. So I drive to this place - there's a small shared parking lot. Went in and my order was ready. Paid and got in my car. Ate some of the chicken which was very crispy and delicious. My Hokkaido was a bit too sweet, might get 50% less sugar next time! But overall a good experience. Friendly service, good boba and popcorn chicken!
I always drive past this location but on this one particular hot day, I decided to pop in and give it a try. I ordered a watermelon slush with boba, and a coffee milk tea for my husband. As I was waiting for my drinks, I was really enjoying looking at all the polaroids of the customers on their walls and thought it was so cute that they have created a little boba family/community in the area! Drinks took longer than expected, and I was the only person in the shop. At first sip of the watermelon slush, tasted a lot of slush and not a lot of watermelon. The ice was thick and hard to mix just using my boba straw. While it was still a refreshing cold beverage, I feel like I was really missing a lot of the watermelon flavor in the slush. My husband's coffee milk tea was VERY sweet. It almost tasted like a sugary flavored latte, something other than just coffee and milk. There was also nearly no ice in it. It was almost warm when I picked it up from the counter. Because I appreciated the community vibe and the friendly service, I would give quickly another try, but they didn't hit it out of the park on my first visit.
My go to place for Jasmine Milk tea. They have a huge variety of all the different types of tea. Another fav is Thai Jasmine Green Milk Tea. All the jasmine green teas are different with very nice aromatic taste. Sugar and Ice levels can be adjusted to your taste when you place your order. They have Crystal Boba which is available only at few Boba places and it's my favorite. Cool modern ambiance and a quick service.
This place is super nice has really nice ambiance the staff is super nice and they don't take too long on the orders. I tried the vanilla with boba was supper good I recommend coming here ( but I don't recommend coming when kids get out of school it will be really busy!)
Ever since I tried Quickly in NorCal YEARS ago, I could not get enough. Visiting the fam up north and grabbing boba from this place was our thing. We would also go with friends! Any excuse to go to this boba spot. So many great ones have opened over the years but I recently found out that we have a Quickly here in SoCal and super close as well! Their boba has the perfect chewiness and the drink flavors are endless. A good iced blended coffee boba drink is hard to come by but they make a great one. The brown sugar milk tea here is so good. I don't drink milk so I switch it out for almond milk. They're quick to make the drinks and the cashier was pretty chill. Would definitely come back to try out their food options cause they look really good. read more
So happy there's do finally a quickly in the valley. The menu is simple and the layout is simple as well. I initially wanted the earl gray milk tea which is "off menu" from their Instagram account and they were out of it...which kind of sucked. I got lavender milk tea instead and it tasted the way it should taste. ..milk tea with lavender flavor. The popcorn chicken had big pieces but small portion size from what I'm used to. This location has three sizes..small, large, and chubs. Big plus! There is plenty of parking and it's not crowded at all. Don't forget to check in to upgrade to a bigger size. read more

This is our spot! Can't go wrong with the classic Milk and taro milk tea boba with red beans. Flavor is just right, not too sweet or bland and the boba is soft. Also great that they have snacks to munch on like crispy fries topped off with cheddar and sour cream! We've been to a number of boba spots from the valley all the way to popular Asian spots in Alhambra and this is still one of our top places. read more
Mediocre boba shop. The place was spacious and clean. Customer service was quick. Wasn't too busy, but had a few customers sitting down inside. Parking is available in the lot. The boba could be improved by adding more honey or syrup to make the drink sweeter and let's water/icy. Side note: great picture wall, adds a touch of community! read more

I didn't find out there was a Quickly in the valley until I glanced over it by accident when I was in the area & looking for a place to go to lunch. After lunch, I went to Quickly because I've never been to one and all my bay area friends rave about this place~ I came late afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. This place is pretty clean and I love the decorations with the polaroid pictures. They have a variety of flavors that range in their menu: fruit tea, milk tea, smoothie, tea, ice coffee, slush, frappe, and milkshake. On top of that they sell popcorn chicken & seasoned fries along with shaved ice. I was feeling fruity and got a strawberry banana smoothie with boba.The boba was super soft and chewy. I'm a fan of it. The smoothie was sweet but not to sweet which was a plus to me. Their add-ons are 50 cents and include items such as jelly (lychee, rainbow, mango, coffee), popping pearls (lychee, mango, strawberry), pudding (custard, milk, taro), red bean and aloe. You can also ask for whipped cream and the potted bland for 50 cents extra as well. This place is also a great place to chill with friends. You can check out board games in the front when you show your ID! read more

Solid boba but the service is usually very slow. Can't blame the employees though because they're understaffed. My boyfriend always jokes and calls them "slowly" because it's been awful lately. Though service has been slow, it has still remained friendly. I absolutely love their cookies and cream milkshake with boba but they've been out of Oreos the last two times I visited. Luckily, they have other delicious options but it sucks when you're craving something and they can't deliver. Please staff enough employees and make sure Oreos stay stocked, thanks! read more

Randomly came to this place on break and was pleasently surprised. Got a chocolate shake which was very good and the worker there was very nice and helpful. Also got the squid balls but with the spicy flavor. Sadly it was almost too hot to eat but the taste was juicy and didn't feel like they came out of the freezer. read more

Was craving boba today and didn't want to settle for Boba Loca, which is much closer to me. So glad that Quickly is another option offered nearby in the valley. This Quickly is located in a busy corner strip mall on Vanowen and Balboa. The place was fairly busy for a Wednesday night with a mix of high school students, families, or people just hanging out. Quickly offered a wide variety flavors of smoothies, milk teas, slushies, and shakes that came in 3 sizes (small, large, and chubz). They also had snacks such as popcorn chicken, fries, fried tofu, chicken nuggets, etc. Waiting is about normal like other places, 10-15 mins. I got the lychee slush with lychee jelly, mint chocolate milkshake with boba, and an order of mild spicy popcorn chicken. The mint chocolate milkshake was really good! And although I ordered the mild spicy popcorn chicken, it was a little too spicy than what mild should be (in my opinion) and I like spicy food. Customer service was good and the woman at the counter was patient and helpful. Will definitely come back! read more

2017 March 2nd Quickly location have been too, the other in Chinatown. Ordering was quick and easy. -Only one minor issue with pick-up. Would like the order number to be called with the drink.- Used the free wifi as am in here using it now. It's adequate. Quite peaceful on a Sunday night. read more

Finally! We've been waiting for this place to open since we saw the front sign up around March this year. We went tonight and I can definitely say that it's worth the wait. We ordered (1) taro smoothie with honey boba and custard pudding, (2) taro smoothie with rainbow jelly, (3) popcorn chicken and (4) garlic parmesan fries. Strongly recommend the taro smoothie with honey boba and pudding. If you want perfectly chewy boba (as opposed to so-tough-you-have-to-swallow-it-whole boba), you should go grab your drink here. Next, I didn't expect to find a snack item here that I'll love but the popcorn chicken brought me straight to popcorn chicken heaven. It was crispy, flavorful and was cooked just right. It was still hot when they brought it to our table but it tasted so good I couldn't stop myself from eating more. Not sure if we can season the popcorn chicken with the same seasoning for the fries but we'll surely try and ask next time. Summary: Yay! A good boba place in the valley! ^_^ read more

Aesthetics -The boba place just opened up and the place is pretty nice. It's a pretty chill place. When we came in the owner was here and was very nice and chill. Yes too chill, like ice. Food-I ordered the almond milk tea with honey boba, my friend ordered a Thai tea, and their popcorn chicken is their signature dish so we had to get that. The honey boba was on point! It was sweet and so soft. They were like clouds in my mouth. The popcorn chicken was so good! The chicken was nice and juicy and there was just enough crunch to make it pop. The owner gave us a complimentary batch of cheese fries. They were like Cheeto fries, reminded me of the good old days. The owner was a real cool dude. I saw him upgrade a customers drink just because he didn't have the right flavor. That's how you run a business, make sure your customers are happy. Definitely coming back here, the prices are cheap and the quality is damn good. read more

I messed up, but now I know! Location: Before judging everything, you have to understand that Boba, or asian snacks, are a higher luxury in the valley, so there is some bais versus that of being OC or the 626. I ordered Thai without any toppings, while my roommate ordered the Almond Milk tea with honey boba. My greatest regret is not getting the honey boba. Definitely soft and sweet, worth getting! Also got an order of the popcorn chicken and got a serving of the cheddar fries. Popcorn chicken is spot on with a good amount indeed. If you plan to order it, recommend start with medium heat as base to try out. The seasoning on the cheddar fries are addictive too! Recommendation - Honey Boba and Popcorn chicken. read more

This was my first time here. I rated 3 stars for the great customer service. He was friendly and patient when I had no idea what to order. I finally choose the Mango smoothie. It was roughly $4, give or take. With my first sip of mango smoothie, you can taste the mango but it also had a different taste to it. I wasn't impressed. I want to give this place another try and maybe have a different flavor but I just feel like I'm going to be disappointed. read more

Was at the gas station across the street when I saw that they were opening up a quickly in the valley. I've been to one in the Bay Area and was excited to see one here in the valley. A few weeks later I finally had the chance to stop in. I was surprised at how small the menu was compared to one in the bay area. They had your standard boba which was pretty good but I wouldn't say there was a huge difference between this place and the donut shop near my house. I was disappointed at how few snacks they had. They only had popcorn chicken and french fries you could choose different seasonings to put on the fries. I ordered a honeydew boba and my BF ordered a peach boba, we also got an order of popcorn chicken, an order of garlic Parmesan fries and a chocolate cupcake to boot. I would say it was a good experience. The chicken and the french fries were very fresh and right on point. I would definitely come back but I hope they expand their menu to include more snacks. read more

Really nice Boba place with lots of drink selection and free wifi. games available to play also adds a nice touch. Over all nice store and friendly workers. Slightly disappointed that the Yelp coupons for checking in do not work...but they do have a rewards system you can sign up for at the counter. read more

Went to a Quickly many times when I lived in Georgia so I was excited to check this one out. The small parking lot can get very packed but there's really nothing you can do about that. Service was and the cleanliness of the shop was nice and simple. Menu is easy to understand(although prices weren't up, assuming all the drinks are the same price?). I got the Watermelon Slush and the bf got the oolong milk tea. For an extra snack, we ordered some popcorn chicken, which was pretty yummy! The bobas were a bit interesting to the taste, but I enjoyed my watermelon slush, it wasn't really sweet but satisfying for my thirst. And the oolong one was enjoyed as well. Would probably come back when we're in the area :) read more

Does this Quickly deliver on any of the food delivery apps (e.g. Ubereats, Postmates)?
We aren’t partner with Postmates or Ubereats, but we have received phone orders from Postmates. A lot of the time the orders that we get from Postmates are incorrect because it is going off a different menu and price from another Quickly.
Why do charges from quickly show as "groceries" instead of "food and drink" on my credit card?
I believe this is a question your credit card company would know how to answer better :) It's possible they just categorize as close as possible to what they think the purchase may be, but I'm not sure.
