Quinn's is the Epitome of Southern Hospitality! From their home style-inspired cuisine to their warm service, this was the BEST place to take my two international friends, visiting Savannah, to give them a slice of the South. We loved what we got AND appreciated the reasonable prices. We all understand why our brother calls this his favorite food spot in Savannah and tries to go weekly! Can't wait to go back for some more great service, food, and friendliness.

I stumbled on this diner when I was starving. A guy named Shorty was personable and led me to a table. Great menu, I went with simple--BLT with sunnyside egg add-on. It came out quickly, perfectly, deliciously. Price was right as well. Decor was tropical/flamingo which seemed a mismatch for Savannah but nicely done. I'd like to have known some history of the building or cafe. Didn't like them cleaning while people were eating. Seems they had buffet but it wasn't filled for my visit, so unsure about that too. I would choose here again.

We came here for a quick breakfast during our stay in Savannah. Here's what I thought. Atmosphere: Quinn's is quaintly decorated on the inside. It definitely feels like a Mom & Pop diner. There's a beautiful mural painted on the back wall. The restaurant was super clean! Service: All the people we encountered were so nice and friendly. Food: I had their 'French Toast Combo with Bacon' and it was delicious. My husband tried their 'Philly Cheese Steak Omelet' and said it was delicious. If you're in Savannah and looking for an affordable, delicious breakfast come here!

Quinn's (formerly known as Henry's) gives you a local regulars breakfast type of place. No frills here, just quick food, friendly service and unfamiliar faces that look familiar. My boyfriend and I came here one morning before work with not a lot of time to spare and we were in and out in no time. The sausage patties were my favorite even though I ordered all bacon. I switched with my boyfriend so I still left satisfied. I'm not a pancake type of girl but the ones here were good, I almost felt like a child at the kitchen table on Saturday morning. We'll definitely be returning.

Quinn's has delicious food. Fast and excellent service. Nice ambiance. Family oriented restaurant. We visited it twice while we were in Savannah. Highly recommended.

Very good eggs Benedict! And great hospitality! Will be back!

The food and service was great! Followed in a tour group, and they had room for them plus me and didn't skip a beat!

Friendly and attentive folks. Locals like it. They had their regular menu plus a buffet this morning (Saturday). Essentially a nice diner. Place is nice and clean. Many places to sit--cooking bar area, tables and booths.

We went to Quinn's twice for breakfast when we were in Savannah. Food was reasonably priced. Ansley & Lovelyn were our waitresses. Very quick service. Shorty was wonderful to chat with & was on top of coffee refills.

Shrimp and Grits

Still one of my favorite breakfast spots in Savannah. If you're looking for delicious classic diner food, large portions, and excellent service, this is the place!!! As you can tell from my photos, I always order the shrimp and grits, but they have anything you can think of when it comes to diner food so there's certainly something for everyone. They open early and close at 2:00pm (usually) so keep that in mind.

We enjoyed our breakfast. Basic diner style. Service was excused. The fresh fruit was wonderful as well.

It was dimly lit and had a warm, inviting atmosphere and our server was awesome! To start, we all got the cucumber blossom cocktail. I got mine with tequila and the server was very knowledgeable about the drinks and the liquors that would work well with each one. We decided the best route for us was to split 2 apps and 2 entrees. For appetizers, we went with the focaccia and the crispy brussel sprouts. Both were AMAZING! I always love bread to start a meal. And the Brussels were nice and soaked in balsamic glaze, which maybe diminished the "crispy" in the title... but I didn't mind because they were delicious. For our entrees, we went with the gnocchi and the catfish served over grits. I would say the standout was the catfish. The gnocchi was good, but not as good as the other dishes we had. Overall we had a great experience splurging a bit on a nice meal. I would definitely recommend getting a reservation on the weekends. They seemed to be busy!

It felt like a quick dismissal. I had to ask if there was a waitlist, and only then were we told it was about 45 minutes. On top of that, parts of the conversation were directed to my husband rather than me (even though I was the one speaking), which didn't sit right. This interaction was with a hostess [long hair, glasses]. Thankfully, another hostess [short blonde hair, orange pants] stepped in, and they shuffled some tables, and got us seated -- which we really appreciated, especially with a toddler. From there, the experience completely turned around. The ambiance was really cute -- dim lighting with little candles that made it feel cozy and romantic. Our server [tall, muscular] was fantastic and the food was genuinely very good. So here's the takeaway: the kitchen and service once seated are strong, but the first impression at the door needs work. It shouldn't take a second ask to feel like a guest.

The brunch menu is fairly…read moreextensive, so we had some difficulty choosing what to order....but definitely come hungry because the portions are large and the food is pretty rich. To share amongst the table, we ordered the cinnamon toast banane and crispy gouda grit croquettes. Thumbs up on both, particularly the croquettes which were the right balance of gooey and structured enough to eat with the delicious sauce on the side. The cinnamon toast banane was not so much toast as cinnamon rolls with bananas foster; the cinnamon rolls were really tasty and the bananas foster was good, though the bourbon flavor was strong. For my entree, I ordered one of the lighter vegetarian dishes - the mushroom tartine with tomato soup. I think it is one of the lighter dishes - certainly lighter than what my dining companions ordered - but it was still quite rich with a fair amount of gouda fondue in the tomato bisque soup. The mushroom tartine/sandwich was really flavorful with the pesto, cheese and tons of mushrooms. The restaurant is quite large with an upstairs seating area.

However, the lady at the front was not welcoming to us with our children. She said upfront that there are no kid menus, high chairs and strollers had to be placed elsewhere. I would understand if this was a fine dining upscale restaurant that was quiet but the ambiance was very ordinary. There was regular restaurant noise and people dressed casually. Really happy with the results. The day I pulled up, the Brother working the counter was tending to a couple of orders and clearly looked bothered. I found out later that he was a Boston Celtics fan and just recently heard about the Jaylen Brown trade so of course he was upset, but nevertheless, he gave me great service! He hooked me up with a patty melt and then a double and I have to say both burgers were really tasty. Great flavor and the perfect level of crispiness that you would want on a Smashburger of this style. Definitely a spot I would recommend pulling up to if you are in the neighborhood.
