I've never in my life had worse indigestion. Ordered a small pesto chicken sandwich, all $6 of it is now at the bottom of a trash can. The sandwich tasted mushy and low quality and something about the chicken and the mushrooms tasted a little off, but I was very hungry and ate the whole 5" relatively quickly. Well about a half hour after eating it I could feel it rising up, another 30 mins and I couldn't keep this sandwich down. Over the next 20 I proceeded to have to relive this nasty sandwich undigested in reverse! Bleh. Sorry for gross but I wouldn't want anyone to go through this. I have a very healthy digestive system and have never had something like this occur before. One star. I will not be back. EDIT: hours later and I'm still throwing up. The customer service, and precautions for COVID 19 are lacking. I ordered a meal for pickup @ 12:40 and when I came in, my sandwich was sitting on top of the sandwich warmer behind the counter, while one worker was making a sandwich and the other was slicing cheese. No acknowledgement upon entry, and then I had to wait for two people to be helped just to pickup an order I'd already paid for. When I told her my name and that I was there for pickup, she put my sandwich in a bag, handed me a cup, and said to get my chips and whatever drink I wanted. Wow. Why is there even the option of choosing those things when you order online if you're going to do it yourself upon pickup? Then, the straws and lids are all out for everyone to touch. On top of that, people are filling their own sodas/drinks and everyone is touching the fill buttons. No sanitizer anywhere. Got back to work, sandwich is cold and barely has any meat in it and needless to say, I'm not going back to this location even though I really like Quizno's. Not sure why I even added a tip, as it was not at all warranted. Management needs to step up on training for better customer service, bag pickup orders for immediate pickup at a counter, and provide sanitizer for customers if they're going to continue to have them fill their own drinks. read more

Average, sandwich way too small. I normally eat at Subway or Togo, But once in a while Quizno. I feel that the sandwiches are too small and they bread they use aren't that great. They have the new deal 5 pick two items. I got the torpedo and small Asian chicken salad. The salad was really small. The green tea isn't that great. read more

We decided to get our lunch from somewhere near since we had to work. So we stopped by Quiznos to get two sandwiches. I have forgotten what you ordered, and I have forgotten what I ordered. :) My sandwich was good... it was of typical Quiznos standard. I think I told you, since I lived close to a Quiznos when I was in college, I used to visit it often. I preferred Quiznos to Subway because Quiznos toasted the sandwiches. But nowadays I prefer Safeway to Quiznos or Subway. Remember to try the hot sandwiches, Italian Garden, at Safeway. I think you would like it. After I no longer get to eat with you, I realize that even something as seemingly trivial and simple as eating sandwiches with you was a privilege. I miss those days. read more

On Saturday 10/22/11, I attended a training class in Richmond with my wife. During our lunch break we decided to try Quiznos, it was close by and this would be our first time eating at Quiznos. When having sandwiches out, we normally eat at Subway, ToGo's or deli's. I ordered two Turkey, Bacon and Guacamole Sandwiches and two Medium Drinks. The person making the sandwiches asked what kind of bread I would like, I answered wheat. She then started to add some kind of dressing. I asked what kind of dressing it was and she rudely answered ranch and pointed to the menu board and said "that is what comes on this sandwich". I looked at the menu board and it did not list the ingredients. I asked her if I could have the sandwiches without the ranch dressing. She then made the sandwiches. When I was ready to pay the cashier, I noticed that the sandwiches were missing the bacon and guacamole. I asked the the cashier if I had ordered Turkey-Bacon and Guacamole Sandwiches, thinking maybe I had order incorrectly. She said yes. I then pointed out that the bacon and guacamole were missing. She asked the person who made the sandwiches about the missing bacon and guacamole. The person who made the sandwiches, in spanish, told the cashier, "Ask the guy what he wants then, because he told me he didn't want any." I told her and the cashier that I didn't want any ranch dressing, I didn't say anything about not wanting any bacon or guacamole. The person then added the bacon and guacamole. Overall this was a bad experience, My wife and I, not being able to enjoy our meal after that. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Quiznos. The food is on par with other publicly owned chain restaurants BUT the service is way below reasonable. Here's the story: At work a friend hands me a coupon for quiznos, I ask him whether it works at the one down the street and he says yea (quiznos was for a while giving out coupons that most franchises didn't accept!). I role down there for a late lunch 2:30pm. I'm the only one ordering and I ask the attendant whether the coupon was valid and what it could be used for. She said $1 off any of the 2 for $5 combo. I order a sammie and a salad. Upon checkout the cashier was having trouble ringing the order up with the coupon, she went to ask her manager but the manager was busy on the phone, so we had to wait till she got off. At this point I'm seriously reconsidering whether the dollar off was worth the time. Finally she just decides to manually subtract a dollar without applying the coupon, meanwhile the empty quiznos is now forming a line. I pay and sit down to eat and notice the manager now appears to deal with the coupon dillema. She finally figures out that there was some kind of fine print that the particular combo I ordered wasn't allowed and she said "you got lucky this time" I sat there confused as to how I got lucky having to stand in line for 10 mins with other customers glaring at me for a dollar off coupon. If this had been the only time this place has though its own inefficiency made me wait I would have chalked it up to bad luck, but this was the third time. And their dollar off promotion only served to solidify the fact that I'll never go there again. This location is a popular lunch spot for me and my co-workers, and the new owners have made some positive changes. It can get busy during peak times, but the staff are usually good about getting everybody through the line quickly. The food is always good, it's clean and in a safe area of Richmond, and the staff are always friendly. read more

Service was great here, friendly and courteous. Ordered a simple sandwich and received my order in a promptly manner. What kills me, You see, people sometimes are a refection of the bad attitude "one" is projecting! Who complains about Wi-Fi being too slow anyways??? If you for once thought this was a $130 dollar lunch then re-evaluate your current standing and get the priorities straighten out. I used to get the small size, which was way overpriced, until I noticed they had sandwich called the Chibatta that was only $4.92 with tax. Recently they just raised their prices by a dollar. Weirdest situation. My boyfriend and I arrive at 11:40am to grab some food. It opens at 11 mind you. So we go and it's locked. We wait a little bit and see people inside eating. The security guard around there knocks on the door and is trying to see what's going on. No one is responding and coming to the door, instead someone is in there trying to motion some type of information. So my boyfriend gets fed up and gets up and starts knocking at the door and asking the man working to please come to the door to talk to us because we cant understand through glass what's going on. The man was so rude. He refused to come to the door. If they weren't open and there was a situation that's fine, but come tell that to us. Don't treat us like shit and refuse to even speak to us. You don't have a sign that says you are closed, your sign says you are supposed to be open, and instead there are people sitting and eating in the shop. It was so rude to have your customers try and yell through glass to try and understand why you aren't open. Especially when you are sitting around doing nothing. I hate to be treated like this. Honestly what it looked like was that he allowed some customers to come in and eat (two girls in non work clothes-they looked like customers sitting down having food)and he wasn't going to allow us to do the same. Instead he showed us a box, and motioned across his hand across his neck-as in slitting the neck-wtf?!? And it doesn't help that the customers who were allowed to eat were white, and we weren't. This has to be one of the worst locations for Quizno's I have ever experienced. Personally, I think it is incompetent management. The menu has gotten smaller, all sandwiches now have these weird comninations. The employee's making the food never get it right. I have been multiple times, hoping for a good experience (I live close) and they always disappoint. I have had to correct the employee in regards to what ingredients go on what sandwich every time I have ordered something. They have attempted to charge me for bacon add on when I ordered their turkey bacon sub. The quality and service here are below expectations. Very limited selection of vegetable toppings. They just have lettuce and they use it sparingly. The serving portions are a bit small as well. You got two choices for a sandwich chain near this neighborhood, 1 is this Quizno's location or you can goto the Subway on Cutting about a 2 blocks down the street. I really use to love Quizno's but over the years the sandwiches have been getting smaller but the prices keep going up. This one seems to be a bit more expensive then the San Pablo location but no way am I driving all the way down there when i live right down the street to save 50 or so cents. read more

Well, as far as Quiznos and other chains go, they're pretty good. The sandwiches can get a little messy during the lunch hour, but I always go there at less hectic times so they come out good. The pepper bar doesn't really seem that fresh, though. I wish they re-filled the sauces more often. read more

This Quiznos is the worst location I have ever been too. First of all, the quality of their veggies is awful, their cucumbers and tomatoes are cut so badly, very thin and broker slices. In addition, when you read their menu, the ingredients are listed, they keep on asking if ok to put mushrooms, etc, this is very bad service. Are they trying to charge you $9 for a sandwhich which they are at the same time ripping you off from since they keep asking if you want mushrooms, etc. If one read the menu and decided to go with that choice, obviously he/she read the menu and OK with mushrooms. In addiiton, the placeis not polished and does not look clean. Their chicken is HORRIBLE! Two women work there in the afternoon on Fridays and they both do not know what customre service is. There was even a time when they would foget to put cheese on my sandwich. Bad service, bad chicken, bad is the word for this place. read more
