Poor customer service skills , went in with my girlfriend to look at getting her first car , no one seemed to want to help us Brain one of the sales guys seemed to be having the worst day of his life having to help us. He told us if we don't put 1/3 or the car down we won't be able to look at cars today he spoke to us rudely and abruptly. He cut us off midway of every sentence we we would start. We came back a few hours later with my parents so they could be apart of it and he did not let them get a word in either , he was waving his hands in my parents faces telling them they did it know anything about cars he tried to give us a ridiculously high interest rate because we were first time buyers when we told him if he was willing to look at other banks that might finance us better he brought in the manger who basically wanted to go home so do we want the deal or not. Be weary of late night deals they will give you a crap interest rate and use the same banks for financing because of the kickbacks they receive Best advice I can give anyone here that read the whole post is to avoid this dealer, try riverside metro by CBU they treat you like royalty and ask for David ! And also try getting financed by your own credit union before hand. Try altura they give out car loans with low interests rates. My husband and I went in to get an oil change, the service advisor Steve, had a great attitude and was extremely helpful with my husband and I. Absolutely horrible experience at this dealership. Sam is my service advisor and I have had my vehicle in the service department for four days now. There has been 0 communication on Sam's part and he told me my vehicle would be ready by Monday. I call on Monday to see what time I should pick up my car and he said they don't even know what is wrong with it yet. Now it is Tuesday and I have still NEVER received a single call/update. I call today several times before being able to get a hold of Sam. At one point I get to the service manager Marcos and he says that he will call me with an update in 30min... over 2hours later.. no call whatsoever. Frustrated I call again and Sam picks up and is extremely hostile with me saying that he will just give me my car as it is with no repairs ! What kind of place is this .. he became combative and said he is not my doormat when I told him that I haven't gotten a single call from him. I am truly appalled at this entire experience. If you need any service needs please go elsewhere because your business is not valued here. I've done some research and they have had their license revoked June 28th of 2021 and are now on probation for previous issues. Came to Raceway Nissan to check out the new Altima. I was assisted by Valentin Mazon who hustled to get me the best deal possible and was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle he was selling me. The financing department was great as well and also worked with me to get me a great low monthly payment and warranty bundle. It did take some time to get the deal worked out but from what I've experienced at other dealers this seems to be the norm when purchasing vehicles at a dealership. Overall I had a great experience with Raceway Nissan and look forward to making my next purchase at this dealer. Also the waiting room was nice and they had tasty popcorn and beverages. Update; So 3 days after writing the first review I get a phone call from the General manager Steve Nicholson inquiring about the bad experience I suffered from the sales department. After explaining my concerns Steve offered me the opportunity to purchase the Nissan Versa that I was attempting to buy a few days ago or any other color that was the same model for the same sale price that was on the AD. Plus Steve stated to me that I would not be force or haggle to purchase any other dealer ad-ons. My experience on the second go around was great a different sales guy, Steve E. Helped me and made the transaction go smoothly. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour with my new Versa. I changed the rating to 4 stars because of the great service I got the second go around. I did not give them five because of the inconvenience I had to go through to purchase the car. read more

It's only been one day since I bought my car at Raceway Nissan but I had to share my experience. I had found a pre-owned car through their website Thursday morning. I called to check on it to make sure it was there. While I talked to Debbie, she pulled up the stock number and it was for a completely different car. So she took my name and number and said she would call me back. An hour later she called and did confirm that it was in fact there. I set up an appointment the next day to give it a drive. Come Friday I barely got inside and I was being shown the car by Aaron. We looked over the car. We gave it a test drive and went right inside for the paperwork. I had gotten a conditional approval through my bank for a loan so he made sure I had all the information needed. I called and to my dismay... My bank denied the loan for the car. I was heartbroken. But Aaron was on it and with my credit they were able to get me financing for exactly what I would have been paying to my bank. TERRIBLE ~ We purchased a new Chevy Colorado truck from this dealership & traded in our 2006 Chevy Colorado at the beginning of September. At the end of September we received 6 notices from 91 Express Lanes indicating we had toll violations. I called Raceway Nissan on a number of occasions, the right person wasn't available & they have no voice mail either. We then received 6 more notices for 91 Express Lanes so my husband drove to dealership. He was told they sent his old truck to ABS Auto Auction. My husband explained that if that truck is in an accident, they would come after us. He was told that our name would remain on the truck until it is sold or junked. He asked for the manager's card, who was walking by. The manager, RICK CORONA, tossed his business card at my husband, made a smart comment, went into his office & closed the door. I have mailed our release of liability to the 91 Express Lanes. First, I can't believe we have had to deal with this and second I cannot believe that my husband was treated in such a manner especially in today's economic environment. I was talking to this dealership for a few days, and I was going in to buy a car. I head to the dealership on 4/22, the minute I stepped in everything went downhill. Long story short, Ryan, the "floor manager" told me the price I was quoted cannot be honored. He tried to tack on $2300 to the price I was quoted. He told me he needs to make more money, and the price I was quoted didn't make him enough profit. Customer service: A+, am I right? He told me I needed to see the business side of things. Well, I'm a customer, so I don't care about the "business side." I told him I wouldn't do the special financing at .9 and go with 2.59 that my credit union offers for the deal to "make sense." He told me "it doesn't work that way." I promptly stood up and walked out. No sense in dealing with a man that doesn't honor a previously discussed quote. This dealership is sketchy and plays games. It's a scheme, and I'm not an idiot. However, I do highly recommend Nissan in Cerritos, they didn't give me BS. They honored the quote I was given and I just bought a brand new Nissan kicks. However, the Internet Sales Manager and the GM Mark really showed a desire to help me and provide me with the car I wanted. They even went as far as to install leather in a trim level that didnt already come with it. We dropped off our car this morning and happened to be greeted by an extremely rude attendant. He was practically yelling at us to leave our keys in the car before we got out. We went in for an oil change and it was supposedly supposed to take 1 hr and a half??? For an oil change???? We came back to pick the car up and we were helped by someone different but as we were asking about pick up, the original attendant we had gotten this morning YELLED AT US to go to the cashier. I would give this place ZERO stars if i could but the only reason why i don't is because SAM NUNO, caught us while we were leaving and gave us our keys, went over everything on our evaluation sheet, and even apologized for the service we experienced that morning, even though it wasn't his doing. We brought a True Car certificate and were told that they would honor it but when it came to actually buying the car, all of a sudden there were all these hidden costs and fees. We chose the 0% interest options and were told that we would be giving up the $750 rebate, and we agreed to that, only to find out that what they meant was we were going to pay EXTRA $750 (which they did not explain). Also they tried to make us pay $900 extra to get the exact car from another lot...who would be willing to pay that?? To someone from Raceway Nissan- remember that customers have a million other options on where to go buy their car. We ended up taking our business to Metro Nissan in Montclair, where we were treated with utmost respect, and more importantly, sold us the car at the exact price they quoted, right down to the penny. This place is a total rip off. Here's the scam They tried on me...They listed cars at a super low price online. I express interest and they called me first thing in the morning. I spoke to Jerry Becerra and confirmed an appointment for later in the day. Before I went I also confirmed that they still had the cars...twice!. Then when. I get there, he says the cars were sold in the morning which is total bs. Somehow, he still has one at that price. The price on the winshield is listed as $17,998. So I'm thinking ok, not the original car I came for but still a good price. We begin talking numbers then all of a sudden he adds about $3k for "after market" package which is alarm, and some other bs that is already installed in the car. Then when he sees my disappointment, Jerry says, "it's in the fine print"...WRONG!...lol. So I read him the fine print in the listing, and of course...nothing about a "after market package". In the end...he still wanted to sell me the car for $22,328. Again...added $3k out of no where. Minus tax and lisc. Don't bother with this place. Jerry's a nice guy and no hard feelings but they have their sales folks doing some shady $hit. read more

I've tried five times over the past week to contact these folks and speak with a sales manager regarding the sale of a vehicle to my father, no call back. Five times. My father is ill with several Heath issues that by law keep him from legally driving. They sold him a car. I would assume that when they run his credit and see that three other times he has had cars repo'd it would keep him from being able to purchase a vehicle. He walked in without two nickels to rub together, no license, no proof of insurance, and drove off in a vehicle with a 25+% I treat rate for a vehicle. Call me crazy but they will give anyone a car. Even someone that legally shouldn't be driving. So good news is, if you need a car and to have no money or license, you can get one here. Don't bother wasting your time with this dealership. Back in October we saw an ad for a new 2015 xterra white, X model listed around $17k. Upon arrival, Sergio (apparently/supposedly they had 3 Sergio's working there at the time) greeted us and we mentioned the white xterra and he goes to the back and drives it around. We took for a drive on this rainy evening and thought is was a good fit (price was Unbelievably good *we thought*). Get back and Sergio says car is $25k. We show him the ad. He says no sold that one yesterday. We show him VIN on ad which matches. Dumbfounded look....oh well we can give that car at the price but now, low and behold our interest rate jumped to 17% ~~~ I'm not joking! We laughed in his face and waltzed out. PIt is the LAW that they honor their price listed and yet they still weasel their way around it. Truth they didn't want to honor the price; so they raised the interest to a rate they know we wouldn't take! I was warned by my brother not to go here; should've listened and saved my time. It's all water under the bridge now since I bought a nice new XTerra in Riverside WITH upgrades & extended warranty . I wouldn't recommend this dealership or wish what I had to go through to anyone. The Manager of online sales named Bryan was incredibly nice but turns out he was incompetent at his job. This business completely took advantage of my family. We had signed paperwork with an agreed upon price and had given them my loan through my bank which they had lost, they took us up stairs to sign it again (but electronically this time). It was a completely different contract that we only saw "sign here, initial here, etc" while my newborn was crying like crazy, they gave us the keys and we left. Two weeks later I get a letter in the mail that I had to return it immediately because they were backing out of their contract and that the dealer who sold us the car had been in touch with both my husband and I, when he in fact had not been. I asked to speak to the dealer numerous time with no luck. They finally received their lemon back that was priced WAY over the listed price. However, the finance manager was another story..... Pressured me into buying the GAP coverage and extended warranty. When I checked into it the next day, I found I overpaid for these 2 items. I immediately called to cancel these two items. It took 6 months to get the money back from the dealership...when I cancelled these contracts the day after I purchased the vechicle. Inside the Moreno Valley Mall, they had the car with a special price of 16k, but when I went to the dealership the salesperson Felipe told me yea we can do it. We began to fill out the credit app , but soon after the truth came out. My first option was a payment of 470 for 60 months. I have checked my credit score.... And my score falls in the excellent range. So my issue is how does a 16k car turn into a 28k car? I went in to look at a car that I am interested in purchasing. I took a test drive, and foolishly gave the salesman- Anthony my phone number. This man has called my phone non stop for the last week. On one day, he called my phone 3 times within 5 minutes. When I finally answered on the third time, he just started talking like that was something that is appropriate. I told him to take me off of his list, and not call my phone again. He called again the next day, then again on Friday so I had my husband tell him to stop calling. Today @ 8:03pm damn if my phone doesn't ring again. I called back and asked for a manage. The man who answered the phone said he was a sales manager. When I explained to him that I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list, he quickly said he'd make note, but didn't seem concerned that he has a sales person harassing the crap out of people. I was truly interested in that Altima, but will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere. I know salesmen need to be aggressive to get the sale, but this is just crazy. The worst experience ever on service department. Dishonest, they not only lied to me but waist my time, the mechanic told me after 24hours of testing that there was unable to duplicate noise.
