BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. What kind of dentist office is this. Between my boyfriend and I we've had to pay almost $10,000 out of pocket because our insurance "doesn't cover" much which is complete BS! They make you pay for these outrageous things & when I ask for an itemized receipt for everything they claim their computers are down or their printers aren't working. They shove credit lines down your throat just so you can get the dental procedures done. And after ALL that they offer my boyfriend a "FREE" teeth whitening, the day he goes in to do it they're asking him to pay $400 for something THEY offered him!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I'm always nervous about cleanings because previous dentists and dental assistants have been rough with flossing, but there were no problems here! 1000/10 definitely recommend! I recently went in for a routine check up but ended up having a deep clean and other dental work. While the Dr was preparing me with numbing shot, I suddenly started shaking and my anxiety was through the roof! Both Dr & nurse were very great trying to calm me down assisting me with breathing exercises. The procedure was very quick and easy even while I was still anxious (my first time going alone) lol. Way overbooked the wait times is ridiculously long two hours for one exam and cleaning. Not to mention they have no idea how insurance works that you can pick any dental office for referral not who they just recommend confused the sh*t out of them that we didn't want their dr on the referral. Lastly they didn't read my daughters paperwork explicitly said no out of pocket and only insurance tried to do way more for cash lol what I put on the paper work when signed is exactly what you get no deviation. This dentist is all fast talk and clearly just a numbers spot if we have to wait for a two hour cleaning and you don't read nor listen when I say no out of pocket regardless. Remember what they said on election night Nevadans can no longer write cursive pretty sure most don't read either because there is so many of these places that try to talk fast and push paperwork fast so be sure you read everything before you ok it otherwise they will not pay attention to your concerns and do what they want like they tried with my daughter this place is 100% the fast in and out we got your a** now pay up for out of pocket you didn't see because once I said no it was slower than before. I time everything I record everything regardless if you want me to or not it's for the safety of my kids and scammers trying to speed us through like this place. Quick and efficient dental work. New dentist fixed an issue I had with my crown. Office was great and waiting time was short.

Be very careful with this practice. Make sure you have them process their estimate through the insurance before you pay or have any procedures done. They will have you on the dental chair with ur mouth wide open and tell you need all this done just sign here and this is how much it costs. DO NOT pay up front. My wife had a crown replaced on June 1 and we paid full price on the crown cause they told us it's not covered by our insurance. I called my insurance with UMC and they told me it's covered 100 percent. Well it's now Sept and trying to reclaim that extra money we pay has been a horrific experience. I've been told the refund will take a couple of weeks to lies like front crowns are never covered by insurance . Well again I've called my insurance and it's covered 100 percent. So I submitted my own claim but the insurance needs more information about that tooth, specifically the xrays, of which the office never submits even though they tell u they submitted it. Watch out for Karisma. She will straight up lie to you and tell u everything u wanna hear but 2 weeks later I call my insurance and again they've submitted nothing. I'm reported them to my insurance but to save you a lot of headaches avoid this place like a plague unless u like giving ur hard earned money away. My conclusion is that either the office people are straight up lazy or the office does this all the time. Double dip and scam people. I don't think they're lazy because they actually submitted the basic stuff like the cleaning and deep root cleaning to insurance but refuses to send anything concerning the crown. Lesson learned. Do not pay up front always have the dentist run the estimate through your insurance first . In this case because it was a front tooth and my wife cracked it so it was to them an easy target. read more

Awful. Waited over an hour to see the dentist. I specifically said when making the appointment that I wanted a cleaning. After the dental exam they tried to upsell me a $1200 cleaning. I'm sorry to report that I recently had a very similar, bad experience like many others have reported already. In my opinion, this dentist is guilty of attempted insurance fraud. In my experience, I went there to get my teeth cleaned because they were on my insurance providers list. They took X-rays. The dentist Dr. Evan Lipman, did a quick exam and told me I needed a deep cleaning of both left and right side. He also told me I had 2 cavities (I've never had a cavity in 50 years) and he wanted to extract two wisdom teeth. He then told me the hygienist would be in soon to start the deep cleaning. The office manager then came to discuss the procedures that would be billed. She told me, in addition to the deep cleaning, I needed "laser bacterial reduction" procedure. It was not covered by insurance so it would cost $620 per side ($1240 cash). I asked to have that service removed and just go forth with the deep cleaning without it. I was told that they would not do the deep cleaning unless I agreed to the laser procedure. I asked to see the dentist to ask questions and I was told that "he doesn't perform the procedure, so if I had questions ask the hygienist." She refused to let me speak to Dr. Lipman. I asked again "so you are not going to clean my teeth without me agreeing to do the laser treatment?" I was told that they would give me a referral to periodontist and that "Your journey ends [with us] ends here. " Upon leaving their office I Googled to learn that the laser bacterial reduction procedure takes 2 mins and has an average cost of $200 (for whole mouth). I also learned that there are at least 5 peer reviewed studies published in medical/dental journals that show the procedure had insignificant results (studies cited at the bottom of my post). Be that as it may, a week later I saw a different dentist. I found out that I had only 1 cavity. I did not need my wisdom teeth extracted, and I only needed a deep cleaning on one side of my mouth. Further, I learned that the laser procedure was an upsell, and that there was zero need for it with my present condition. In addition, the price for the filling and deep cleaning was a fraction of what these guys tried to charge me (my insurance company) which meant that all my yearly benefits not be exhausted without more out-of-pocket expenses. Finally, I went to this office to get my X-rays since my insurance paid for them already. The receptionist agreed to email them to me while I waited. Then the office manager came in and told me it would now take 48 hours because the "The Director" needed to review the request! After some yelling, another woman came in and agreed to send them to me right away, which she did a few mins later, after I agreed to leave peacefully. Of course they only sent a low resolution X-ray and no individual teeth X-rays. The new dentist could not use them. Thus, I was forced to file a provider complaint with my insurance companies insurance dental board so that I could recover the money I had to pay for a second set of X-rays and exam. To Dr. Adrian Ruiz who is the owner of this location and several others. You should be absolutely ashamed of how you are trying to over-bill your patients by charging them for services they don't need or want. You're absolutely guilty of attempted insurance fraud. My supporting documentation from my new dentist will prove that I only had one cavity, I did not need a deep cleaning on one side, and that laser bacterial reduction was not needed. My experience is not an isolated case. Your reviews on Yelp and Google show a very similar pattern over and over. By the way Dr. Evan Lipman there is zero excuse for telling me I had a second cavity when I did not unless you are willing to admit to incompetence. You should have learned how to check for cavities in first year of dental school. Further, your reviews show that you have pulled this exact same scam on others.
