We are regular costumers, but the delivery time is getting ridiculous. We ordered a large pizza and a lasagne. The pizza showed up in 65mins, but they forgot my lasagne. They returned after 25mins, total of 90mins. It was a school night, and I ordered-out as a treat to skip the dishes. My son was hungry and waiting to begin his bedtime routine. Luckily, when I called to complain, the staff were apologetic and respectful and tried to fix the situation. This is hands down the best authentic Italian thin crust pizza in Vancouver. Its a little more pricey and delivery takes a little longer, but if you have the cash and the time, it is so worth it. I have never been disappointed. I love the pescatore, margherita and primavera pizzas. read more

I love Ragazzi's. It brings me back to when I had pizza in Italy! and it's delivery! Nice wood oven thin crust pizza with real authentic Italian puree tomato sauce (not tomato paste) and cheese is not packed on thick like a big peice of white rubber. It was OK...I got the Margherita Orginale with anchovies added and the only flavour was from the anchovies. The sauce was bland and the crust was bland. I've had margherita pizza that blew me away, and this was no where close. I won't go back for it specifically, but I'll try other items on their menu since they're close to us. Tonight was my first time ordering from Ragazzi and there are no words to describe it! It was phenomenal, arrived piping hot, and I loved every bite from the tip of the pizza down to the crust. I'm not sure how you can get pizza undercooked. I just picked this pizza up and everything about it seemed off the moment I put it in my mouth. The sauce was cold and the cheese was still rubbery. None of the ingredients in the pizza were cooked properly, it's like they threw the pizza in for 30 seconds and took it out. The crust was the only thing that was decent, other than that pretty bad. I've had their pizza a few times. nobody does a margharite better. Pizza garden is all I can compare to that does a thin crust and they blow them out of the water. And I really like pizza garden. My son and I finished off a small with capicolla mushrooms , probably salami. Can't quite remember and we both said this is probably the best pizza I've ever tasted. read more

Delicious pizza with an upscale Italian ingredients list. We did delivery, and it came in about 40 minutes, was fresh and warm. We ordered the Diavola, and it was a tasty blend of heat and savoury flavours. The dough and baking make a tasty crust that was lightly crispy and chewy (yay gluten!), and held up really well with a red sauce and the ingredients on top. Went here 6 years ago and fell in love with their pizza and I've been ordering here ever since. Best place to go for authentic Italian style pizza. I ordered a small pepperonata and wings cause what goes better with pizza?! (besides a beer or 2) They don't skip on the toppings and the CRUST!! To died for!! We live within walking distance and all the three of us are pizza people so I want to love them so much! However despite the excellent customer service and fresh ingredients every once in four times i order from them my pizza is badly burned (and we order pickup at least once a week). compared to my two favorite pizza places (pizzeria barbarella & via tevere), i would probably give this place 4 stars. it doesn't cure its own meats like barbarella. it is heavier than via tevere. however, it delivers!!! and not just at night but as early as noon!!! that makes it an easy upgrade to 5 stars. often the delivery takes a bit longer than, say, panago, but it's really worth the wait. read more

we got a quattro formaggi and it's likely the best we've had in Vancouver to this day. the crust tastes just right and you won't believe the amount of cheese. a 17" pizza is more than enough for two people and they sell by the slice too. customer service is great -- when i asked not to add tomato sauce to our pizza the chef came to the front to ask if we'd like cream sauce added instead or just none. the cashier was really nice and helpful too. and they deliver to east van and west burnaby! read more

Ragazzi Pizza was built up to be the best in Vancouver by a friend of mine. I heard him talking about this place for a week straight so on a lazy Sunday we all decided to pick up some of there pizza. Well, using every last dime I had this day to make this purchase I fully regreted this. The pizza was cold and the sauce that was apparently authentic Italian could not even be seen on my pizza I was beginning to wonder if they even put sauce on the pizza. I also do not get why they have only 2 sizes of pizza which in my opinion are both over priced. I would have taken fresh slice pizza over this anyday. Ordered a pizza from here for the first time on Saturday and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I got a large Arabiata and it was delicious!!!! The crust was crunchy but not burnt and the Capicollo was spicy/savory, i waited about 25 minutes and by the time i got home and ate it, it was still steaming. Real Italian pizza made by real Italians. This place has been around for quite awhile and has become a neighborhood favorite. Their pizza is for those who want something a whole lot better than the tasteless shlock they get from the large pizza chains. Ragazzi starts from the bottom up with an absolutely terrific crust which may well be the best, most authentic pizza crust to be found in the Greater Vancouver area. (I've been in the bakery industry for 26 years so I know a thing or two about the subject.) Their toppings consist of top quality ingredients and the emphasis is on *flavor*. When you bite into one of their pizzas you immediately realize you're onto something special. My favorite is the prosciutto and mushroom pizza, though their other varieties are equally tempting. They also offer pasta (their lasagna is heavenly), salads and sandwiches. The owner and staff are very friendly. The restaurant itself has ample seating with simple yet attractive decor and a comfortable atmosphere. The flat-screen TV is always tuned to the sports channel. Just picked up 2 xl meat lovers to go. Pizza was cold,very few toppings for a meat lovers and paying $2.50 per pizza for anchovies never found one. Absolutely the crappiest pizza I've ever had and to think I gave them a $10.00 tip. Save your money and eat out of a dumpster. read more
