Finally !!!! I have been wanting to come here since the day they opened. Used to be long lines but when I was here we waited for ten minutes on a Saturday afternoon. What a beautiful coffee shop. The decor is so unique and the merchandise they sell here is cute. I did get myself an expresso cup. So so cute. The iced latte I got was delicious so was my husband's Americano. The ambiance is great so is the customer service. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee here. They have a few tables and chairs inside but you will also find seating outdoors in the mall. The pond outside is so beautiful you can sit and enjoy the views. Overall a great stop while in the area. Now I have to take my entire family to see this place.

I was shopping at Fashion Island today and noticed Ralph's Coffee didn't have a line for once, so I decided to stop by and give it a try since I usually see a long line whenever I pass by. I got an Iced Vanilla Latte with oat milk, and my drink was ready in about five minutes. The inside is super cute, and I liked that the latte had a noticeable coffee flavor without being too strong. I do wish it had been just slightly sweeter, but it wasn't bad overall. That said, the coffee was pretty mid in my opinion. Considering the higher price point, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, and I honestly wouldn't recommend it over the Nordstrom eBar either.

Expensive, but good iced lattes. I didn't mind the wait & line because we got our drinks really quick. The baristas were friendly as well. I got an Iced Vanilla Latte with Cinnamon Cream Top and an Iced Mocha, and both were really good. Our order came out to almost $20, but I guess we're paying for the name. The place was small, with only 3-4 tables that can seat 2 people. I would still get it if I'm ever in Fashion Island, but only when the line is not out the door.

We love the decor in Ralph's coffee Café. The coffees are delicious. There's limited seating on the inside and some seating on the outside as well. It's convenient to get to basically connected to the outdoors. And also connected to the Ralph Lauren designer store next-door

I had read that the line can sometimes be over an hour, so I was pleasantly surprised there was almost no wait. The shop itself is small but has a really cute and aesthetic atmosphere. The Ralph's Roast had a nice strong coffee flavor and was served piping hot. The only thing that surprised me was that it came in a small plastic cup, which didn't feel very sturdy for a hot drink. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried it, but while the coffee was good, I'm not sure I'd make a special trip back just for it.

Coffee was nothing special. Ice cream was really good though. Especially on a hot day. Get the mixed vanilla and coffee.

So happy they opened a shop close to home! The cafe is soooo cute!!!!

Everything about this cafe is soooo cute! There was a bit of a wait when I went there but it was worth it. I wasn't in the mood for a latte so I opted for just a drip and a pastry. They were both delicious and the coffee was HOT (the way I like it). The barista was friendly and nice. I would say give this place a try if you want to try something new besides the scratch coffee. I will be back!

Draft Oat Latte and Salted Honey Cold Foam Latte
    Madison O.

On my latest visit to Fashion Island, I noticed the line at Ralph's Coffee was no longer obscene. My husband and I waited behind just three other groups, giving us time to look at the menu. We ordered the draft oat latte and the salted honey latte with cold foam. Both were good pick me ups, and I would definitely return for the salted honey latte! Inside, there's some seating but it's a little cramped with the walls and displays of cute Ralph's coffee merchandise. There's really no need to stay in the coffee shop though when Fashion Island has so many nice tables and lounge spots all over.

Finally got to try this place after walking by and seeing the line looked to be a reasonable length. I learned the cause of the line is the absurd amount of time they take to actually take your order. The menu is fairly simple and in my prior work experience coffee simply shouldn't take this long. They inside is really cute, however, and it's hard to want to miss if you are a fan of Ralph Lauren. My sister got an affogato that was really good, but it's also hard to mess up soft serve. I just think they need to work on speed of service and it would be worth the visit.

    Affogato
    Kunous K.

Affogato: 10/10, would happily drown my gelato in it again. Meanwhile, the rest of the crowd is out here ordering plain soft serve like it's 1995--hello, live a little! That espresso hit so hard it probably remembers my high school GPA. Price tag? Oof. Let's just say Ralph Lauren charges an extra 30% for the privilege of seeing his name on the cup. But hey, I didn't come here for a bargain--I came for caffeine and vibes. The dining room? Cozy and spotless. The merchandise? Gorgeous--and priced like it was woven from unicorn mane. But let's be real: I'm here for the teddy bear and the bean juice, not to remortgage my apartment for a polo shirt.

Long line, long wait, and mediocre drinks summarizes this coffee shop. It's really more an Instagram friendly place good for taking pictures of yourself and friends and maybe some decor. Not for actual food or drink qualities. My chai was very watery and sad tasting. My friend had no comment about her latte. How sad. And how overpriced for what they are. It's also one of the very few places that's actually not dog friendly at the Fashion Island mall. I visited with my two beagles and had to wait outside while my friend went to fetch the drink. The view you have while enjoying the drinks outdoors is decent. You can watch the koi pond and other screaming children. Good stuffs, I know.

Special Environment in Fashion Island, Next to a Large Koi Pond, with over 50 Exotic Fish. This is a great place, with great coffee, snacks, and gifts. Indoor and outdoor seating. In house rest room.

I've been wanting to try Ralph's Coffee for a while, but every time I stopped by there was a line. Finally went on a Friday morning and there was no wait -- perfect! I ordered the hazelnut latte and it was okay. Nothing bad, but definitely not the best coffee I've ever had. The shop itself is super cute though and has a really fun vibe. They also sell some cute Ralph's merchandise, although it's a little pricey. Definitely worth checking out for the atmosphere! I'd come back and try something different next time.

Upon walking in, the barista was friendly and open to answering any and all questions. Ambiance was also great and fit the name of the cafe and its vibes. For the drinks, we got an iced toffee latte and the kepania, which is their version of a spanish latte. I liked the toffee latte more cause it had bits of toffee in it but I also liked the spanish latte as it tasted lighter than the toffee latte. It gave the drinks more of a balance when I started taking sips from both of them. I do really like how the top layer of the lattes were blue, which gives off a great aesthetic. The only downside for me was that the toffee latte lost a good amount of its flavor after some of the ice melted-- some cafes still have a strong coffee taste even after the ice melts & that's usually what I like as far as preference. As for the sunbliss blend smoothie, it definitely had that taste of the 100% real fruit in it and was a refreshing drink to sip on when I walked at the beach. It's a plus for this cafe for having plenty of options between drinks and bites!

I came shortly after they opened on a Saturday and they had a line as per usual. It's always a crowd here! But, it feels trendy and charming. They have a seasonal menu and a concrete menu. On my two visits, I ordered the Dessert Glaze with whole milk ($7.50) and the Straight from Kyoto ($7.50) with maple walnut milk. Both drinks I ordered were $7.50 and the price doesn't include tax, so I paid ~$8 in total per drink. They don't add too much ice, so you get a good amount. The Dessert Glaze wasn't very memorable, but I really enjoyed their matcha with the maple walnut milk! The taste was similar to a hazelnut creamer, and the drink wasn't too sweet because their matcha is very strong and full-bodied. My friend ordered the Arnold Palmer, and it was kind of watery so I wouldn't recommend their lemonades. The drinks can take a while depending on how busy they are, but whether you can find a table or sit at the bar, there's usually somewhere to sit.
