Tucked away inside Harrah's, they have a decent sized space. I had a reservation, and was promptly seated. Ashley was friendly and very informative. The staff came by often to refill our waters, and to check up on us. The Beef Wellington was perfectly medium rare. It melted in your mouth and was bursting with flavor from the duxelle and pate. The puff pastry was a bit soggy though, probably from sitting in the demi-glace. This did not stop me from enjoying the dish! The Green Pea Risotto with Pancetta and Scallops was cheesy and had a great consistency and texture. The scallops were fresh and seared perfectly, a great add-on! The pancetta was crispy, which helped to add texture to the dish. I do wish the pieces were bigger (not so finely diced). The Sticky Toffee Pudding (with creme fraiche ice cream) a little sweet for my taste, but such good flavors! The soft date cake coupled with the cold creme fraiche and hot toffee made for a decadent ending. I was informed by Ashley that each Gordon Ramsay's restaurant makes their ice cream differently, and I was happy that this is probably the least sweet ice cream (Hell's Kitchen uses speculoos ice cream, while Ramsay's Steak uses brown butter ice cream). I just got an Iced Tea (unsweetened, with lemons on the side) to drink, but there is a variety of drinks to order. Its definitely a pricey meal, but you are paying for Gordon Ramsay's name. After reading some of these reviews, I'm convinced that even if Gordon Ramsay showed up at their houses and personally cooked a 5-star meal for them, they still complain about the entire meal because I don't think even perfection would make them happy. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT RAMSAY'S KITCHEN!!! We were welcomed by both hostesses at the check-in and seated immediately. Vera introduced herself as an assistant to our server and immediately filled up the water glasses. Maria, our server, was at the table to explain the tasting menu and answer and questions. She gave plenty of time to make decisions. Though I didn't order the tasting menu, I put together my own version that was really good from start to finish. I visit Vegas often, and I have eaten at Hell's Kitchen many times. I would describe Ramsay's Kitchen as a scaled down version of HK with smaller portions of similar menu items. Started with the crab cake which was perfectly cooked and crispy with a small citrus salad and an aioli sauce that was delicious. For the second course, we shared an order of the risotto entree. For the meal, we shared the salmon entree with a side of mushrooms. Each course came in a timely manner so that nothing overlapped and we could enjoy the meal. To finish off, we ordered two desserts--the chocolate tart and the Eton Mess. Both were good but the chocolate won hands down! (The other option is the sticky toffee pudding which is always wonderful but which I've had several times at HK.) The service was fantastic thanks to Vera and Maria! My boyfriend and I are a big fan of Hell's Kitchen and we had attempted to book a reservation there for our anniversary but there was no availability during the time he was here, so we went ahead and tried Ramsay's Kitchen. I booked a reservation for a Friday night around 6pm. We were super excited to try this place as we had seen it seemed pretty similar to Hell's Kitchen and my boyfriend mainly wanted the Beef Wellington. We had arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation but was able to be seated immediately. As we walked in, the interior felt quite big. The inside felt quite fancy. Our server was I believe named Cody (however, I could be totally wrong, I apologize if so) and he was awesome. Him as well as a couple others who assisted him were on top of things the entire meal. We started off with a couple of their specialty cocktails - Your Majesty and the Cordillera. They both tasted delicious but quite sweet. Your Majesty had more of a fruity sweety flavor and if you're a pina colada fan, you would definitely enjoy the Cordillera. Now with the food, it did feel quite different from Hell's Kitchen. We were tempted to do the 5-course menu, however, it was a little disappointing to see they only offered a Petite Beef Welling (which is half a beef wellington). Since my boyfriend mainly wanted to go here for this purpose, we decided not to go with the course meal. Overall, we ordered the Tuna Tartare, Beef Wellington, 24-oz Bone in Ribeye, and the Mac & Cheese. The Tuna Tartare was a bit disappointing. About $33 for 4 pieces of chips and a handful of tuna was quite underwhelming, although the tuna was decent and the presentation looked nice. The Mac and Cheese was also quite a disappointment as it did not seem there was anything special about it. It was lacking quite a bit of flavor in all honestly. For our main courses, the Beef Wellington was also a bit underwhelming. The breading was just falling off the meat every time you cut the piece off which was a bit different to the one's we have had in Hell's Kitchen as it would still stay together then despite cutting into it. My boyfriend was a little disappointed with it and ended up just taking it home as he was not enjoying it as much. Flavor was also lacking a bit. Now the 24-oz Bone-In Ribeye was a different story. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Loved how they put the piece of garlic on the side and the sauce was also a fantastic pairing. By the end of the meal, one thing I always looked forward to is the Sticky Toffee Pudding. I'd say it's a MUST get ALWAYS. Luckily, it was something that tasted super similar compared to the one in Hell's Kitchen and was super enjoyable to eat. The way it has the cake part warm and the ice cream cold, it's such a perfect mix and I would honestly come here just for this dessert. Overall, we had a decent experience. Definitely enjoy Hell's Kitchen a bit more food wise, but we had a good time. read more

Had an amazing experience at Ramsay's Kitchen -- easily one of the best meals I've had in a while. I ordered the special: Caesar salad, Petite Beef Wellington, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The Caesar salad alone was HUGE and honestly could've been a full meal, but I powered through because I had to try it all--and I'm glad I did. The Wellington was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The carrots and turnips were a bit al dente. I mentioned it to the server, who said he'd let the chef know, but I never heard anything back. Maybe that's just how they're intended to be prepared--it definitely wasn't a deal breaker. Service - 5 stars and the reason for this review. John the bartender was super cool! Made a lot of small talk. Then he shared about the Opening Night for the super bowl at Allegiant Stadium. Service by Marlene Thursday night was wonderful. My sister in law and I love Gordon's french onion soup. We were 2 couples. Her and I both ordered French onion soup, wedge salads and crab legs. The soup was in a regular bowl. Broth and onions. Like a can of Campbell's. No cheese ,no bread. Im sure Gordon would be appalled. We complained and she offered clam chowder. Which our husbands are. Decided to have dinner here before a show. It's recommended you make a reservation far in advance. Luckily, bar seating was available when we arrived at 5pm on a Thursday night. Bar seating is typically first come first served if you don't have a reservation. By the time it was almost 7, the bar area was full. They have a great variety of top shelf drinks. I was going to order a steak, but their grill was down at the time we ordered, so I just ordered the beef Wellington and my friend ordered the scallops. We also had a side of mushrooms and Mac and cheese. The beef Wellington was very tender, but awkward to cut into because the pastry portion of the dish kept breaking off. They add a sliver of mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were perfectly delicious, and I wish it came with a bigger serving. The scallops had some apricot sauce, which game it a sweet flavor. As expected, I knew Ramsay's Kitchen would charge high prices and to be honest, before dining here, I just wanted to check it out because it was a celebrity chef's restaurant and I wanted to witness what the hype was about... My fiancé made a reservation to dine as soon as we landed in Vegas, but since our flight arrived a little later, the staff was very accommodating in seating us right away. The place was beautiful and we were seated close enough to the kitchen where we can see a little action which we enjoyed. We ordered the famous beef Wellington we all hear about & it was cooked to perfection. Just as delicious as we hope for. We also ordered the roasted chicken breast which was so juicy and so full of flavor. For dessert we had the sticky toffee which was such a great treat. Wife and I decided to try this place out as a nice alternative to Hell's Kitchen. Many of the same dining options, and a bit more availability for an early dinner. You're definitely paying for the Ramsay branding and signature dishes, but you might be okay if you go in knowing that. The first question you'll be presented with (other than whether you're really going to spend $23 on a drink) is whether or not to just take the guess work out of it and choose the Pre Fix menu. Unless you absolutely have to have the Beef Wellington - I might suggest skip it and load up on appetizers instead. Since I wanted to remind myself why Ramsay is so well known for the Wellington, I ended up going with that, although my wife went with an appetizer, soup, and entree of her own choosing. The five courses of the Pre fixe menu are salmon crudite, crab cake, risotto, Wellington (I believe a half portion but could be wrong), and sticky toffee cake for dessert. My wife instead did the Beef Carpaccio, French onion soup, and crispy skin salmon. Oh and a side of Maitake mushrooms, because I always have much room, for mushrooms, LOL. Okay, maybe that last one was really for me but y'know - we share food. So as not to bury the lead, I think it's safe to say the highlights for both of us were in the appetizers. I think we were both a little underwhelmed wtih the mains. And the Sticky Toffee cake was also very good. Maitake mushroom side item was fantastic - it had an almost meaty consistency and tasted wonderfully buttery. The crab cake was surprisingly good - as a former Marylander who has lost track of the number of offensively bad "Maryland-style" crab cakes I've had in the past. Beef carpaccio was fantastic - my wife remarked she could have made a meal out of just that and I agree. Salmon crudite was just a couple bites but a nice starter to warm up the palate and appetite. Lastly, the drink I got (and got a second of) was the Boston's inferno. The maple syrup and bitters went well with the two types of whiskey in each drink and the smoke effect is always fun. Lastly, service was solid. We had a separate server for drinks and she tagged out well with the main server. Ambiance was a little plain but seeing the open kitchen was fun. This was an outstanding experience. From the time we sat down to the time that we got up to leave, the service was excellent and the food was even better. I ate with a group of three and I was pleased to hear that the tasting menu could be done for one person at the table, versus the whole table having to order it together. I decided to go with that to try a couple of the staples, including the beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. Sometimes I'm a little skeptical of celebrity restaurants as the food does not always deliver, but starting with the first course, I was impressed by the food. The crab cake was full of crab meat, fried to perfection, and accompanied by a nice small salad and herbed aïoli. I wanted to try the risotto, so I was glad that there was a small portion as part of the tasting menu. It was al dente with butternut squash pieces, and a sage brown butter for a little sweetness. The beef wellington was fantastic. The pastry was nice and flaky on the outside and the beef was cooked perfectly. My favorite course, though was the sticky toffee pudding. I didn't know that I needed that in my life! I hadn't had crème fraîche ice cream before, but that was the perfect mildly sweet flavor of ice cream to go with the very indulgent and dense cake. I was honestly getting full after the risotto, but I was able to get through the tasting menu, and I tried the onion soup with the oxtail baguette. That was a very creative take on French onion soup, and the taste was just as good as the presentation. Open for almost a year, Ramsay's Kitchen is a place I would recommend. My group had a 6PM dinner reservation and got seated quickly. We were a party of 15 so it was difficult to have us all at one table. Our tables were pretty far apart since we were at booth seating so that was unfortunate. Jumbo lump crab cake (5/5): This was pretty good. It was the right amount of crab and creamy. I wasn't expecting much but the portion was actually jumbo. The citrus herb aioli was yummy. It also came with a side of mixed green salad which was just okay. Potato puree (5/5): This was amazing. We had dinner reservations to a different restaurant, but were late and decided to stop into Ramsay's Kitchen instead - it was the best decision we made all weekend. Our server, Marlene, was incredible and attentive from the moment we sat down. Chef Josh even came out and chatted with our table and gave us his recommendations! He even came out and chatted with our group between courses!! As far as the food, the crab cakes were the best I've ever had - all crab and no filler. The Beef Wellington was incredible and perfectly cooked (ask for extra Demi glaze). For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding was the perfect way to finish off. Decided to try a different Gordon Ramsay restaurant since we had already been to (& absolutely loved) Hell's Kitchen. The restaurant is beautiful, although it's located inside Harrah's so you do have to venture into the actual casino. We don't eat beef therefore no beef Wellington. Crab cake for starter was tasty and worth getting again. The scallops & chicken were good, but not spectacular (especially in comparison to HK). Had the sticky toffee pudding which was of course delicious and a bit different than the HK version with toffee sauce. I prefer HK to Ramsay's Kitchen, however worth trying. Had a great dining experience at Ramsay's Kitchen in Las Vegas. Here is a breakdown of the food we ordered: -Roasted Grape Flatbread: This was an incredible starter with a lot of unique elements that went so well together. The flatbread had roasted grapes, pork belly, brussels sprouts, gorgonzola, and balsamic glaze. I could have devoured two of these flatbreads! -Filet Mignon: This was the main dish and it was a very tender deliciously seasoned piece of meat. The portion appears to be pretty tiny but the cut is very thick and filling. The meat was cooked to perfection. -Butternut Squash Risotto: The risotto was spot on and really highlighted the butternut squash flavor. The dish was creamy and rich and was a plenty big portion for a main course. -Mac n Cheese: As a side we got the mac n cheese which was one of the better mac n cheeses I've had. You could tell the high quality cheese present in the dish. -Sticky Toffee Pudding: If you have any room left, do yourself a favor and order a sticky toffee pudding. It is the best way to finish off your meal, so good. It's not wonder why this is one of Chef Ramsay's signature dishes. First time at ramsays new restaurant at harrahs in Vegas! It was pretty good! Wish we sat further inside the restaurant. We were sat towards the casino area and smelling cigarettes while eating was a buzzkill. Onion soup with oxtail bread was super tasty! Oysters were briny and fresh! The crispy skin salmon was very good and the cauliflower puree under it changes color when you add lemon! I only noticed it when I squeezed lemon on my salmon. How fun! Overall rating: 4.2 stars This was my first time at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and I was super excited to try it. This particular restaurant is relatively new. It opened last November and is his 6th eatery in Las Vegas. We came here to celebrate an anniversary and it did not disappoint. I made a reservation online for a Sunday night at 5pm before our Magic Show at 7:30pm. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, I still recommend making a reservation because Vegas is very event-driven and some weekends can get crazy busy. The service was exceptional! Our waiter, Greg delivered exceptional service. He was attentive without being pushy. The other two servers were also very friendly and helpful. I decided to get the 5-Course Tasting Menu for $119.95 per person. It came with salmon crudo, jumbo lump crab cake, butternut squash risotto, beef wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. The salmon crudo was under-whelming as a starter. My favorites were the jumbo lump crab cake. It didn't taste fishy and had generous portions of real crab meats. I also enjoyed the butternut squash risotto. It was creamy, buttery, slightly sweet, and the pine nuts gave the entire dish a nice crunch. Now, onto the signature beef wellington. The gravy that came with the beef wellington was overly salty for me. The beef tasted dry with the puff pastry and the meat quality was subpar. This dish was disappointing. However, the signature sticky toffee pudding was a HIT! It was absolutely divine. The best way I can describe it is..what you get when chocolate lava cake marries bread pudding...you get sticky toffee pudding! An enhanced and elevated delicious dessert love child from popular dessert parents! It was absolute dessert bliss and yumminess. My partner got the 24 oz. rib-eye steak. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The meat was of good quality. He also got the French onion soup. It was also divine. The creamy mashed potatoes were perfect too. I recommend everything he ordered. Because we had noted it was our anniversary when I made the reservation, they gave us a complimentary sticky toffee pudding which was very kind of the staff and management. Making a reservation online was super easy. Located on the strip inside Harrah's, it's walkable. Make sure to read the dress code, as long as you don't wear anything sleeveless, have an exposed midriff, or flip flops, you should be ok. We made an early dinner reservation for 4:45pm, so we pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves at that time. Decor was warm- colors of brown, and sexy. We sat not far from the kitchen and near a large clear glass display of various wines. Our servers Maria and Remy were excellent! Attentive, sweet, took many pics for us lol And never had to ask for our waters to be refilled. We went for the 5 course tasting menu, which was perfect... a sample of everything Gordon Ramsey is known for. Ordered two yummy cocktails -The spiced pear and fig mule-ton. Both delicious ! Slowly sipped on these throughout the 5 course meal. Maria always kept us up to date on the readiness of the upcoming dishes and a chef would serve each dish individually to us. Amuse bouche - salmon crudo- a thin slice of raw salmon topped with a yuzu wasabi sauce. Amuse bouche said it all... a total tease, wish I had more of the salmon : D First course- jumbo lump crab cake. Our absolute fave! I truly think it's best crab cake I have had in my entitle life so far. Why? Because there are no fillers, it was pure crab!!! Came with tartar sauce and side salad. Second course- Butternut squash risotto Added scallops (2) $25 Rich and creamy, with a hint of sweetness from the squash, and with 2 perfectly cooked large scallops. Third Course- Beef Wellington It came with a 3 ounce portion 6 ounce additional $25 My 3 ounce was slightly undercooked, so it went back. The creamy potato purée was nice, as well as the small cooked turnips. Lastly, sticky toffee pudding- the chef poured the yummy toffee sauce right over the pudding and lit anniversary candles for us: The pudding was decadent, rich, and sticky. The service here is great and the workers are friendly. The ambiance here is definitely fancy, upscale and modern. Every dish I tried here was tasty and high-quality. The beef Wellington was crispy, savory and definitely a must have. The mashed potatoes were so tasty and went well with it. I thought the poke nachos and the beef carpaccio weren't that special. The risotto was good and had a good balance of sweet and savory. The pork belly and scallops were cooked just right and had great texture. The flavoring on them was nice. The sticky Toffee was probably my most favorite dish. It was so delicious and I definitely recommend. You really get what you pay for when you come here. I had a great experience here. The place is relatively new. I ordered the limited time tasting menu with wine pairing, and I was not disappointed. The wines are all paired well with their respective courses. I especially liked the Groth cab and the tawny port, but i prefer red wine. Each course was well executed and the service was generally very good. The salmon crudo in a citrus sauce, with little bits of fried garlic, was delicate and lovely. The crab cake was full of chunks of crab, and not a ton of filler. It was literally the best crab cake i've ever tasted. The butternut squash risotto was not overpowering, creamy and well-balanced. The Beef Wellington was very well prepared. I just don't think I love this dish. But the creamy potato purée was wonderful. There is nothing wrong with the dish. It's just not my thing. The sticky toffee dessert was tasty and quite rich. The service was quick and the servers were pleasant. There was one guy who described the courses he served and i couldn't understand a word. He was nice. I just didn't understand him and i didn't want to be rude. The space is lovely too. It's modern, but warm. I really liked it. The only issue that made this less than perfect was many of the other diners. There were obnoxiously loud drunk people, shrill and loud people who don't realize how shrill and loud they were, and many people who acted and dressed like they were going to McDonalds. The trailer park looking guy with the backwards baseball hat who sported his big can of Bud as he entered was a good example. Not the normal crowd and behavior I associate with fine dining. But I enjoyed the food, wine, and space. Id come here again, though I'd adjust my expectations. read more

After watching majority of Ramsey's show... we have wanted to try one of the restaurants. We went to Ramseys Kitchen inside Harrah's. Presentation of the place was wonderful and calming. Service with the staff was ok. They were friendly but when it came to ordering food it was not broken down as to what the dishes were. We ordered the Beef Wellington and the Braised Short Ribs. As far as ordering the short ribs plan on skipping that it's basically a pot roast. If I had to go there again it would simply be for the desert. We got sick after eating and hands down wouldn't spend the time money. read more
