Excellent service. Perfectly cooked food. Beautiful restaurant. Our servers were so amazing and attentive. We were sat right outside the kitchen. Some of the tables in the banquette seating area are just a smidge too close together but once the food started arriving, I didn't care. We split a Caesar salad which was hands down the best Caesar salad I have ever had. For dinner I ordered the beef Wellington because it's Chef Ramsey's signature dish. I HAD TO GET IT. And, it wasn't a disappointment. Cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. We came here the night Vegas won the Stanley cup so after dinner we went to the bar to watch the game, have a few drinks, and ordered dessert. Y'all the sticky toffee pudding is amazing! If it wasn't fine dining, I would have licked the plate!! I can't say the same thing about the Eton Mess but I've decided it's an acquired taste (that I don't have). The only negative - note I didn't take a star away, but I wouldn't be a true yelper if I didn't mention this - is that the restaurant is located in Harrah's which is far from a preferred hotel in Vegas. It's a different kind of clientele. The hotel itself is just not somewhere we would want to hang out beyond this dinner. I used OpenTable to reserve bar seating for 2 at Ramsay's Kitchen located in Harrah's Las Vegas Hotel and Casino on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 7:15 pm. OpenTable was easy to use and there were many availabilities. When we arrived at Ramsay's Kitchen, the hostess located my reservation and asked if instead we wanted a table. We said sure and were seated right in front of the kitchen. The dining room was elegant and inviting. I was able to see buckets of seafood at the raw bar. I opted for the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairings for all courses. This was $139.95 and an additional $69.95 for the wine pairing. I started with the salmon crudo with yuzu-wasabi soy sauce and garlic chips paired with Michele Chiarlo Moscato d'Asti, Italy. The salmon was fresh and I do love a good Moscato d'Asti. The first course was a jumbo lump crab cake with citrus herb aïoli and mixed green salad paired with Peju Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley. The second course was a green pea risotto with roasted peas, mint, mascarpone, parmesan and lemon oil paired with Jordan Chardonnay, Russian River Valley. The third course is Gordon Ramsey's petite beef wellington with potato purée, glazed baby root vegetables, red wine demi‑glace, served medium rare paired with Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley. Lastly, dessert was sticky toffee pudding with english toffee sauce, crème fraîche ice cream paired with Sandeman Old Tawny Porto 20YR, Portugal. The food was delicious and rich. All the wine pairings with the food were excellent. You will be full with a happy stomach and talking about the food for days to come. The 5 course tasting menu with wine pairings is definitely worth it. I shared some of my tastings with my husband. He also had the Behind Blue Eyes cocktail which had absolut elyx vodka, blueberry purée, and limoncello and the pan seared scallops which had orange glazed pork belly, fennel & apple salad, and chicken jus. He enjoyed his dish and drink very much. The scallops were very juicy and flavorful. This was our most expensive meal in Las Vegas and maybe our life, but it was such a wonderful experience. Wanted to try the sticky toffee pudding and saw it was part of a three course special with a petite Wellington and salad. Made a reservation online before a concert so planning for lots of extra time but it wasn't busy at all and I was in and out in an hour (even eating very slowly). I'm a huge Ramsay fan a a huge fan of good food so my expectations were already high and our server, Scott, did an exceptional job at making sure my expectations were met! We started with the lump crab cake that was perfectly formed and delicious. I've had the Wellington before so I opted for the Ribeye, a whopping 24 oz. It was cooked to perfect medium rare just as I like it, perfectly rendered with a great crisp sear on the outside. On the side was a red wine reduction that was delicious as well. This is a relatively newer restaurant located on the first floor of Harrah's casino. Upon entering, I felt a warm enveloping embrace and the server complimented this feeling. We are her twice to try the different items on their modestly sized menu, and I have to say that the fish and chips satisfied my hankering for the flavor of deep-fried and salt. It was perfectly battered and not oily. The sapid meat in the steak sandwich tingled my tastebuds but there wasn't enough of the meat in comparison to the amount of bread of the sandwich aspect. Nice restaurant hidden inside Harrah's. Came here for dinner and although we had reservations, the place was probably 60% filled. The restaurant is intimate with dim lighting and quality restaurant atmosphere. We ordered a bunch of things to try so here are my reviews of each dish Appetizers: Flatbread Bianca 10/10. Amazing. The combination of cheese was so good and the cured egg yolk made it a perfect combination. Would come here again just for the flatbread alone Tuna Tartare 6/10. Good but nothing special. It looks nice with the avocado slices and the tuna tastes fresh but the flavor was lacking. Caesar Salad 7/10. Good salad. Fresh lettuce and big croutons with egg. Very good starter. Beef Carpaccio - 5/10. Most likely because when you try to take the beef off the dish, it instantly breaks apart. Chop sticks are probably needed for this dish for better consumption. I honestly don't remember eating how this tasted like haha. Mains: Beef Wellington 5/10. This dish was disappointing. The beef just tasted like any other beef and the puff pastry, although had lots of flavor, just fell apart when cutting into it. It's also surprisingly small for how much it costs. Seared Scallops 6/10. A bit too fishy for me but not bad. The pork belly was pretty good but wasn't too big a fan of the scallops. Sides: Potato Puree 9/10. So much flavor! It was creamy and went well with everything on our table. Mac and Cheese 5/10. It's mac and cheese. Creamed Spinach 5/10. It's OK. The spinach tasted a bit bitter and the cream was a bit too watery but not bad. Service: 10/10. The service was A++ and the wait staff was friendly, gave us lots of info and was super quick to refill our water and drinks. Party of 6 for my friend's birthday dinner made for a great experience at Ramsay's Kitchen. The dining area is gorgeous with contemporary decor and creative lighting options. There's a full service bar which was also packed during our Saturday evening visit. Our server was on point with going through the menu and the specials for the evening. We never had to look for him once as he was around frequently to check on us. French Onion Soup - This was the most flavorful French Onion soup I've had in a bit. I love how the bread, cheese and beef arrives planked on top of the bowl, ready for you to drop it in. Very savory, cheesy and a perfect start if you're looking for soup. Seafood Tower - You know what these are about. Every sea item on here was fresh. 24 Ounce Bone In Ribeye - Medium Rare is my thing and the Kitchen cooked it perfectly for me. Red, juicy and delish All the side dishes were good to go... asparagus mushrooms broccolini Eton Mess - This was my first Eton Mess and it was great. Strawberries, berries, whipped cream and some kind of meringue makes for a sweet (not too sweet) dessert. Sat at the bar to order the Sticky Toffee Pudding. At first the bartender told me that they didn't have the Crème Fraiche ice cream for it, so I asked if I could just have the pudding part. He returned with the pudding topped with ice cream, then poured caramel-y toffee sauce all over it. This was quite possibly the best Sticky Toffee Pudding I have ever had! It was still warm, incredibly moist, satisfyingly dense, as well as chewy sponge cake, with decadent toffee taste. The ice cream was rich, velvety smooth, and milky. We paid for the chef experience. A welcome glass of bubbles, was a 1/2 glass! Manager did a fly by and dropped it off. We were done with our bubbles (Prosecco) before the waiter even returned and before the " executive chef delivery of appetizer and welcome" I expected some sort of food, dining, conversation even for a few moments, the chef had really no difference in clothing and was just observing and checking plates before they went out. We watched as we had a close table to the kitchen, which I had to tip for to get otherwise our "Chef Experience" would have just been in the regular dining area. So, was this really a "CHEF EXPERIENCE" worth paying for ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! Seemed like just another chef, like the one prepping salads. Our plates were placed in front of us like they were dealing a deck of cards, not placed nicely from side to side to each person. The scallop entree were 5 the diameter of a 1/2 dollar, measly!! They did NOT appear to be made to order. This was a complete SUB PAR experience! If Gordon wasn't on the wall, I'd think just a high price on the strip restaurant. I am a local and will not be back and WILL NOT recommend Ramseys Kitchen. Tho they will still get the tourists and not hurt for my business. Observing the 5 or 6 cooked salmon filets under the warmer waiting to be ordered a plated was a turn off as well, nothing seemed made to order. Lots of warming ovens visible! I told the manager we were not pleased with the scallops and the experience what not what we expected. I've had better. I don't get the hype; my reality TV preference is more housewife than competition, so maybe the disconnect was my own. My dining partner really wanted scallops and this seemed to be the only restaurant that had scallops on it's menu. So naturally since he opened a new restaurant in Las Vegas, I had to check it out. Located in Harrah's casino, on the strip - they occupy the area that was once the buffet. Of course you would never know it now as you walk in and pass the restaurant and bar area. The inside space opens up to a classy seating area and has a portion that has a view of part of the kitchen. I'd definitely recommend reservations - after all it is a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. The staff is very good - friendly and professional like you would expect. Our primary server was absolutely amazing - Natalie. Her attention to detail, willingness to answer questions and overall great attitude and fun personality was wonderful! She along with the service team, elevated our dining experience from good to amazing! All that said, the food was most impressive. Nobody does beef Wellington like a Ramsay restaurant. Crab cakes are amazing and is solid crab - amazing! Sea scallops were great! And how can you eat at a Ramsay restaurant without getting Sticky Toffee Pudding! We went there last night for the price-fix three course meal. While the service was PERFECTION, all four of us a few negatives regarding the food. The first negative is that they don't serve bread with the meal. When you order wine with your meal, it's nice to have a little bread to nosh on. That didn't sit well with us considering the price of the three course meal- $80. But moving on...... First up: the Ceasar salad. It was excellent, very fresh and crisp, with nice ingredients (hard boiled egg, cranberries, etc). However, it needed more dressing, which our wonderful server quickly brought. Main course: the beef wellington. This was off the charts tender and expertly prepared, however three of us found the sauce too salty. The vegetables were nice but undercooked and the thin shmere of mashed potatoes is a tease. The grand finale was the sticky toffee pudding , Ramsay's signature dessert. It did not disappoint. All four of us felt that the food could have been hotter and the dinner plates need an upgrade. These small things matter. When you consider that each course is $27, that's quite a chunk of change. We had a great dinner here on our family trip to Vegas! The service was nice and very personable. Checking on us multiple times, making sure our drinks were never empty. The ambience is a cool, low light, trendy lounge vibe. We sat in cushy chairs and on nice couch booths. The food was fantastic. Definitely the highlight of the night. I enjoyed the tasting menu a nice four course menu. We also had the sea scallops and the filet mignon. We tried the broccolini side and the mac & cheese. Everything was very tasty. But by far my favorite part was the dessert! The sticky, toffee pudding was rich and warm, and scrumptious. If I could eat the crab cake over and over again until I passed out, I would (granted it was free though LOL). I absolutely LOVE seafood and have tried my fair share of crab cakes. Believe everyone here when they say that it's ALL crab. I don't even know how they keep it all together because there's no filler. Please do yourself the favor and order it. Don't think twice. An amazing experience of delicious drinks and food that will leave you wanting more. We found this place on the way out of Vegas, and had to try it mainly cause it had ramsays name on it! We got there during lunch time and it was empty as it had just opened. They are even opening for breakfast soon which would be a delight. The service was great, with only one other group they checked on us the entire time. We ordered a couple drink recommendations and then moved onto the main courses. This is a must visit place in Vegas. Of the various Ramsey restaurants, this is probably the best one. Of course, you have to navigate through the Casino to get to it, but that is the norm here. Great greeter team. Our waiter was very professional, friendly and gave us solid recommendations. On to the food! We had crab legs for appetizers. Wow! We have really good sea food at home. These crab legs were memorable. Fantastic preparation with a hint of lime that blended super well with the Dijon based dip. For main, my Wellington (Pic) was simply fantastic. I am not a fan of this dish in general, as I like my beef just off the grill, medium rare, sea salt, and that's it. The Wellington at Ramsey's Kitchen is superb. The minute you get the plate, your senses are going nuts. The perfect pink color of the beef, the smell of butter of the puff pastry, and the taste of glory. The beef was cooked perfectly, the pastry gives a very nice texture balance to the beef. And, their mashed potatoes were fantastic. I tend to avoid ordering the 'famous dish' from the 'famous Chef' but, after Ramsey's Wellington, I am happy to make an exception. Gordon Ramsay does it again! I'm impressed! Went here for on their grand opening day with my husband and was very happy with our meal! Parking: parked inside the Harrah's parking lot (Unfortunately we ended up paying, but Nevada residents get free parking! Just scan your ticket, then your license at the parking exit when you leave). Signs from the parking garage make it easy to find the restaurant. We entered straight and veered right after some ways. Not bad! Setting: the outside (host and bar area) and inside restaurant are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the various areas make it feel large. The floor in which additionL tables and the kitchen is, is seen partially through an elegant divider, which can be accessed via the stairs in the center. There are many different "areas" within the restaurant that seem to give off different vibes depending on where you are seated. Service: Service is FANTASTIC. Greeted quickly upon arrival from the hosts and sat within minutes of our reservation. Kenya was our server who helped us navigate the menu very well, D'ylan always looked out for our table and kept our waters filled, and Jeremy assisted in serving food while giving us great information about our dish. We are all about Gordon Ramsey restaurants. We've been to all of them except the burger place. When we heard this was opening, we made reservations as soon as we could. We arrived early and took a seat at the bar while we waited for our 630 reservation. Alisha was our bartender and she was friendly and helpful. We asked a few questions about he cocktails menu and she offered suggestions. We tried the Boston inferno and 90' in the shade. Both were really good. I just had an old fashioned and when I mentioned how I liked the smoke Alisha offered to smoke my old fashioned. We were on round 2 when we were called to be seated The interior is very nice. It's intimate and dark. The tables are kind of eclectic and I really liked the vibe. We love Hells Kitchen but it's big and loud and so busy, this was just the opposite. The lower level is open seating and you can sit at the raw bar if you wish. Our server was Emilio and he was friendly and efficient. We ordered our appetizers, onion soup, tuna tartare, flatbread and a dozen oysters. Onion soup was delicious. I love onion soup and get it everywhere I go. This one was amazing. Much better than the one at Gordon Ramsay Steak. Very beefy and full of flavor. Flatbread was good too, with grapes on it. I was Leary but it was delicious. The tartare was good as well, served with sour cream and avocado. We got a mix of oysters, 6 east coast, 6 west coast and they were shucked well and very fresh and briny. For our entrees we got the filet mignon, the 14 oz bone in New York strip, the scallops and the signature beef Wellington For sides we got the potatoes purée, the asparagus and the broccolini. This is where things went sideways a little. My NY strip and the sides came out, then we waited. For a while. Not sure what happened but it was quite a while before the rest of the food came out. By the time the other 3 entrees came out, the sides were like warm to cold. Servers apologized and we moved on., knowing somewhere Gordon was screaming at the weird delivery Steaks were really good, very tender and a little on the salty side. Scallops were excellent and very sweet and tender, cooked perfectly Wellington was very good. My wife has had it at every GR place, from the Pub at Caesar to Hells Kitchen and this was by far the best. It's made a little differently at each location and this was the tastiest. There was some green between the crust and the meat and we were told it was a special herb mix, made all the difference For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding and the eton mess. STP is his signature dessert and we've had it at all the locations and it was very good. The Eton Mess has a cool story about it originally being dropped and so they serve it as a deconstructed type dessert and you use the hard meringue to scoop it up. It's really good and I highly recommend We had a bottle of Gordon Ramsay Sauvignon blanc and it was good. Not great but good Service was top notch, friendly, always there when we needed it to fill water glasses or pour more coffee. A team effort and all were friendly and very happy. I wanted to get a few pictures of the place so I wandered down to the lower lever to snap a few. Our server Emilio noticed me and showed me around the kitchen, private dining room and even got me a sample from the raw bar. So nice and unexpected. Not sure if it's because they just opened or the location but it was not busy, and very relaxed. It was by far our favorite experience at a Ramsay restaurant and we will definitely come back, and certainly ask for Emilio I get going to Hells Kitchen, it's worth the experience but this place was better and far more intimate read more

I had a short trip to Vegas just before thanksgiving and was able to check out this newly opened Ramsay's Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay. It's located at Harrah's and while the restaurant looks very upscale, it was very comfortable and had a relaxed atmosphere. We were served by a team of servers, Marlene and Brandon, and just about everyone said welcome as we were brought to our table. Our host even mentioned she was from my hometown which was nice. As Marlene walked us through the menu, she explained the concept of the restaurant being focused on a collection of Chef Ramsay's travels, as well as pointed out some of the features including the open kitchen and raw bar right below us. Drinks were good, though I probably would go with a different cocktail that is less sweet. The ahi tuna appetizer was a great start as was the king crab legs. I went with the chicken breast which was cooked perfectly. My husband went with the classic Ramsay beef Wellington which was also delicious. I wish I had room for dessert, but will have to try it next time we visit. So happy to have another option on my go to places for Vegas. read more
