It's a quaint little spot, with great customer service and even better espresso! Will definitely be bringing my people here more often

Wonderful ambience great coffee and the croissant was very good. The highlight was the service, Molly and Caroline were exceptional. we were a very large group of about 20 and we were also a bit rowdy and they were amazing so the whole group will be sure to come back regularly. I'll be sure to return.

After spending time at Aliso Beach Park, my mom and I walked about half a mile to Rapport Coffee Roasters so we could grab drinks and bring them back to the beach to enjoy by the water. Totally worth the walk. The shop is simple and minimalistic inside, with a clean layout and a plant right in the center that gives the space a calm, relaxed vibe. Nothing flashy, just thoughtfully designed and comfortable. I ordered the iced Spanish latte and my mom got the iced chai. Both had an excellent balance of sweetness and coffee or tea flavor. Smooth, refreshing, and perfect for sipping while sitting on the sand. The workers were friendly and easy to order from, which made the experience even better. One thing that stood out to us was their logo, two hands shaped like coming together. In sign language, that sign means "connect," so as Deaf individuals, we immediately noticed it and wondered about the meaning behind it. It made the name "Rapport" feel even more intentional. Great drinks, welcoming service, and a perfect stop before heading back to the beach. We'd definitely do that walk again.

My taste buds were tickled from the smell of coffee from the parking lot! It's across the street from the Montage (not a bad place to walk with your coffee, assuming you park legally and walk!), tucked in a strip mall with CVS and other random shops. Interior is minimalist and clean. Baristas were all very nice. The cold brew coffee was one of the best I've had -- smooth, but robust, with a complex taste. AND it was under $5, which is a steal! I read that they roast coffees on site and I wouldn't doubt it! Unfortunately, while bean coffee was $23 for 200g, which is 7oz! My local roaster (Kean) would have the same price for 12oz. In their defense, they did have a massive bag that was $25. They had a bunch of great latte options, an espresso tonic, and tea options. They have pastries that looked delicious too. A great coffee and highly worth a visit!

Rapport Coffee feels like a little hidden gem in Laguna Beach. Tucked away by CVS, just enough that finding it feels like a win. I ordered a cinnamon miel cappuccino, and wow -- easily one of my favorite cappuccinos in the area. Perfectly balanced, lightly sweet, and beautifully made. Service is excellent! Plenty of parking, WIFI available. A great spot to catch up on email or chat with friends. Great coffee, calm vibes, and a spot I'll absolutely be returning to. Highly recommend if you're in Laguna and want an excellent cup.

This is my favorite coffee spot with pour overs being my go-to. Fresh beans a roasted in-house and served fresh. This spot is perfect right before or after a stroll along the beach and has great parking spaces, which is hard to find near the beach. The service is great. Everyone is welcoming.

I stopped by fot a latte today. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly cashier. He explained the menu and took my order. What i loved was when he asked if i wanted a ceramic mug for my latte or a to go cup. It's always a nice touch to have that option. The sitting area is large and simple decorated. It's perfect for relaxing conversations with friends. They are also dog friendly, as you can see from one of my pictures of a adorable dog i met inside. My latte was rich and creamy. The coffee is a little strong for me, but a coffee lover will enjoy the strong and flavorful coffee. Stop by and check them out. They also have a nice selection of french pastries.

Rapport coffee roasters is located in a strip mall parallel to the beach. I visited right when they opened on a Saturday and they had a steady amount of customers despite the hour. WiFi and outlets are available. There is plenty of seating and parking. If you buy a bag of beans, they don't offer a complimentary cup of coffee. Service is great! Very friendly and efficient. I would come back if I needed to work in the area.

My friend and I decided to try this place for the first time together and we both loved it! We both agreed that their matcha is really good, in fact I've been back for it the past 3 days in a row. Incredibly friendly staff and super cute and clean inside. I will definitely be adding Rapport to my regular visit rotation!

Love that I got to explore Rapport during a coast drive during the week. The weather was perfect and I needed an afternoon pick me up. I love that the cafe had such a super welcoming vibe - I could see myself getting comfy here. I love the simplicity of the menu. We ordered a spanish latte and cold brew with a down to earth barista. She was super patient and made her suggestions. My spanish latte was delicious! I would definitely recommend!

Love coming to Rapport Coffee Roasters in Laguna every Sunday. The coffee is always amazing, the atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the staff is genuinely friendly every time I come in. You can really tell they care about quality and creating a good vibe. It's become one of my favorite weekly spots to unwind, grab a great coffee, and just enjoy the morning. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in Laguna Beach

This is a really superb coffee shop! They get everything right. I'm a black cup of coffee person (with a touch of cinnamon on occasion) and the cup they brew here is first rate - best in class. I had a long black --- and it was strong. So strong I still feeling alert in the late afternoon. The woman who served me behind the counter was super friendly. The vibe is warm and welcoming and chilled. The decor is stylish with a white, gold-trimmed front counter, an island with plants and benches surrounding it and tables to sit and work at (which is what I was there for). I'll definitely be back!

Walking in we were greeted! They are so sweet and nice!!! Welcomed us with a smile!! I tried the Chocolate chip muffin 5/5 Flat White with Oatmilk 5/5 Matcha Latte 5/5 Honestly everything was great! The chocolate chip muffin had great flavor and was soft! The flat white was perfect! One of the best I've had! The Matcha latte was light in sweetness which I liked! The inside is so nice they have a fair amount of seating as well as some seating on the outside!

The espresso with the bubbly tonic made it feel light and crisp. I got the iced saffron latte and absolutely loved it. I have to be honest, I was not impressed with this latte, and I am wondering why everybody raves about it. I got a vanilla latte and added vanilla cold foam as a little treat and somehow it still had a little to no flavor? I think it was $18 or $19 for 2 drinks, that's just crazy to me and it's my own fault, that should have been a warning, but they had a Ube cruffin (and my husband loves ube) and I ordered one without asking the price and imagine my surprise when it was $7! A little more than that I think actually. I get it - it's a pricey area, they're a block from oven views, it's Laguna, I'm too broke to live and exist there but good Lord. All of that aside, it is a very cute shop, very cute merch, and very good vibes with lots of sitting areas. They even had a cute little corner with toys for kids to play with, which I love!

Drink 5/5 I got a small lavender latte, it tastes super flavorful, strong lavender flavor, and I asked for a little bit light sweetness (less honey). Sometimes when I get lavender lattes, they have a little bit of bitter aftertaste, but this wasn't the case at all. They also have awesome looking seasonal flavors that I'll have to come back to try sometime.
