Well the first time my brother in law had gotten us a bionico from here. I wasn't impressed the fruit wasn't very ripe and they were Very stingy with the cream. Second time around I went myself to try something different, the cottage express. it was Ok but a few bites into it I was grossed out by the hair I found in it. So at that point I didn't finish it. 3rd time my sister was craving an Elote. the elote here comes in a cup.She said she was disappointed. She said they were stingy with the Mayo and poured lemon in the cup. Ive never had an Elote with Lemon. I tried a bite and yeah, just not very good. 3 strikes your out. Gave it more than one opportunity and it just wasn't good and was a bit pricey. read more

I came to get a nice raspado and bionico, I ended up waiting in line for over half an hour. When I finally went up to order they didn't even ask me what I wanted in my bionicos. Overall it was very expensive and very under staffed. read more

I LOVE chamangos especially with the chili.straw they add (upon request +.50 extra) but they need to keep working on their recipe. I got a ton of mango hairs in my drink and the mangos didnt taste ripe. I will never go in there when it is busy because my drinks will be made watered down and lousy. Needs improvement! read more

This was my first time coming here and most definitely my last. Although the customer service was good, the raspados and tostilocos were a complete let down. We ordered 3 drinks that were supposed to contain a little bit of chamoy and they turned out to be smothered in chamoy. Not only were they smothered in chamoy, there was basically no ice in the raspados!! We were basically drinking chamoy... Don't recommend at all, over priced and bad quality. This place is nice to have around but seriously...... How can they be sooooo slow! Don't even think about coming here when it gets busy. I use to love this place but lately not so much. For starters the place doesn't have an AC only a small fan running, not a good thing on a blazing hot summer day. Secondly as soon as you open the door you're smacked with the stench of a very powerful bleach like cleaner. Can't sit and enjoy the Raspado unless you're willing to walk out with a headache. I learned from another customer they have a stamp card, wished the workers would have offered me one since I use to go almost every day sometimes twice in a day. Also, the ice is a bit on the chunky side and i've even had ice cube like pieces in my drink. Maybe its just this location the workers not so friendly, I've asked on several occasions for double of the topping and altho they say yes they don't add it. The amount of topping selections they have is great, I only stick to the coconut and walnut all others seem to be too syrupy and on the sweet side. An ice cold horchata will do the trick for me next time. read more

I wanted to try a new raspado place. I love Vanilla but the raspado I had was Not tasty. It had more ice than the actual Vanilla flavor. I took 3 sips and it was all gone. The ice was the only thing left. The raspados from the street have way more flavor. Im going back to my old raspado place in Baldwin Park even if I have to drive farther.
