We had the pleasure of dealing with Corey Feltis and his service people. At about 10:30pm on a Saturday night, the carbon filtration system we had installed generated a leak. This leak became significant and caused us to need to turn-off our water! I called Corey's guys and they came out in about 45 minutes. The next day Corey also came to our house and convinced us the upgrade to a much better soft water system. My wife and I are in our mid-70s. When I was younger, I could manage these type plumbing issues. I cannot do it anymore. So Corey and Rayne responsiveness was fabulous. read more

Our experience with this company was far from satisfactory. We had an epoxy floor installed in our garage, and the people who changed our tanks chipped it twice. We also had a water leak detector that cost $575, and they broke it without being willing to repair it. As a result, we switched to another water system company. Their manager later left us an atrocious voicemail saying they would not repair the water system. I would strongly recommend looking into other water treatment companies before doing business with them. read more

We've had Rayne tanks installed for about 10 years. The last year or so we have had the worst service. We've had dirty tanks delivered. Skipped deliveries with no notice. Incorrect tank sizes installed. You name it. Additionally our payments are not being applied so we spend days on the phone trying to get them to properly apply our payments. No one ever calls back and a few months goes by and we do it all over again. They are either understaffed, mismanaged or just don't care. Would not recommend read more

She (didn't catch her name) called me and apologized for the confusion and said she would be sending our our referral check (which we just received). We have been customers of Rayne Water Conditioning, for around 30 years. Last week we experienced a water leak at the tank connection that had the potential of flooding our garage and causing damage to stored valuables. When I discovered it, I immediately called the office and they sent Louis within minutes. Not only did he discover and fix the leak but he stayed to clean up the water. Louis called the office and the new manager, Corey, came immediately to make sure nothing was damaged. He and Louis moved heavy exercise equipment and removed a pad/rug to dry, offering to come back and replace the rug. Thank you Corey and Louis for great service. You saved the day! read more

Terrible company and experience. I've used their softener tank rental services last year for about 6-8 month I believe. I've requested cancelation that I was no longer in need of their service because I have decided to get my own system. One of their technician who replace tank came and took the tank at that time. I've explained and told them a multiple times but they never listen. One guy just opened garage with switch this morning and did my property trespassing and yelling me to pay the remaining balance and asked me where the tank even though they picked them up. They didn't even cancel and suspend my subscription. This company is owned by robberies. DO NOT get any services from them, they seem like they often extort money by threatening customers like this. read more

We have had Rayne Water for several years and no problems until now. There was a leak from the filter. My wife called this morning and they said it was our problem because we own the system. and if they sent someone out we would have to pay. The fees for this would be about $500.00 dollars. The filter called Big Blue has to be changed yearly and the company charges over $100.00 for the filter and the technician who comes out has to be paid. I have been buying my own filters from Amazon for about $45.00 and installing them myself. I would not recommend this company. read more

I got a quote for a whole house water softener and filtration system. The Service Tech, Latif Raimo, came out the next week to do the install. He was very professional, obviously experienced, and had a friendly attitude. He talked through the options of where to place the system and where to run the drain line. He had the whole install done in 4 to 5 hours. The system is online and working great. I would definitely recommend Rayne for their competitive pricing, professionalism and quick service. read more

Place is a scam. Had nothing but delivery issues from day 1. They finally got on track with consistent deliveries for awhile. However, recently noticed they have not replaced the tank in 6 weeks but yet they keep charging me. Called them and goes right to hold music. Com'on, at least say "Please Hold". They asked if I called to report the tank replacement was missed. I am supposed to monitor deliveries??? Just provide the service I am paying for. Moved on! read more

Mr. Richard Medina, who does the hard work by delivering the tanks to your place, still keeps a smile on his face and provides you with amazing customer service. This gentleman understands the meaning of service; the team in the office does not. I have two accounts with them. Mr. Jessi who works in the office mistakenly applied my two payments to one of my accounts, leaving the other account long overdue. Well, we didn't make a big deal of it, and we made the other payments and corrected his mistake, but unfortunately, Mr. Jessi kept calling each month, demanding payment. I finally got upset, I made a 3-way call to the person responsible for payment and confirmed his mistake, he stated talking badly behind my back, not knowing I was still on the call listening, very unprofessional. I requested to speak with a manager, but never received a callback. I asked Mr. Richard Medina to contact the manager or owner or connect me with him. He texted the person in front of me, and 4 days later, there has still been no callback. I don't write this to give you a bad star; i am happy with the water-softener, I wrote this to get your attention. If you care, then you will contact me to hear what happened and what my experience was. He needs to stop giving customers attitude; I'm sure I'm not the first one. Rayne installed my water softener and purifier, and the initial install went fine. The problems started when I moved and needed the system transferred to my new home. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to remove the system from the old house. I waited at home for the technician--no call, no show. They also scheduled a separate time to visit the new house ahead of installation, but again, no one showed up and no one called. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back. They told me the reason for the confusion was that two different divisions handle removals and installations. Fair enough. So we scheduled again--they were supposed to call me 30 minutes before arrival so I could meet them. Instead, they called two hours after the scheduled window and said they couldn't make it. We rescheduled once more. This time, they never called to coordinate, just showed up unannounced while I had other workers at the house. They removed the system but left behind a mess of pipes and fittings that weren't there before the install. When I called to ask about it, I was told the general manager would get back to me. That call never came. I tried calling several more times, but I'm guessing they recognized my number--I'd get put on hold for over 10 minutes before giving up. I finally called from a friend's phone, and they picked up immediately. The manager I spoke with had a rude attitude and clearly had no idea what was going on. Bottom line: If you need a water softener, there are plenty of companies out there. Don't waste your time with one that's this disorganized, unprofessional, and hard to reach when something goes wrong read more

I find this company and their service very odd. They get new drivers who are not given the correct garage codes and then can't deliver the rental tanks, meanwhile they continue to bill me. Andy Pabalan provided the best experience I have had with getting quotes and information on softening systems. I had gotten two other quotes and the reps that came out were more sales than customer service...no so with Andy! He explained everything so thoroughly to me, and has a genuinely great demeanor and character. I trusted him right away and was able to get a super high quality system with an additional big blue carbon filter for close to the same price as other companies charged for the softener alone! I've head Rayne service my r/o system for about 10 years now. The filter change process is pretty straight forward. However, this time a new technician wasn't able to figure out the details. Refuglio, a senior tech, can back out to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and is one of the regulars that has serviced my water system since the beginning. I took off one star because Rayne cancelled on the first day they were to show up. They also had to come back a few more times to resolve various issues. He took his time educating me on water systems. Together we decided was systems works best for me! The installation of the systems went very smoothly. He listened to my questions carefully and then answered me with respect. I live on a farm that uses well water, so I have been concerned about drinking the water for some time. The drivers are NEVER in so when you have a scheduled delivery it doesn't get done due to the driver "CALLING OUT" but they fail to notify you so you can work around their delivery schedule! I have 2 accounts with this company and IM TIRED OF CALLING EVERY month asking if my delivery is going to get done and guess what they ALWAYS tell me.... I apologize the driver called out but we will deliver to you tomorrow... why don't you call and notify me ahead of time so I'm not sitting here all day waiting for him???? We purchased a Guardian 1250 Softener unit from Rayne Water, Irvine. The unit is a replacement for our 17-year-old RXD unit. Still working but at a reduced level of efficiency. I called the office (the Irvine office which is the office that covers my geographical area). The on-duty technician, Andrew, discussed my unit and issues that I was having via phone and exchange of photos. After a lengthy discussion, the decision came down to a new unit or the cost of rebuilding the old unit BUT with the likelihood I will have future problems and may not be able to get replacement parts. The unit has improved performance and ease of changing settings. The technician that came to the house was Refugio who was outstanding-professionalism, understanding of my preferred installment and location position, cleaned up and was on time, courteous. Rayne is high end as far as price and quality but be aware you get what you pay for. You can check the internet, so there is no mystery about this fact. The peace of mind that the job is done right the first time, knowing that I can call in anytime with questions and I will get a knowledgeable person on the line and if there is a future problem Rayne will stand behind their products. Rayne is trustworthy and reliable because all regional facilities fall under the corporate umbrella unlike some companies who franchise, leading to variable quality of service Look at the install pictures; there isn't any more I have to say. This review is specifically for Luis the tech. On 3/5/25, Luis went above and beyond in assisting an issue with the plumbing of the Spartan filtered water unit in the garage. He even stayed over the clock to ensure our leak was resolved and that we were receiving complete service, instead of having to schedule a separate appt. He was quick, efficient, and willing to take the time to do it right. Luis really saved the day for us! read more

Exchange the carbon in the tank. I called to get a price and was quoted $200 for the service call and $180 fo the carbon. The technician came and said that that was the wrong price and he didn't have any carbon with him. I called to make another appointment and was told $200 service call plus $400. I asked if they would soak and reinstall the new carbon on site or give me a new tank. I was told a new tank. The same technician came without a new tank and wanted to put new carbon in the tank after soaking 10 minutes. There is no way you can do that. The carbon must be soaked for 24-48 hours (look online, folks). I called and was told that they could send me a new tank, but that would be $750. I said that their process made no sense. They said they could soak the carbon for 24 hours at the facility, but that would cost $700. I was told that my system was "old." I bought it ten years ago from Rayne. They couldn't care less.
