I love love love their lunch specials. They have around 6 different lunch basket options that include an entree, 2 sides, a salad, and a drink for $13.99. (There is one pasta dish on the lunch menu and it doesn't come with the 2 sides, I believe.) My biggest fear is that someone on management staff will notice the low price and figure out it's been a mistake. Food is delicious. I had a very disappointing experience at Razoo's Cajun Cafe. The customer service was poor from start to finish, and the food was not good either. We ordered a seafood boil for a family of four, but they only included one corn and one potato, which was nowhere near enough for everyone. To make matters worse, they didn't provide any utensils or napkins, making it difficult and messy to eat the meal. For a seafood boil, basic items like utensils and napkins should be expected. Between the lack of attention to the order, poor service, and disappointing food quality, this was not a good dining experience. It was a busy Friday evening, but we were seated quickly although our waiter didn't make it to our table within the first 10 minutes of being seated as he was serving multiple tables in our section. I chose the etouffee entree along with the bread pudding to accompany following. Etouffee - The pros are there is tons of crawfish within the dish. You literally can't miss it. The size of the plate is big as well and it comes with a small piece of toasted buttered bread. The cons: lacked flavor - No season. No spice. No favor. None of it. I ate to eat I can bet you that much. I left full but dissatisfied. Bread pudding - huge slice, moist, flavor and texture. Definitely a 8.5/10. I'd return to try other dishes but that would be it. Was there on 12/10/25 for a company Christmas party and it was great! Jaime was our server and she provided us stellar service! She got our drinks out really fast and she was very sweet and helpful, despite us being a large party. I would definitely eat there again in her section! Al the food was delicious! We walked in on a early Sunday evening (around 4:45pm) and the place was far from crowded. There wasn't anyone at the host stand but we didn't wait long before someone came. There was discussion amongst them before one employee said put them in the bar. No worries, I just didn't want to be near the door because it was cold outside and I didn't want that cold air to hit me every time the door was opened. We sat down and reviewed the menu and our server came to the table asking us what we would like to drink. We informed him and ordered an appetizer. He got that started, nothing out of place. However once our food arrived we started to see what appeared to be nats flying all around us. The fritters we ordered were very bland in my opinion. They were greasy and just lacked seasoning so I can tell you I won't order them again. The waiter came back to take our order. I asked for oysters on a half shell and was informed they were out of them. I'm like are you serious and he informs me that the table next to us got the last of them. We ordered our food and I stopped him to ask about the flies. He informed us that they are just fruit flies. That they have an received an order of fruit and the flies have made their way into the dining area. Our food comes to the table and at this point I feel like I'm swatting more than I'm eating. The red beans and rice was dry and had no flavor, the shrimp was okay and the green beans seemed to be stewed all day. I ask to speak to the manager. Hannah comes to the table and I ask her about the fruit flies. She informs us that they are aware of the flies and they spray every Monday (it's Sunday so the spraying took place a week ago) and then she says that they pour water on the floor and there is a drain which they are coming from as well. However hold your hat cause this is where the one star comes from - I asked her if there were flies in the other part of the restaurant and she says NO. So why are you sitting people in this fly infested area versus putting them on the other side and her response is "we don't have the staff to cover that area". Needless to say when we left, there were PLENTY of people sitting over there who weren't there when we arrived. Not once did she say "let me put y'all over there" versus allowing us to remain in the bar area swatting bugs and they continued to sit people in that area and I watched them swatting flies as well. So if it looks like this in the front of the restaurant, I can only imagine what the back of the restaurant looks like. Enjoy! read more

This was close to the hotel I was staying at. I was craving something spicy and this was within walking distance. I got the Rat Toes as my appetizer, which are just deep fried, stuffed jalapeños. For my main dish, I got the shrimp and rice. This was absolutely flavorless. The rice and the cream they drenched it in had no flavor. The shrimp itself had flavor, but not enough either. As for my drink, probably the only highlight. The server said it was spicy and if I was okay with it. It was not spicy. It was just a regular margarita. read more
