The portions were generous, and everything was delicious. There were so many dumplings in the order that I couldn't finish them, and I took them, cold, to my teenager, and she thought they were fantastic. Further, they let me stay in their restaurant and finish a work project. I took up a seat and they were nothing but accommodating to me. Pan fried is good when you want a crispier exterior and slight crunch. Whatever way you order 'em... it's all good! The egg custards, sesame balls, and crab rangoons are classic and my other go tos.
