For anyone who is a fan of Red lobster. I WOULD NOT recommend this location. I recently went here and was told the wait was an hour and a half. The young lady seemed like she did not want to be at work. I asked even it's a table for two? Is the wait that long? She said, yes like she did not want to be there. I said, the restaurants close to early in Atlanta and the waits are to long. She replied she wish they closed earlier because she wanted to go home. I was shocked!!! I gave the name and left. I order food from this place on 5/22/2020. Today is 5/25/2020. It has taken me 3 days to calm down long enough to write this review. So of ALL the places I could have chosen to spend my money to eat during this time of pandemic and closed restaurants, unfortunately I chose THIS one. Went online and ordered our food and added additional items PLUS instructions for these folks to simply add old bay seasoning to one of the orders. Got to the restaurant, paid the $75.92 bill and hurried back home to eat our food. Got home, STARVING and ready to eat. Imagine my level of frustration (to put it mildly) when we discovered that these good folks had left out the salad, green beans AND additional lobster tail that was ordered. Not to mention the fact that they completely ignored the request to add old bay to the specified order for crab legs and lobster tail. Oh but you can best believe that they did not forget to collect that $75.92 payment for a half-assed order. There are restaurants damn near begging for customers yet this place did not take care of my order as they should have. I was a regular at this place back when the world was open and I still patronized them during this pandemic but and however, going forward I will NOT be. I have not eaten at Red Lobster years and now I recall why after today. The service was slow but most of all the food was mediocre. I had a piece of salmon with asparagus. There was an extra $2.50 charge for the asparagus. ?? When my plate was brought out the asparagus was yellowish in color on several of the pieces. I cut into one piece and it was mushy . I ate the tip of another and it had no flavor. Clearly the asparagus was old and should not have been served. My friend had a Cesar salad that had withered romaine lettuce. We both had salmon that we not seasoned and lacked flavor. To top it off, we waited 10 minutes after we asked for our check before we received it. I will not return !! read more

I took my sister to this red Lobster after her graduation and I have to release some steam! I was not happy with the service or the food. Well I almost take that back a little because the biscuits and the salad was great, did I mention the biscuits were GREAT!!!!! I ordered the stuffed flounder and broccoli, it was awful. It had no taste to it at all. I don't believe the cook use any seasoning because it was so bland that I think even hospital food taste better. The waitress did seem pleasant but, I had to look for her and ask her to refill my drink. I dont usually go to Red Lobster unless I am craving their biscuits, but I was headed home from Mississippi and it was pouring and I just needed a break from driving in the rain. I never expect much from Red Lobster...I mean, it is only a step up from Captain Ds and is really, really expensive for seafood that is mainly frozen. But I digress... Walked in and got seated and waited...and waited...and waited. They werent very crowded...but I was one of two white people in there...maybe that had nothing to do with me being ignored...I hope not! Finally a waitress came by and asked if I had been helped yet and I said no. She said she would go find my waitress and send her to me. She came back and said she couldnt find my waitress, so would I mind if she acted as my waitress instead? I said no problem. "My" waitress was available for the other people in her section, just not me apparently. Anyway, my adopted waitress was absolutely amazing and my experience so much more pleasant! My food was typical RL food...not great, not bad (amazing biscuits, as always), but what made the experience stand out was the waitress who adopted me. I'm not sure what is going on but foods that I have loved for a while has gone down in my own backyard. Red Lobster is still good, just somewhere else and not this location. I guess black people love their Red Lobster because this place stays crowded even during the week. If your in the mood for some good Red Lobster, drive a little further out to get it good and tasty. Even my go to appetizer sucked... Lobster artichoke dip... it didn't even look right. My husband was in atlanta working so he and a friend decided to go to red lobster for lobsterfest. after waiting an hour they were finally seated and waited another 45 minutes to order. My husband ordered the surf and turf, when he finally got it there was no lobster. the server went to get it, after another 15 minute wait, which by this time he had finished his steak, she brought the lobster. he told her he didn't want it then because he had already finished his meal. the manager did comp him the meal but he will never go back to this location. read more

So this wasn't my first time at this Red Lobster, but uhh, it was probably my last. This place has really gone down over the years. I don't know if there is a different management, different staff, or just maybe even some of the patrons that cause a decline. We usually take my grandmother here for her birthday because she always raves about those biscuits. We looked into other restaurants but with it being so last minute we took her here because she likes it. The wait was typical for a Saturday afternoon- around 4pm. It was a 45 min wait. Once seated the service was SLOW SLOW SLOW! It seemed like it took forever to get everything- even the check. And once we gave our payment it took FOREVER just to get that back. Then when the waiter returned, he tells us the credit card system is down and he had to manually run each card. Then he comes back with the carbon copies (the old time system of running the credit cards) and he had ran my cousin's card for my meal and had to go do it over. Needless to say, I'd wish I'd paid with cash so I could have just got up and left. The service was just bad. And the food wasn't all that great either. I order a crab cake...and I only "picked over it"...I love crab cake and was disappointed but didn't want to waste more time sending it back. All in all, we were at this location from about 4pm until almost 8pm with a party of no more than 10. RIDICULOUS. So we have already decided, next year Grandma has to eat somewhere else...unless she REALLLYYY wants RL, then we'll just go to another location. read more

Disappointed, my salmon was over cooked, the baked potato taste like it was not fresh (maybe from the day before) and the broccoli was okay. So, so disappointed. The best time to go to this location is during off peak times. Although waitstaff was ok, food preparation was bad. The appetizer never arrived until our waiter had to get management involved. On our first day in Atlanta we decided to get a late night meal. Surprisingly it was packed at 9pm on a Thursday! Upon taking our order, the waitress gave my fiance a dirty look but seemed cool afterwards. I ordered a chicken dish and she ordered some shrimp kabob dish. The food was pretty ordinary. I literally hate coming here! I just left from trying to pick up 6 biscuits which I called in prior to pick up. So we all know they make these biscuits in larger batches and keep them in a warmer. All you have to do is walk to the back and put them in a bag. Sounds easy right?! No, not at this location. Employees moving at a snails pace with subpar attitudes. So is it a new thing at Red Lobster? I ordered the calamari and there were mostly fried broccoli in it. I told the waitress I was allergic to broccoli and she failed to tell me that was what I was ordering. I paid $8.99 for a measly plate of shriveled up calamari with tons of broccoli. The waitress was friendly but she dropped the ball on that one. Since I know the area I got there around 5:40 give the girl my name she prints a receipt and gives it to another girl, 20mins go by I have no food by now I've seen several people come thru and get their order so it's getting frustrating I ask the girl again she prints out a receipt with 3 more customers the lady comes back with those customers and not mine. I ask again now it's 6pm 30 mins after said time to be ready she looks at me and shrugs and walks off. I wait another 20 mins and ended up leaving with no food!!!!! Over a hour and I asked about my food at least 4-5 times!! I visited today with my husband for our monthly date. We really enjoyed our server, he was very entertaining and attentive (believe his name was Darrell). I believe that this restaurant could be a tad bit better though. They seemed quite busy, but there is no excuse for dirty silverware and table; yes, we had those issues. I was not really cool with that, but like I said before (the server made it a bearable experience.) Would I go back to this particular Red Lobster? Probably not. This Red Lobster was average for the chain. The building was nice and very clean. We went for lunch on a Thursday and did not have a wait time which was nice considering it is a busy location. Our food was good and we were given a lot of their rolls. The lobster tank was really sad (only a few in there) so we ordered shrimp and mussels. These were excellent. Big complaint was our waitress. My family and I went to this resturant over the weekend the service was average the server forgot several items we order we waited about 1 1/2 hour to eat. While we were in there eating our car was broken into just a few steps from the door we went back in to alert the manager the host response was "oh yeah thats a blind spot" the manager just apologized and did nothing even tho they know it a consistant problem. When the police arrived he was like " yeah this happens alot right here" took the report and drove off. So RED LOBSTER AT CAMP CREEK knows people cars are getting broken into in there parking lot and does nothing to prevent the situation or make it harder for this to happen. I went to this location needing (me) time. Also wanted to take advantage of the endless shrimp in thought of the last endless experience. (Great) Well, was not so great this time. My complaint was that the food wasn't as appealing , or tasted as expected. The broccoli was still raw, not steam, the shrimp Alfredo seemed (just baby shrimp and noodle) seasoning was not as tasty. The fried shrimp had the breading falling off each ,every shrimp picked up to eat. The garden salad leaves were dry with shabby leaves and not fresh looking,not very appealing to the eye. The Mediterranean Shrimp was good but (not tasty as looked on ad) Not my Idea of a relaxing me time moment. The waitress was prompt and had great attitude.
