Food took forever to come out we forgot we ordered appetizer because food took to long. Calamari salty chewy and the Music selection is horrible should be a variety for all customers. Manager Jason was not helpful to not care didn't introduce hisself he also didn't take it off. Waitress had to get another manager to take it off the bill. They told her it's her fault why it was cold well kitchen you cover cooked it and over seasoned it. Jason also needs a class on how to manage don't stare at the customer you offered to take it off I didn't asked and I'm not please with your customer service.. Jason walked up with street clothes on I didn't know he was a manager also need a renovation. Carpet smells seats uncomfortable and torn . I actually would like to speak with general manager of the store. I'll call corporate..

The restaurant is clean and the employees are nice. I haven't been to this location in a while, so since I was on this end, I decided to dine here. I had the shrimp, mashed potatoes and broccoli. My husband had shrimp linguini Alfredo, dragon shrimp and shrimp scampi. The food was delicious, especially the cheddar biscuits. If we're in the area, we may stop by.

Surprisingly this location was not busy on a Sunday afternoon compared to the surrounding casual restaurants that had over an hour wait. Not sure if that was good or bad. The host was not pleasant, just very dry and dismissive. However our server, EB, was over the top friendly. He was attentive and funny. Honestly he made the visit worthwile since the food was overall just ok. That being said the winners was the Salmon (cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned), the lemonades (not too sweet or tart, plus free refills), Coconut shrimp (crispy and seasoned well). The could be betters was the mac&cheese was a little bit too salty, the lobster was a little too tough, and the shrimp in the scampi were really small. The skip all together is the crab legs- no taste and hardly any meat.

    Communication with Door dash client

Awful services for Door dash picked. Waitress passed me by like I was Casper the amicable ghost & didn't even asked me if I needed help. I waited more than 15 minutes & the order was still not ready & it was only shimps...Really? I personally used to like Red lobster but stopped going due to few awful experiences with my food. I have to text the customer while waiting on the food & still no food.

This Red Lobster was pretty cool and laid back. We tried the specialty drinks at the time, and it was quite tasty. Decided to get a quick bite since we were drinking. The shrimps were pretty good. The only issue I had was that the person behind the bar was gone for long periods of time, and it wasn't pack since we came during the early afternoon.

If you're looking for a grown & sexy vibe in Atlanta, this spot is definitely worth checking out!…read more The food was really good, the drinks were on point, and once the live band started, the atmosphere completely came alive. The music and energy always make for a fun night out, and it's easy to see why my friends enjoy coming here. A special shoutout to the fried okra--perfectly seasoned with a crispy coating--and the chicken sandwich, which was juicy, flavorful, and definitely one I'd order again. They were both excellent! My only disappointment was the service timing. I arrived first (a little early because I had a headache), and once my friends arrived about 20 minutes later, I placed my order immediately. They ordered after I did, yet somehow all of their meals came out about 20 minutes before mine. Don't get me wrong--when my food finally arrived, it was fresh, hot, and absolutely worth the wait. I just wish the kitchen had been more consistent with the order in which meals were served, especially since I ordered first. Overall, the delicious food, tasty drinks, live music, and great atmosphere outweigh the hiccup. I'd definitely come back and would still recommend it--just be prepared for a possible wait during busy times. Food: (4/5) Drinks: (4/5) Service: (3/5) Vibe/Entertainment: (5/5) Overall: (4/5)

I will call out the chicken egg rolls are the best I have had with freshness and crispiness. Drinks were good in flavor but not noticeable on the alcohol. Staff were excellent and attentive with great personalities. Was not that crowded for a weekend. DJ was good and we got our dance on. One negative was it was I guess costume party night and the host kept talking way too much and stopping the music. There is a Cigar bar connected. Free parking. There was a $20 cover.

In the past we were disappointed in the service and food, but this is not a surprise as TGIF has declined dramatically over the last decade plus. But this location has taken it to a new level of WTH?! The service has always been terrible. The servers don't care about you so don't worry about having to waste tip money. The ambiance is destroyed by the live DJ at max level. It is so obnoxious that outweighs the hooka bar sets up, the greasy floors, trash, and dirty bathroom. Imagine it like a gas station bathroom in the worst part of town with massive house speakers and a cloud smoke. Surprisingly the bigger problem was that the place was less than half empty. Vacant tables everywhere and a line of approximately 20 people waiting to be seated. We waited 15 minutes for a hostess only to be told it was an additional 25 minutes AND we were the first people in line! The line disappeared and nobody seemed to care. DO NOT GO HERE! It deserves negative 5 stars.

He was stretched too thin & it reflected in our overall experience. However, he tried to make up for it by apologizing genuinely and bringing out complimentary appetizers. However, the mix up in jotting down our food orders along with the kitchen mistakes caused a few hiccups for our meal. It took forever to get everything from water and beverages to salads, appetizers and entrees. The overall experience was over 90 minutes. When we arrived we were seated immediately. It took about ten minutes for a server to come to our table to acknowledge us. The server took drink orders. I had water and my friend had a house margarita. It took 15-20 minutes to receive the drinks. The complimentary bread was placed on our table before we received the drinks and a manager noticed that we did not have them and brought us water prior to my friend's margarita coming out. The server returned around the 25 minute mark to take our food orders. I ordered the strip steak with a sweet potato with butter and no cinnamon sugar and steamed broccoli. My bestie ordered the steakhouse burger with fries. The server appeared to write down our requests. The server brought out a complimentary side salad for each of us about ten minutes after food orders were put in and asked us began to ask us a question about the food order, but then said "nevermind". Because it had been a while already, I offered to repeat both of our orders back to him just in case, but he said it was not needed. He left our table and went to tend to other parties. A few minutes later, I walked over to another table to grab sea salt to use on the greens of the salad because it was taking a while for him to return. Around 30 minutes later he returned with entrees for our table, one of which was my friend's burger & then another that looked to be chopped steak which we did not order. He sat my friend's burger and fries down and walked away with the other plate. About fifteen minutes later, he came back apologizing for the delay with my food and stating that there was a kitchen mix up with it and one of the other servers potentially taking my food to another table, but they'd be making the strip steak fresh at that point. He offered to bring a few appetizers over as a way to help ease the hunger until my meal arrived. He confirmed that I did not have any allergies and came back a few minutes later with spicy chicken bites and stuffed mushrooms for us to share. I thought the gesture was sweet. The food was good. I loved the spicy chicken bites and the sauce that was on it. I would order it again. Once we were done with the apps, my entree arrived missing the broccoli. I told the server and he went to go get me a side of broccoli. It came out quickly. My strip steak and broccoli were well seasoned. I was not as happy with the sweet potato because i requested it with butter only (no brown sugar) and they put it on it anyway. The server offered to have them redo it but the redo never came, so I ate around the sugar part. When the check came, I noticed that the server put an additional chopped steak entree on the receipt along with what we actually ordered, after they ran my card. I brought it to his attention because neither of us ordered that. The manager was able to refund the order and redo it without the incorrect entree included. It made me realize that the mix up was probably him putting in a chopped steak somehow by accident for our table, which caused the mix up with my food. When it was time to go the server brought us to go boxes but forgot the lids, and we had to remind him of that as well. Other than the hiccups and the wait time to get all of the correct food items, the experience was okay and we were happy with the food. I would not recommend coming back when they are busy and especially if you're in a crunch for time. The food was good though and it made great leftovers.

We were soon greeted by our server who was attentive, courteous, and professional. I opted to get the Texas Margarita drink & that was super good. My friend stuck with water for her drink. My reason for giving this place a three stars was due to the wait time. Me and my friend got here at 1:00 to 1:15 in the afternoon. It took about 90 minutes before we got our entrees. Our server did apologize several times & even gave us complimentary appetizers and salads. One of best part of our experience was the food. I did something different & got the steakhouse burger and fries & my friend got the NY strip with sweet potato and broccoli. It took a little bit longer for our server to hand us the checks due to him having other tables. There was a slight hiccup with something we didn't order be accidentally added to the list but it was fixed immediately! Overall it was still good but the wait time to receive our food could have been better!

I wanted fried fish but not French fries and I saw that there were grilled veggies on the menu. No substitutions. I saw conch on the menu and wanted to sub it for the shrimp on one of the combos. No substitutions. That's the reason I didn't give them 5 stars. The young lady they have working the register was pleasant and even when she told me no, it wasn't a Nasty No. There are tables to sit down and eat so the atmosphere is not bad and honestly what you should expect from a spot like this. The prices are very reasonable and you get a good bit of food so the value is on point. I had the catfish nuggets and they were cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of seasoning. They were crunch on the outside and soft and flaky on the inside. The tarter tasted homemade. The fries were nothing special and I had a plate full of them remaining. The coleslaw was decent and added a reprieve to the fried fish. The grilled veggies were probably from a bag but they were seasoned decently and did the job. Bae had the gizzards and they were pretty good as well. (Of course I had to taste em lol) I was disappointed that I couldn't get conch or conch fritters or conch salad but it was late and I know spot run out of popular items sometimes. Nevertheless, I will be back.
