Yummy again! We got a lot of different options, we wanted to try everything haha. Mainly the seafood boils, and all the different sauce options they offer! It was pretty pricey but there were a lot of leftovers even with three people eating! Service was great, they were friendly and fast, made sure we had fresh biscuits to go at the end lol. Also they do birthday sundaes here! No need for an app or a dumb subscription to something like other places lol. They were pretty dead for a random afternoon in the middle of the week as expected, easy parking, good location. Relaxing vibe. Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I were needing a date night so we decided to have an early dinner at our favorite seafood restaurant. (Well, our favorite one in town, that is.) We got there just before 5 pm on a Wednesday and we were seated immediately. The restaurant was nice and quiet with only a few tables being served. Our waiter, Jason, was super friendly and patient with us. I say "patient" because I couldn't decide what I wanted! As per usual, we ordered way too much but we love being able to take it home and have leftovers the next day. Before our main dish, we ordered the amazing Crispy Dragon Shrimp. It has a nice tangy Asian flavor. We absolutely love it! If they made it into a salad or something, I would totally get that as a meal (HINT HINT R.L.). Jason informed us that it was happy hour so we also got the Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms. (I love mushrooms so that one was for me, and I'm totally having the leftovers for dinner tomorrow!) My husband ordered the Ultimate Feast where he created his own with a lobster tail, crab legs, shrimp alfredo, and shrimp scampi. He gave it two thumbs up! I had a hard time deciding but I'm trying to have a high protein diet so I went with the Surf and Turf, which is apparently part of their Wednesday deal. It normally comes with two sides but on Wednesday it only has one side and is a little cheaper than normal. I was 100% fine with that. I ordered my steak medium rare and they nailed it. I can say that the steak could have used a bit more seasoning and/or marinade but it was overall good. And of course lobster drowning in clarified butter is always amazing. The lobster was cooked just right, not chewy and over cooked like I've experienced in other restaurants. The restaurant started to get busier as we were finishing so I did take a minute to get the check but it really wasn't that bad. We didn't get clam chowder this time because we have been disappointed lately with it. This has been an issue with almost every restaurant... Where are the clams!? They always seem to be lacking.

Came for a double date. It was super dead. Our server was sweet , but didn't check up on us much. As appetizers we got the mozzarella sticks and the lobster flatbread. The flatbread was a 10/10!! I'd recommend getting that. The mozzarella sticks were great as well. Entrees we got the Lobster and Shrimp, Create Your Own Ultimate Feast, and the Ultimate Spendless Shrimp plate. Everything was amazing, especially the pasta. I wish they gave out wipes to clean hands for the snow crabs, and also have something to help crack them open. Other than that, it was super nice and delicious. I'll always come back.

I took my girls out for dinner. My oldest and I shared the ultimate feast. My youngest ordered the grilled shrimp skewer. Our waitress was super attentive and just very nice. She accidentally didn't enter my youngest's meal, but went above and beyond to make up for it. It wasn't busy or too loud. Finally used my birthday reward and got us a free dessert. Our waitress gave my youngest a free kids sundae for the mishap as well. Food was cooked very well and we had an overall great experience. We always love the lobster!

The drinks and biscuits were very good! The food itself, okay. My party mainly got shrimp many different ways and we found it satisfactory. The coconut shrimp was my favorite by far. The tropical sangria was really good though, I'm not a big wine lover but it tasted really good to me. On the clam chowder, a member of my party said "I've had worse" if that helps contextualize. The staff was very helpful and nice. They took very good care of us. The restaurant was also not noisy (although we went at 4 pm so unclear if that's typical).

We started with a pina colada , Long Island iced tea's and coconut shrimp, they were delicious ! Justin was our amazing server and let me say what an awesome job he did ! The lobster fest deals are incredible, I ordered the surf and turf and my husband ordered a big platter feast and loved it. Everything is delicious

Service and staff good. Food mediocre at best. Granted, we went in late however no reason for food to be so awful. We ordered the coconut shrimp to start and that was delicious. Our entrees were fish-n-chips and harbor bay bake and a side of crab Mac-n-cheese. The fish-n-chips were okay. The fish was so over cooked and chewy, it grossed me out and I couldn't finish it. The harbor bay bake had no flavor and was swimming in a watery butter sauce like the pasta wasn't drained sufficiently. The seafood was steamed and just put on top. Same thing with the crab Mac-n-cheese. It was tangy and the lump crab meat was sitting on top looking like a fish out of water. There was no merging of the two flavors or textures. Almost like someone opened a can of lump crab meat and dumped it on the Mac-n-cheese!!! The biscuits were overdone too; you could tell they were going to burn. Maybe Red Lobster can't handle a late dinner even though the website said it closed at 11 pm, or maybe their cooks checked out. I usually enjoy this place but tonight was disappointing. Till next time!

The place looks old and has dust next to where you eat, it needs to get remodeled. I liked the margarita and the piña colada.

    Is red lobster pricey?

It can be kinda pricey. Usually a full dinner for 2, including appetizer, drinks, and desert can run $120. But they have deals and coupons if you can find em.

Absolutely unacceptable experience…read more I completely understand that accidents happen. When my server spilled a little of my drink on me while serving it, I didn't make a big deal about it. That was clearly an accident, and I understand that. But then she proceeded to spill an entire bowl of hot rice all over me. That is a completely different situation. Having hot food dumped onto you is not something a customer should simply be expected to shrug off. And somehow, the experience got even worse. They didn't even clean up the rice after it was spilled all over me. The rice was left on the floor for the rest of our meal. We were literally stepping on it throughout the rest of our dining experience. I shouldn't have to explain why leaving food all over the floor after it has been dumped onto a customer is unacceptable. What made the situation even more insulting was how it was handled when the bill came. My meal had not been comped at all. I asked if the meal could be taken off, and instead of simply acknowledging what happened and apologizing, my server immediately became defensive. She told me the food was temperature-controlled and therefore "wasn't too hot," and explained that my meal wasn't being comped because what happened was "an accident." That response was honestly unbelievable. Yes, spilling a drink is an accident. Spilling an entire bowl of hot food onto a paying customer and then minimizing the incident afterward is an entirely different matter. Whether the food was technically at a controlled temperature is beside the point. I was still covered in food, and then the food was left all over the floor around our table for the remainder of our meal. I was eventually told that the only thing they could offer was 50% off my meal--they supposedly couldn't comp it. After having an entire bowl of hot food spilled all over me, I expected at the very least some genuine accountability, an apology, and basic customer service. Instead, I felt like I was being inconvenienced for being upset about something that happened to me. Accidents happen. Poor customer service is a choice. The way this restaurant handled the entire situation was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful. The food could have been incredible, but the experience was completely ruined. Being covered in rice, having it left on the floor while we continued eating, and then being met with excuses rather than accountability is not what I consider acceptable restaurant service. Trash experience. I will not be returning. Save your money.

We started with the Korean Beef "Frachos" which were easily the highlight of our entire meal. The spiraled fries were crispy, covered in a delicious sauce, tasty toppings, and the beef was tender and well-seasoned. If you are coming here I would definitely recommend getting these! Unfortunately our excitement, for what we thought would be a great meal, died there. First off, they must be using unfiltered tap water to serve because it was disgusting! I get it, water is free and I've never been one to complain about water, but we were so disgusted by it that we were shocked it was even being served. We ordered two burgers. One was a bbq bacon burger which was not bad, nothing I would go out of my way for, but I wouldn't have complained otherwise. The second burger was the bacon jam burger which was drowning in what seemed more like runny pancake syrup than a bacon jam. It leaked from the burger all over my plate and made the burger inedible. For my side I got the charred green beans, and I guess I should have taken the name at face value because they really meant it. They were completely burnt black throughout which turned to bitter powder as I took my first bite. Easily more char than green bean. The service was fine. Our server was nice, but I think they could sense my displeasure with our meal because we counted 11 table stops to make sure we were okay in the less than 1 hour that we were there.
