Came here on Christmas Eve. It was very busy, but we were seated immediately, as we had reservations. Can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. Everyone was in a great mood and very attentive. Difficult to do on a busy holiday night! I wish I got our server's name, as she remembered everything from extra ranch, to extra tartar sauce & sour cream. The margarita flight and mango martini were a nice surprise. Great balance between fruit and alcohol. Our biscuits took awhile to come out, but our server was great about communicating that with us. When they did come out they were very fresh! The coconut shrimp and seafood stuffed mushrooms were both fresh and delicious. The shrimp linguine alfredo is a classic. It hasn't changed since I last got it, about 8 years ago! Perfect comfort dish!

    Birthday card from the staff

The staff was amazing and catered to our birthday girl beyond expectations! Not only did they provide a birthday sundae but a card signed by the staff. From the time we arrived, the staff was welcoming and kind. The food was flavorful and fresh. Drinks were filled the entirety of our meal. Overall 10/10 service and experience.

My husband and I used to come to this location mutliple times after we first got married for date nights, so we wanted to reminsce and returned after nearly a decade. I must give a shoutout to the staff from the hostess to our server, super friendly all across. We were acknowledged from the moment we stepped in and our server checked on us throughout the meal. As far as the restaurant, I think the interior could use some rejuvenation. As for our meal, we left satisfied. The cheddar bag biscuits still hit the spot. I got the shrimp trio. I asked for two porions of the coconut shrimp and one of the shrimp scampi. I thought they were delicious. My husband got the salmon bowl. He said he enjoyed it and the salmon was cooked nicely. Overall, a nice dinner and I wouldn't mind coming back again.

I'm a fan of Red Lobster! The cheddar biscuits are always good even though ya gotta tell yourself not to eat too many! We came on Mothers Day weekend and it wasn't even busy! Albeit it was Saturday and Mother's Day was the next day. It was just before 3 and we got seated right away. A good amount of families here and there, but it never got packed. My mom got the New Orleans salmon while my sister opted for the shrimp and lobster tacos. I got coconut shrimp. Everything was delicious! Seasoned well and all that. I also got a Caesar salad and mashed potatoes on the side. Wasn't a fan of the mashed potatoes but the salad was fantastic! Not as good as Texas Roadhouse's but pretty solid. For sides, my mom got rice and broccoli while my sister got just broccoli. My sister said her broccoli was salty. Great service! Again, they weren't that busy so our server checked on us quite a bit. I don't come to Red Lobster often since eating seafood out is kind of a treat. But I'm sure I'll be back at some point!

I was hungry for some decent seafood. Decided to try Red Lobster again since there aren't a lot of seafood restaurants close by. They really were not that busy, but had a wait. The hostess said our wait would be 20 minutes. I could see available tables in the restaurant. One couple asked about sitting at empty tables in the bar area but were told there was no service there. Took right about twenty minutes to get a table. Half the restaurant was in use. The issue was more they didn't have the servers. I ordered the Bar Harbor Pasta Bake with a house salad. The house falls is basically iceberg lettuce with a slice of onion, tomato, a little cheddar cheese, and homemade bread crumbs. Simple. There is nothing to particularly write home about. Lots in the pasta bake, however! It had petite Maine lobster tail, shrimp, petite Bay scallops, mussels, and some diced tomatoes on a bed of linguini in a garlic and white wine sauce. Sauce was VERY heavy on the garlic and butter! I enjoy garlic, but this was a lot. Service as well as food coming out of the kitchen was pretty slow ... might be another reason why having to wait on a table. We weren't in a hurry, but the whole dinner time took well over two hours.

First time eating at this location. Inside and outside was very clean. Staff friendly-our server Jamie was the highlight of the visit. She was very attentive, friendly, and provided 5 star service. I came in grumpy at my family and her pleasant attitude immediately improved my own. Now to the food-I regret that I forgot to snap pics before everyone started eating!! My sister enjoyed her $20 crab special (Tuesday's only) meal with brussel sprouts, my brother enjoyed his fish & chips meal. We also ordered crab dip, bbq chicken flatbread, and mussels. My meal was cajun chicken linguine. That was a mistake because it was horrible. Nothing cajun about it. Not sure if I have the right to complain about a crappy chicken dish served at a seafood based restaurant though, lol. I gave three stars because the majority of our party liked their meals.

The biscuits here are so dangerous. You eat one and before you know it, the whole basket is gone. Freshly made and extremely delicious! I built my own entree with scallops and salmon with broccoli and green beans for the sides. The salmon was well seasoned, but seemed like it could be cooked for a tad bit longer. The scallops were super yummy, especially in the butter! I was too full for dessert, but I definitely want to try the Key Lime Pie next time. The wait was a little longer than normal, but given Covid restrictions, it's no biggie. Our waiter was pretty chill too. I left feeling stuffed and satisfied!

Went here for our anniversary. And everything was fabulous. You get so much food and we were stuffed by the end of it!! The lobster rolls and lobster bisque was great. I got the triple shrimp trio dish and my fiancée got the Harbor bake linguini. Service was also great and our server was always coming to us asking us if we needed anything even though he had like 10 other tables! please keep in mind that the service industry got hit hard by covid so be sure to show that in your bill!

Salad loaded with dressing, cheese and croutons. Only 2 biscuits, norm has been 3 or 4 but can't complain. Always on a diet.

I drove up to the northern part of Metro Columbus to give this chain one more chance and it was worth it. This quality of food is what I have been use to for over 30 years. Started with the salad, perfectly made with extra French dressing and even more cheese than I normally get. The biscuits was just the great balance between crunchy on the outside and done on the inside. I ordered the same lunch Grilled shrimp, wild rice, and broccoli. When it came out, there was plenty of correctly cooked rice, GREAT looking broccoli seasoned just right, and shrimp with grill marks. Enough of each to take half home. None of that great BBQ sauce, but my server suggest their Asian Ginger sauce which turned out to be even better. Only had 2 biscuits brought to table, but that helps the diet since those are addictive. Got an order of shrimp potstickers to take home but no fiery sweet chilli sauce. Too hot for me. That and my doggy bag from lunch rewarmed well. Server brought a bag without being asked unlike the location on Georgesville Rd. How could 1 site be so awful and another being the great as the norm?? Regional manager sleep at the wheel or does the general manager at Georgesville connected to a higher up. Curious minds want to know!?!?!?

    Biscuits, fresh and hot.

Pretty loud and hard to hear, but that vibe is OK for a boil place to me. Only waited about 15 minutes. Two adults, two elementary kids. I like Lees of all the boil places because they have good options for non seafood people too. Both kids found wings, chicken fettuccini, etc. Started with the hushpuppies, about 12 smallish sized but a perfect starter for 4 people. Came with ketchup, I wish they would do a remoulade option. My wife and I split the duo (snow crab, shrimp) and I decided to add a LB of blue crab. Medium homemade juice sauce (always....it's sooo damn good). Snow crab was really good this time, snappy not bendy like some places. knuckles sweet and not overly briny. Perfectly cooked and came apart and out easily. Shrimp were just a tad overcooked but not much. Potatoes were perfect. We sub +1 tater for the egg. Corn is never good at these places. :) gotta do those fresh not frozen to get it right. The blue crab had good flavor. However, crazy overcooked which made getting meat out damn near impossible. Stringy instead of in chunks and stuck totally to the shell. I mostly gave up. My biggest complaint is they have ZERO typical utensils. No crackers/pickers/hammers/etc. I managed to cut myself trying to get into a snow crab large claw, and the lack of pickers made the blue crab impossible to eat. I'm bringing my own next time....serious. Finished with the fried oreos which were a perfect finish to the meal. 6 oreos for $6 was a great price.

While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.

Today my first lunch option turned out to be carry out only, so I came here. It's nothing fancy. It's a small strip mall Chinese place, but it's authentic Chinese, not Chinese American. The service is, well, a little disorganized; friendly, but perhaps with some confusion from the language barrier. And I think they mostly do carry out and don't have too many dine-ins. Very interesting menu, loads of things I wanted to try. I went with one almost at random. "Sauerkraut braised beef sirloin noodles with soup." It's not sauerkraut, it's bok choy and vegetables, not fermented. And the beef is mostly beef tripe. Very tender, but still, of course, a little chewy. Excellent broth, excellent noodles, loads of veggies. Huge, steaming, fragrant bowl. I wish I could've captured the scent in addition to the photos. So good. Involuntary moans. From what I know, malatang restaurants usually have open coolers where you can choose most of your ingredients and they charge by weight. The set malatang combos do seem like a much better deal, but the combos didn't appeal to me personally. The malatang itself was very delicious. The broth was very cloudy, perfect for a bone broth. The portion size was massive, possibly the biggest bowl of soup I've had in Columbus, and it was absolutely full of the ingredients I chose (lamb, lotus root, crown daisy, enoki mushrooms, two kinds of tofu, bean noodles). I chose the 'regular spicy' option but didn't find it spicy at all. The employees were happy to bring out a huge bowl of good quality chili oil for me to add, and it really made the dish. To be honest, I probably wont get malatang here again since it's so expensive, I'll wait for a restaurant that specializes only in malatang (I'll be on the lookout in NYC and Tokyo soon). But, I'm very interested in coming back to try their other dishes, since this one was such high quality. Bathroom was a bit shabby but the food is good enough that that doesn't matter.
