Located in Antioch, while this isn't the best Red Lobster location I've visited, it till certainly had upside. By now we all know what to expect from Red Lobster. Rather you came for the delicious cheddar biscuits, the wonderful seafood, or the drinks the reputation of the the chain is far reaching. the service here is very commendable. The wait staff tools wonderful care of me and my party and we're very prompt and responsive in their service to our table. The food wasn't quite as tasty as I remember or maybe it was the location, but it wasn't bad in the least bit. I generally order the same 5/6 items whenever I dine here and despite minor things they were on point as always. I went here to celebrate me and my boyfriend's anniversary and while the service was good, the food took longer than usual. When we finally got our food, my boyfriend ordered the Seaside Shrimp Trio and the shrimp in his shrimp pasta was under cooked. We waited around 20 mins or so for our food and on top of that our drinks were flat. We tried to make the most of the evening but we had to push back our other plans because of the strenuous wait. Red Lobster is one of my fiancés favorite places to eat. We went on a Saturday just before noon. When we walked in we noticed we were the first patrons of the day, which probably contributed to the quick and attentive service we received. Our waitress had a bubbly personality which was an added bonus. I ordered the Wood-Grilled Tacos served with a side of rice pilaf. Although the tacos tasted pretty good, I was expecting them to look similar to the photo on the menu. Instead they were laying down flat and looked more like mini tostada's. The rice pilaf had a good flavor to it. My fiancé had the Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon meal. It was served with mini potatoes and green beans which he thought were too bland and needed a little flavoring. That being said, he enjoyed his meal and I suppose that's why it's one of his favorite places. All in all, it was a good experience. On a side note: I wish they would open a Red Lobster in Concord again. Not sure why they closed in the first place. 2.5 Stars My experience with Red Lobster has always been uneven and this visit was no different. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken Alfredo. The chicken was delightful, but the Alfredo sauce was *way* too salty, almost overpoweringly so. I think it would be fine with 20-25% less salt, and would recommend that they dial it back. The knockout item was the coconut shrimp. I dream about these sweet, decadent, nuggets of deliciousness. As a rule, coconut shrimp are amazing all by themselves, but the pina colada dipping sauce takes these to the next level. I give these bad boys a glorious five stars all by themselves. The service was the weak part of this particular dining experience. It wasn't horrible, but it was definitely mediocre and it took way to long for the entries to come out after the appetizers. Overall, I would say that there is a lot of room for improvement. The amazing coconut shrimp proves what this restaurant is capable of but the heavy handed Alfredo sauce and lackluster service cost it a full star in my opinion. Well once again I've had a tremendous amount of trouble trying to order take out. Took 20 minutes trying to order on line with no success. I received notices that #1 not accepting on line orders, #2 not accepting pick up service, #3not accepting call in orders #4 not accepting delivery orders???? Yet their website says they are open for all of the above, of course no one answered the phone. The web site is really screwed up or the management at this site (Pittsburgh ca) is extremely incompetent. Ended up ordering from Outback which went without any difficulty. I encountered a manager this evening who was very accommodating to my needs. There was a problem with the order and he went out of his way to make sure that Red Lobster's customer, namely, me :) was completely satisfied! His name is Nick Story. I would like to pass the word on this his manager, Francis Campos, about the outstanding workmanship that he has in this employee. I am a supervisor and understand firsthand that good workers are hard to come by. So, hopefully, he will recognize Nick for keeping customers coming back to this location. P.S. Undercooked lobster (ironic, no?), undercooked steak, even the fries were soggy & cold. If the fries at McDonalds are better, I guess I'll be passing on Red Lobster's undercooked meals. We love Red Lobster. We went there last night to treat ourselves. Their Lobster Fest is always a draw for us. I cannot remember the name of the waitress but she was great. Very attentive to us and the tables around us that she was serving. I wish I could remember her name but she had dimples and long dark hair. She said that we could call her Annie but that is only part of her name. Came here today with my fiancee to have a nice sit down meal while our daughter spent time with the grandparents. A couple of pointers to know: 1) They don't take reservations, which leads me to 2) if you call and ask for an approximate wait time they won't give it to you. Upon arriving, I realized why. It was a Sunday, the day before Valentines day but on any normal day, business is booming at a fairly constant rate. Very popular location. My only complaint is the mobile app when you order it online, you expect it to be ready when you go to pick it up, on two different occasions I had to wait another 30 minutes inside the restaurant for my food to be ready. Meals were mediocre and the snow crab was extremely salty. After complaining to Jake about the saltiness he informed me that crabs come from the ocean and are naturally salty. No kidding Jake crabs come from the ocean? Ummm lobster, shrimp and basically everything else on our plates come from the ocean and they taste just fine. When someone complains about how salty their food is don't be a smart ass. Invest your time and money in another restaurant this one is terrible. Decided to have lunch here with my siblings, son and niece on Thursday 8/15/2019. My son was leaving for college the following Monday, so he wanted to have lunch with his aunts and uncles before he left. He picked Red Lobster and I was excited because I'd been craving it especially with the Crabfest commercials. So we show up right at opening. We were seated very quickly and greeted by our server Kyla I think her name was. Now the complaint begins. The coffee my brother and sister ordered was cold. How do you poor coffee and not know it's not hot? Everyone ordered the Thursday 4 course lunch, but I ordered the lunch ultimate feast. Salads, soups, and biscuits all came out quickly. Everyone's entree came out too. My entree had not come out yet, so I assumed it just took longer than theirs. I told everyone to go ahead and eat so their food wouldn't get cold and still no entree for me. Might I add, our sever didn't bring the food, someone else did. So she failed there because she never came by to make sure we all got our food. We had to call her over to ask where my entree was and she says "oh it's not here?". Now why would I ask if it was. So she said she was going to check on it and comes back and says I'm so sorry they're rushing to make it now. Which tells me they never made it! By then I was over it. I told her to cancel it and I no longer wanted it. I wasn't hungry anymore and was now irritated with the whole thing. She asked if I wanted to take it to go. Ah. No, I wanted to eat it there! She said sorry one more time and that was it. No offer of any kind for the service. I mean I went to eat lunch and didn't eat! And just went on her way to tell us to enjoy the rest of our day. Endless shrimp! Yummmm!! My husband went to Red Lobster earlier this week on our date night. We both got the Endless shrimp. Our server was Ashley and she was very very attentive and our "refills" were quick! Lalo also stopped by to check on us a couple of times asking if we need anything else. I love the way people bash Red Lobster on yelp. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced. You can have trout, mahi, shrimp, lobster.... Yes it is all frozen. But a frozen fish is as fresh as a, well, fresh fish. And their bottomless salad and soup is great. We came to have dinner here last night because we were craving crab & lobster. Needless to say we were very disappointed with the food and the service. It was one bad thing after another, my mother in law had ask dressing on the side and they over dressed her salad. Next my wife's drink had floating paper in it, then my mojito was water down with club soda. So we got our meal we had ordered Mac&Cheese for my son and it was not fresh made, it looked like it was box M&C from the dollar store. My wife and I ordered the Ultimate Feast (crab legs, lobster, and two types of shrimp, it came with rice and broccoli). Well the rice I believe it boxed rice&ronnie with no flavor, the crab legs were skimpy with hardly any meat, the lobster was ok (but I had much better). The only thing it was better than ok was the shrimp, I think for a $25-30 meals it felt more like a Jack n the Box meals. Now for our server attention to details it was almost ok, she didn't check with us often and she kept forgetting to bring us what we asked. Overall it's the worst experience I had at a Red Lobster. I don't recommend anyone to come here, if you want good seafood go somewhere else. read more

I went to this resturant a little over a week ago. It was a nice evening..good customer service. I paid the bill, left a tip and walked out. 2 days later I checked my checking account and noticed the red lobster bill was $17.00 more than the bill. I called my bank and it was confirmed the bill was indeed charged an extra $17.00. HMMM...I called the resturant and spoke to the manager. At first he tried to tell me my bank automatically holds 20% before the actually payment goes through. I told him that wasnt so. So, I gave the neccessary info and he would get back to me. Approx 2 days later, the manager calls and says he needs to get the actual slip that i signed so see what happened. He suggested maybe there was an error or the waiter "hit the wrong key"The manger then offered to refund me the $17.00 which is what I wanted. But I also wanted to know what happened..was there fraud involved. The manager said the situation would be handled appropriately. So, today I go in to get my refund. Mind you I live 22 miles away so I had to drive there. Once there, the manager hands me $17.00 in cash...and says hope you come back again. When i asked about the situation he said the waiter had no explanation and mumbled something else...trying to excuse the situation. The manager Never offered a free dinner for my time or inconvience...I will never go back to a red lobster. Please check your credit statements....you may never know... read more

Worst service ever by LaShaundra we couldn't even get a glass of water until 30min after being seated. The food was horrid by far the worst red lobster I've ever been too then to top it all off I was over charged. I asked for the manager Dustin to voice my concerns and unsatisfactory service and he does nothing but give me a stupid blank stare and only offers an apology after I ask for it. Just had a great dinner with my wife. I had the stuffed Maine lobster and she had the fish and chips. Everything from the shrimp cocktail starter all the way through the cheesecake dessert was fabulous. Great service as well. Not cheap but worth every penny for an above average meal. The Biscuits are to die for and the main reason why I come here.

This was the first time I've been to this location since moving out to Pittsburg. I must say I had a very pleasant experience. We did not have to wait to be seated and a server was with us right away to take our drink order. We ordered the Calamari and vegetables as our appetizer and it was great! Even my girls loved it. Our main course was great too, my hubby ordered the NY strip with the lobster tail and I ordered a 7oz steak with a side of a lobster tail as well and it was also accompanied with some kind of pilaf rice which was really good too. We have had our bill added wrong, We have been told they don't serve lunch on weekends, we have been giving the wrong food and then had someone come and take it away acting like it was our fault. The last time we went the waiter charged us twice for the food on our credit card. When we complained he said second charge would go away sometime. Asked to speak to the manager he was rude and said not to worry about it. We asked for something in writing to prove we where overcharged he said what you don't trust us my husband said damn right I don't. Had to call main offices to get the bill right.
