Ordered this via Uber Eats and was plenty happy. We ordered some sort of family meal that gave us shrimp scampi, breaded shrimp, and shrimp fettuccini, along with the sides we chose, which were fries and potatoes. The breaded shrimp was crispy, the pasta was rich, and the scampi was garlicy. Very delicious. I was worried because I didn't know how to ask for condiments with Uber Eats, but was happy to find they supplied us with cocktail sauce and ketchup. We must be in the minority because no one in my family liked the biscuits and they all went on the garbage. Biscuits aside, the rest of the meal was great. Also, their to go containers are fantastic, very sturdy. As a proud penny pincher, I washed them up and will definitely reuse them. Kind of dissatisfied if i'm being honest. The server was nice, but obviously quite busy on a Sunday night. I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese, the previews i've seen show a hefty portion of this, but the portion I received was merely no bigger than an iPhone. This was discerning, but i decided to go along with it, despite the $13.99 price tag. I took a bite into it and I enjoyed the taste, until the next couple of bites, when I found it was room temperature and most likely was sitting out for awhile. I asked for it to be heated up and it was very nice after that, although i'm a little confused why it is $14 for such a small portion with an even smaller amount of lobster in the dish. The only other complaints I have are that the silverware were fairly greasy from the dishwasher not working that well, and my Raspberry Iced Tea was mistakenly refilled as a regular unsweetened tea. I'm not normally the one to complain or ask when I receive the wrong thing, or there's a problem with my food, but I just thought I'd give a fair review. The biscuits were delicious and fresh. The raspberry iced tea was good and not too sweet. I probably wouldn't come again, but that's okay. read more

What an awful experience. I'd never been to a Red Lobster before and was expecting a great experience. We ordered endless shrimp and it took 40 minutes for our first 24 shrimp to arrive, and they were cold. We ordered more and 50 minutes later with still no shrimp, we had to leave. We had to go as we were driving 2.5 hours back home and couldn't wait any longer. Slow service and cold food. The endless shrimp ended up being 24 shrimp for $19 dollars. What a terrible experience. I will never go back and I will carry this story with me always. Red Lobster spoiled my perfect day with my family. My server, David, didn't offer any explanation other than agreeing with me that the shrimp took way too long, but charged me full price, nonetheless. First time in my life I have seen an empty crab leg let alone multiple! I was shocked to say the least, I didn't even know that was possible. I cracked open every leg I had and 90% were filled with warm water. I have no idea where they get their crab from but it sure isn't quality. I've ordered to go twice now, the first was an awful experience with very rude staff who didn't acknowledge me for at least 10 min when i came in to pick up my order, they gave us the wrong size of soup and sprinkled our "side of rice" underneath the lobster. Hoping it was a one off but then the second time was slightly better but the food was even worse. It's sad because there are not many more options here in Spokane, hopefully that will change. read more

Call it "McFish", but nothing is better than RL to this seafood-loving chick. (Olive Garden may be " McSpaghetti",but it too is yum.) I had a take out order yesterday that turned out to be overly- seasoned. Nothing wrong with product or quality, just too too too too. I called the manager, who was a sweetie and we agreed I 'd bring the order back today, which I did. He had gotten the message from the night manager and was expecting me. What? Organized professionals who care about their clients? Boom...day manager was right on it and made everything right post-haste. Customer service lives! I have never had a bad mouthful of anything there that wasn't delicious! I even sent a tip to the chef the first time I had the coconut shrimp! Cheddar Bay "biskits"? I was nervous about our meal, since I called twice to make reservations and when I arrived my reservation wasn't recorded. The reason for 2 calls was you have to call the day of. The day of the computers where down and no one conveyed or wrote down my reservation. Coming from out of state, meeting people coming from out of state we wanted a set dinner time. They accommodated us and our waitress was phenomenal. She was in 5th gear the entire time we were there. What a waste of a gift certificate. I strongly recommend not eating here unless you want to go home and throw up from all the grease and salt (like I did). I dislike most tepid chain restaurants as it is, but this has to be the worst of a bad lot. It certainly was the single most horrible excuse for "seafood" I've ever seen in my life. It's basically extremely overpriced, tiny portions of cafeteria food that's way too salty. The lilliputian portion of shrimp linguine I was served boasted the most miniscule shrimp I've ever seen and tasted like Pasta Roni from a box; the garlic shrimp were drowning in so much butter you couldn't taste anything but grease; the $30 steak was very small and unappetizingly comprised primarily of fat and gristle. Even the lettuce in the diminutive portion of salad we were given was so limp we couldn't eat it. Who would ever eat here more than once? And I can't even begin to enumerate all the things that went wrong with our dining "experience". I'll just sum up by saying we waited far too long for a table, then our waiter, while very nice, got every single order wrong for every single person in our group, even down to the drinks. And to top it all off, there was a lovely, massively long hair in my food. It grossed the entire table out when I laboriously unwrapped it from its serious embedment in my pasta and held it up for all to see. Not only was my food bad (and hairy), but all the food I sampled at the table was basically inedible due to the liberal use of lifeless, previously frozen and pre-made ingredients, and way, way, way too much butter and salt. If the tiny bits of "fish" or "shrimp" aren't being drenched in saturated fats, they're hopelessly lost in a thick encasement of bland, floury breading. Who would willingly shell out so much money for this crap when there are a plethora of restaurants serving bright, freshly seared and grilled seafood selections with truly inspired sauces and pastas at far lower cost to the consumer..? Maybe, like me, the only time people ever come here is because they were given a gift certificate by someone in their life who obviously hates them. Hmm. If someone ever gives me a gift certificate to this grossateria again, I'm totally giving it to a homeless person, since that about sums up the creepy, dirty clientele I saw eating here, anyway. Yet even then, I'd feel a twinge of conscience about subjecting a helpless stranger to this so-called food. Maybe I'll hold on to it until someone kicks a puppy in my presence, then I'll sweetly hand them the certificate and I'll have perpetuated the mystery of why anyone eats here. Came here for our friends birthday. Had a large table but got very poor service. One of us got our meal 10 minutes after everyone else and the man paying for the meal didn't get his meal until everyone was done. Another guy in our party Had his shrimp taste like over cooked chickens S was very rubbery. The manager said "i want to make things right" so we said do you what you think is fair. This is one of the worst experience I've ever had at a Red Lobster. They took twenty minutes to sit us and the table wasn't even clean. The adjacent table had dirt dishes sitting there for almost the entire time we were there and because of the wait to be seated we couldn't get all you can eat shrimp which was a disappointment considering that is what l wanted to get also the service was bad.The waiter forgot things multiple times but the food was ok. We were originally told that the wait time was going to be 35-40 minutes, but we kept noticing empty tables that weren't being filled. We were starting to get irritated. It didn't look like the best time for RL because they also had signs up stating that their delivery service never showed up so they were unable to sell anything from tonight's "specials" menu. 25-minutes after checking in we were taken back to a table. We were quite pleased with that, seeing as how it was supposed to be 35-40 minutes originally. We met our server, Holly, who was fantastic. She was polite & funny. Throughout the night we also noticed that Holly was a good salesperson, too! The food was very good. I had ordered the salmon, grilled shrimp, & lobster tail. My wife originally ordered steak, but they had none left because of the absent delivery service. She instead ordered chicken fettuccine which she enjoyed. Overall, the experience turned out great. My mom, sister and I usually go to this establishment for birthday dinners and to celebrate holidays and always have excellent service but the last time we went for our Mother's Day dinner we weren't as impressed. I don't know if this location is under new management or what but service was extremely slow this day we saw multiple tables that were seated after us receive their meals in a timely manner and leave well before we even got our meal. read more

We have had multiple issues in a few visits but the last one was last week . Our soup was cold so we sent it back and received it back after our food had come which everyone in our party of 4 had cold food as well . We explained to our server who was rude but apologetic and a manager came to help and he too wasn't very helpful . After all was said and done he offered us a discount which he said was his own manager discount ( very snide) in telling us about it and acted like he was doing us a favor bye doing it . Ordered their blackened salmon for lunch thinking that it would be tasty and delicious and instead it only tasted of butter and salt. I could not taste ANY of the blackening seasoning. The sides I had with it too tasted of nothing but butter and salt. The salmon was also over cooked. A terrible experience and a waste of $17, glad I wasn't the one paying. For an establishment that is known for its lobster and crab. You would think that would be at a minimum cooked decent. I was expecting anything to be close to the North East, but at least something I would want to eat 75% of. Nope. Clam chowder hardly had any potato or clam mostly broth and under welming. Calamari was dry and rubbery, we ate 4 pieces total. My crab legs were from the smallest crab in the sea, there was little to no meat and must have been cooked in salted water. It was like putting a spoonful of salt in my mouth. Lobster was rubber. And by then I had lost my appetite. My husband got the same dishes as I did and his crab was not salty but just as small. So here is the thing... The first time I went here I would give it a maybe a three. Slow service, overpriced, greasy. Now the second time around... I went for the endless shrimp. Yes the wait to get in was long 50 minutes, Our Waiter was Lee, he was the BEST WAITER IN SPOKANE! He was friendly, attentive, humorous, he was more a Michelin star waiter than chain restaurant. What do I mean by 2 stars? Well, let me see. Wait staff: super nice, attentive to our needs. Ambiance: clean, nicely lit, attractive. Food: variable. Cheese biscuits very nice, freshly prepared, a bit salty for my taste but then I'm a little wierd on the subject of salt. Salmon grilled correctly, not overcooked. Salad crisp and served as requested, with dressing on the side. Catfish- well, that's another story. We're all eating like crazy, but when I look up and see how my mom is doing I notice she's cleaned up everything but the catfish. How is it, I ask? All I get is "Well, I don't really care for it". Oh-oh, I'm not getting the full story. She never complains. My mom's friend reaches over and tries it. She made up her face. "Not fresh at all", she says. "Not quite spoiled, but..." A solid 3 stars here because this place could be better. For a chain restaurant, that is exactly how I feel going here. The lobster is skimpy and that's what I come for. The veggies were dry and not steamed very well. We waited forever for our drinks and had to ask for water refills all the time. It's red lobster guys... You can't expect all that much. It's a chain restaurant. What I can say is that this is good food for a red lobster They do need to improve the fried seafood... Like the fried clams and shrimp. There's too much breading and you can't really taste what's inside. Near the thing is that all the shrimp dishes putting much taste the same... I've tried this location out for 3 years for birthday celebrations, and gathering events. But every single time I've eating from this location, sheaf's have EVERY SINGLE TIME, undercooked meals. And during every meal, servers have given petty excuses on why food isn't always fully cooked, and even played games with me when I told him to return the dish to the main cook 3 separate times.. Also having dust flying next to my meal as I try to take bite after bite, the servers will even dust up your tabel with the food in front of you, and continue sweeping in front of you.. worst result from all this beyond the lack of customer care or support, I every time get food poisoning on top of it! 0 quality in food care, food prep, service, and just making this chain look poor in performance just because they crew and management can't give love into their job duty they get paid for.. seems they just want to get paid by the house to waste food, time, and returning customers.. makes me sad to say but downtown fish choices would be the only option in this location.. even if the price has to be more, is totally worth it than getting stomped at like we are so thankful for feeling sick and tossed around like a child.. owner of chain should reconsider who's running his business into the ground and start a fresh golden crew who knows how to properly cook, check for any a that you shouldn't be or not even rushing the order so people get sick.. quaility over quantity should be your ideal target.. other wise you keep getting stress bundling up in your game.. read more
