When we were tried to get into a restaurant in Ewa that had no available space accept the bar we looked for another choice a decided to try this place. Called ahead to reserve a table for two. Had never been to this location for 604 restaurants. We often go to the Waianae location, good place for sunset. The place was pretty busy when we arrived an we were seated at a table by the bar. Which was fine however there were a couple of very exuberant football fans nearby that loud cheers had us jumping. Before server had us setup a table away from bar became open and we requested to move. It was also on the railing overlooking boat harbor which visually beautiful. Which was the highlight of the meal. Like the other 604 it is pretty casual with similar menu items. Although the tables are not as close together as the Pearl Harbor location. We both ordered the Mac nut Mahi-mahi with salad and rice. Which was tasty and large enough portions. Don't remember what the dish was called, but it was curried chicken with Thai sauce, optional mac or veggie salad. Opt for their mac salad, which was very light and tasty. The chicken was alright, at least it was not dried. But the Thai sauce was delicious! The restaurant is large, many seatings; however, it gets really packed and busy, so you'll need to be waitlisted. What a charming and lovely spot hidden away next to Pearl Harbor; Restaurant 604 is a local favorite. The vibes are completely Hawaiian with great music, TVs to watch sports and also a beautiful view of the Harbor. My absolute favorite thing to get here is the ahi poke nachos that come with wonton chips - so ono! They are so delicious and definitely shareable or a big meal on your own. They have other kinds of dishes as well along with breakfast items if you come at the right time, I've had the fish and chips and clam chowder as well - they're decent, but my bet is definitely on the nachos. Cocktails are awesome. I had their version of a spicy lychee margarita but I've also had some Ube cocktails and then they have a fully stocked bar. Service is great. The employees are really cheerful and helpful and work to get you your orders in quickly. There is a nice sized parking lot outside of the restaurant as well as some outdoor seating. Definitely a great spot to check out if you're on that side of the island either after visiting Pearl Harbor or even after shopping at the aloha swap meet. read more

Having taken an early morning flight from LAX, we were starving and I just wanted to look for something nearby HNL with good reviews. 604 popped up and without looking at the pictures or reading any of the reviews, I decided this was it. Upon arriving, we were told it was gonna be about 30mins wait. They do have the waiting list on Yelp but since it showed only 1 other party right as we were leaving the airport, I didn't think we needed to add ourselves on the waiting list at the moment. Boys was I wrong. On the bright side, since they're right next to the military marina, we just took a walk around the property to kill some time. They were able to sit us at a table right by the opening so see the marina. It was Sunday, but we just missed the brunch by 30mins, so lunch menu it is. Out of the 3 dishes we order, my husband's burger and fries were the only tasty thing. Both of their calamari appetizer and Mac Nut Mahi were so bland. Even with the dipping sauce for the calamari and the Mac Nut sauce for the fish, they both still need a heaping amount of salt to bring out the flavor. This was our random lunch stop during a flight diversion trip to Honolulu. If you're visiting Pearl Harbor and get hungry, this is probably a visit in your future. I ordered the Kalua Nachos and Braised Asian Style Boneless Short Ribs. Both were amazing and left me with no room for dessert. The nachos were plentiful, enough for 4+ people to share and the short rib was tender with creamy yet fluffy mashed potatoes. We went there to just have a drink after work and got lucky to get seats at the bar. My husband and I both got margaritas and it was very good! My review is mostly on the bartender who was was woking last week Friday night. She was awesome! Didn't get her name but she was great! Gave us all the option of sitting at the bar or standing on the rail to order food rather than the 1 hr wait time, which he also added us to the wait list. The view over the rail was a perfect background for a chill lunch and we found seats at the bar. The bartender kindly made me the prettiest Bloody Mary I have ever seen! It also tasted fantastic! Food is mediocre and the cocktails are not tasty. My drinks, the Mahalo Margarita and the 604 somewhere both tasted like pure alcohol with no significant taste profile at all. I drink often enough, and even the worst bars have drinks with flavor to them. The food was fine enough. My Kalia pig came with rice that had no sauce on it, just plain rice. It needed some teriyaki or something. The katsu chicken was good, and I would get that if I returned. The staff and atmosphere were good. The service was pretty good, although my meal was served before my drinks which was a huge bummer. Overall, if I were in the area again, I would come back out of convenience, but I would never go out of my way to come here again. read more

The bartender said a lot of people order apps as an entree and that would be a good amount of food for lunch. Had some good drinks and average food at this bar and grill close to Pearl Harbor. It sounds like a weird location to have fun, but it is. Restaurant 604 is known for having all day happy hours if they can call it that though. Anyway prices still aren't cheap. They're not like totally ripoff though so that's one good thing about it at least. Came in the afternoon because we were thirsty and hungry after walking around. It's just north of Pearl Harbor after walking past the one bridge. This is the closest place to eat so this is where we went. Beers and cocktails are the best things, while food seems to be an afterthought. It's $12 for the Liliko'i Bangah. This is a margarita made with agave, Dobel tequila, Li Hing Mui rum, lime sour, passion fruit puree, and triple sec. It's about $8 for appetizers. We got the Garlic Fries. Basic stuff that has a little garlic flavor but again pretty basic. The rest of the menu includes things like seafood. Great place to go after Pearl Harbor because it's the closest place to go. It's located past the Ford Island Bridge a quick walk from there. There's not a whole lot of stuff for vegetarians. read more

The food took a little bit, but no complaints from us. It was very busy and I feel it came out in a reasonable timely manner considering. The "nachos & salsa" was literally doridos from the gas station bag and a nasty pre-made sauce. The tortillas for the fish tacos were not even cooked or warmed, straight from the bag. I'm such a huge fan of this amazing restaurant! Such a wonderful, prime location to eat in the area. You've got tons of delicious options on the menu. Many of them Hawaiian and Filipino. I loved the coconut shrimp and marinated beef the most. Your view is the Navy dock with dozens of boats anchored in. There's plenty of greenery and spacious areas to sit or take a walk near by. The staff is really nice and helpful here too. The downstairs bathrooms are incredibly old and almost scary to use but they work and that's a win. read more

Came here for lunch after walking around the Aloha Stadium. Arrived at around noon and there was a short wait before we were seated right at the windows - great view. Started with a bowl of the clam chowder. It was thick and very creamy. It had good flavor. Hubs ordered the 604 burger and liked it. Kiddo ordered the poke nachos. She said it was too sweet for her liking and didn't finish it. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish were crispy and also had good flavor from the furikake. Enjoyed the shoestring fries but wished they were hot when they arrived. Would've liked to try some of their breakfast dishes but they're only served on the weekends. So this was my last meal in HI and I picked a good one. I sat at the bar and grabbed a few drinks. The bartender Kesiah was amazing. While sitting there I met to great guys and we had some fun conversations and exchanged info. It was surreal that you can meet ppl at the bar and spark up a good conversation, which I thought died after Covid. Eventually I got an appetizer. The salmon bombs are amazing. I am going to have to find some way to recreate this dish at home. The salmon was delicious and the sauces made it pop even more. I wanted to get a second order, but did not want to over eat knowing I still had to grab dinner. For dinner I got the herb curried chicken. It was not what I was expecting, but the flavors were on point. The chicken was steamed and didn't really have a crust, but the seasoning and sauce definitely got in there. Very simple beach bar with amazing staff and great food. Caught the most stunning sunset here which made it even more magical. When you arrive, the parking is limited to military service members so we parked outside. This was probably the only negative experience given one of the homeowners asked us and not park in the public road because she thought it disturbed her and her dogs. However when you come in it seems like a simple restaurant bar, but you're greeted by friendly staff and that night we were served by Sandra who was not only our waitress but was also running the bar and she was on top of it despite having many roles. We started off with a spinach artichoke dip which was creamy yet light. For dinner I had the miso butter fish, which was the perfect portion size and packed with flavor. I enjoyed a stunning sunset with my endless summer cocktail and got lost in the ambience. This is a great spot to grab a drink and a bite if you're visiting Pearl Harbor. It's popular for a reason, so expect a little bit of a wait. While we were waiting, we checked out the menu online and decided what we wanted, but once we finally got seated and placed our orders, we were told the online menu was outdated. So, we pivoted and were still really pleased with what we got. Everything was fresh and delicious. It just took longer because we had to rethink all of our initial choices.
