The best pizza ever 10/10 will come here with the boizz again when we are hungry. And love the service.

    Small Hawaiian pizza
    Mike B.

We came here about 4:30pm on a Sunday when we could not decide where to get something to eat. We had been to one of the Mexican restaurants in the same small strip mall before so we were somewhat familiar with the general location. We entered and discovered the interior was pretty small and the tables and benches were setup cafeteria style. The exterior windows have some form of bars/protection on both the inside and out. The menu selections were displayed on menu boards both on the wall to the left of the counter with pictures and as a list on the wall behind the order counter. We were amazed they had 7 different sizes of pizzas and had never seen anything like that before. My wife ordered a small Hawaiian pizza and I ordered a small meat lovers pizza along with a soda and water. We did notice they had a few bottled beers (Modelo, Corona and Blue Moon) as well as Budweiser on tap. My wife went up to the soda machine and the woman who had taken our order let us know that she had to turn the machine on in order for it to dispense. We thought that was strange and we wondered if that is to prevent stealing? There was only one other customer seated but there were several people who came in to pick up take out orders. While we were waiting for our pizzas, a man came in with a bag and went up to the counter and pulled out pieces of clothing and asked the employee and my wife if they liked brand new stuff and proceeded to try and get either of them to show interest. They both declined and he left. Our pizzas arrived a short time later and looked pretty good. They tasted pretty good too. Mind blowing good....no. Decent.....yes. The prices seem comparable with other pizza places in town but the atmosphere and ability to relax and enjoy a meal as a couple or family is definitely lacking. There are many other options in town that provide that so we likely won't be back. We do feel it would be a good option for pickup. Oh I forgot to mention the TV in the corner of dining area was blaring a Mexican soccer match in Spanish which we could not understand. Not really what I would have preferred.

Found this place on Google maps and decided to give it a try. My husband and I are pleasantly surprised. There is a lunch buffet that offers chicken wings, fries, and various pizza. Start with the wings. Great flavor and perfect amount of crisp to them; the fries have a great seasoning taste and the pizza is all good. In addition to the great food they offer, the customer service A++. Great little neighborhood place that we will be returning to.

I hate to rate this place so low because the staff if super friendly and helpful but in todays food environment the quality just has to be higher. The pizza prices are as high as other places in the area that have better quality crust and ingredients. The crust tastes and feels frozen and the pepperoni is light on flavor. None of us liked the chicken wings as all the sauces tasted like a mix of BBQ and wing sauce. The place may be worth it during buffet hours but at regular price there are just too many better choices.

Not happy at all! What a waste of $80!!! OVER cooked, dry wings & empty mozzarella sticks! Pizza was half brunt! Even the veggies were slimy and old. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We were immediately impressed with the ambiance and our server who was super friendly as well as knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations, let us taste the wine to ensure it was a good fit for us, and made sure we were taken care of. The pizza is an Italian style with thin crust that is less cooked than a typical American thin-crust pizza. All the ingredients were fresh and the menu was obviously crafted with care. We tried the Cherry Picker and the Espana which were both unique combinations that were well balanced and flavorful. To drink we tried the Lambrusco, a fruity but not sweet sparkling red wine, and the Hugo spritz which was very well executed. For dessert we had the Cioccolato Budino which was a dense, creamy and rich mousse covered in caramel chocolate cookie crumbs and homemade whipped cream. My only complaint is that I shared instead of getting my own.

For starters, per our server's recommendation, we had the caprese salad. Spritzers were today's special and we had one of each. So far so good For our main course, we tried the Margherita and Tony's NYC pizza. Pizzas were great! Crispy with just the right amount of chewy goodness. For dessert, we had Tiramisu and Affogato. Really good postre. Overall, it was a great choice. Service was attentive and engaging. We had to find street parking, so allow time for that. We'll be back for sure.

It's clear they focus on quality from the dough to the sauce to the cheese to the toppings and they put in a healthy dose of passion, fun and love too. It's been a minute since I've stopped at this place but western lights festival brought me downtown and this was part of my plan from the go. I was excited to see that they added woodfired chicken wings, one of my personal favorite dishes anywhere and had to order them and these is absolutely did not disappoint and I'll be back for them again and again. Sometimes it's tough to get a really good crispy chicken wing out of a woodfired oven but this team nailed it in there, buffalo Parmesan sauce was divine, especially with a little bit of the house made ranch. The pizzas were also good, but I didn't like that. They served them in paper takeout boxes because even the short trip from the cutting table to us in that box steamed the pizza and made it super floppy. Toppings were sliding right off the pepperoni pizza we had and it just wasn't the best pizza experience Of the white pizza we tried with spinach and roasted garlic was awesome. I don't wanna held up a little better maybe because it didn't have sauce and the roasted garlic was perfect. Staff is super sweet and accommodating menu is diverse and interesting in and the vibes of West Street market are great for a date or a group so put this one on your list.

His trick you ask? He ferments his dough for at least 48 hours before making pizza with it. It's a sourdough crust. What a mind blowing experience in pizza. I'm a forever fan Johnny! Thank you for putting your pie in my mouth! (Get your mind outta the gutter, pigs!)

We ordered 2 slices and an order of garlic fries for food and 2 fountain drinks and 2 craft cocktails. The cocktails were delicious- we ordered the Rhinestone Cowgirl which is perfect for rodeo week. The pizza slices- I ordered the large slice Nobleman but the girl told me she could only do 4 toppings so what topping do you want the least- um easy- Peccorino is a cheese so technically it's not really going to be a miss so by all means remove the peccorino! So in essence I got the slice I wanted even though she made the alteration! The pizza tasted really good. The crust is crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside as a pizza should be. The sauce the right balance of sweet and tangy with just the right hint of a bite to it. The pepperoni has the perfect heat adding to the flavor profile. Yeah the pizza was great! In all essence my lack of enthusiasm was winched when the person delivering the pizza dropped it down in the table and walked away- no hello- no have a nice day- just plop and run. Then the fries had to be delivered later after we had to go to the counter and ask where they were- be patient- they will be there when they are ready. Yeah- not such a friendly vibe there so guess I won't be giving them another chance. Thanks for the great food but if you can't be decent when delivering my meal to my seat then it's a no brainer. Have a nice day!

There was a list of specials for the day too. - For a place that has "wine" in the name, I thought the wine list was a bit limited/uninspired...the reds, for example, were heavily focused on CA wines, with a few Italian ones thrown in. - My wife and I ordered the Bee Sting Pizza, the Pistachio Pesto Arancini, and the Wedge Salad...all to share between the two of us. While everything was good, the Wedge Salad was the standout, with the Arancini's a close second (and a great sized portion). One of our friends ordered the Salmon special, and it looked good but pretty small in size considering the ~$40 price tag. - Service was good. There was a mess up where the server didn't hear our friend's order correctly and brought the wrong item, but she fixed it although it meant that he didn't his food for a while after the rest of us started eating. It was an honest error, but it would be good if the staff were empowered to do some kind of goodwill gesture, e.g., a free drink, a free appetizer while he's waiting for the food, etc., when something like that happens. - There was a weird thing that happened on our bills...the total that was on the itemized bill that we got from our server didn't match up with the pre-transaction processing fee total that was on our credit card copy...and, unfortunately, our server couldn't explain why. And, yes, there is a 2.5% credit card transaction fee added on (which we didn't see on the menu or anywhere else, but we learned about when we got the itemized bill). - Vibe is just ok...it's pretty loud and the tile floor and tables/chairs felt a little cafeteria-like. I wouldn't call it cozy by any means. Bottom line: Liberty Food & Wine Exchange was a nice place to meet up and the food was tasty...when I asked my wife if she would go back again, her answer was that we should try other places first, which is probably what we'll do.
