He told us what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again -- essentially the crazy winds knocked the cover off a unit off roof loose and water got in. They managed to secure us a part quickly and replaced in before we had friends come over for New Years Eve. So grateful for their help during the holidays. Cannot recommend Reyes enough!

Jimmy Reyes arrived at 8am Friday morning to take a look and told us they could fix the furnace, but since it was old there was a possibility something else would fail in the future. We had installed the furnace and A/C condenser together in 2002 and decided the best course of action would be to replace both. Jimmy told us that the A/C unit would require a permit and that might slow down installation, and provided a competitive estimate. Fortunately, we were leaving for a week's vacation the following day but Reyes dropped off some space heaters to keep us warm in the meantime. A week later, Reyes arrived promptly at 8am to install the new furnace and A/C (having secured the permit). The team introduced themselves (so polite!) and placed tarps, etc. to protect our flooring. They worked diligently and completed the entire job in 2 days! Not only that, but they removed the registers and sealed all the ducts to maximize the heating and cooling. We could not be happier. The new furnace and A/C are super energy efficient, quiet and effective. Reyes Heating and Air set the standard for excellence and customer service.

With both, a unexperienced office person answered and both could not give me the estimate I was looking for. Both required a technician to physically check the unit at a cost. It seemed I had no choice but make an appointment with each. Frustrated on knowing I'm going to be paying someone for not fixing the furnace, I contacted Adams Heating to see what they had to offer. Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate. The problem turned out to be the capacitor and was replaced quickly at a very reasonable price. Throughout the replacement, Josh gave me an quick oversite of the furnace itself which was educating. From the very initial contact with them, I found them to be thorough and very professional. I liked that we received a text notification when our technician was on his way with his picture and some interesting background info on him. Sammy, their technician, was very clear, detailed and knowledgeable. Despite being out of town at the time of his inspection, he provided me with everything I needed to make an informed decision (including emailed pictures of the interior of the furnace). From there, the quote was sent immediately and, upon acceptance, the install was scheduled for the very next morning (rather important for a heating problem in mid-winter.). Next morning, just as I was advised the previous day, I received a text to let me know the installers were on their way. They arrived around 9am when they said they would and completed their install of our system by late afternoon. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a professional family-owned company that goes out of their way to please the customer and follow-through on what they say they will do!

Super disappointed with the quality of service and the additional ~$3,500 dollar damage left behind…read moreafter Jazz Home services installed a new furnace in our home. The repair team scratched the stairwell and stair rail, and they left the house very dirty. Our wash basin was also damaged in the process (picture attached). They came back and said all the issues were fixed - but the wash basin remained damaged. I let it go. A month later, our functioning AC broke and stopped working in the summer. We had another vendor install a new AC Cooling coil. Through their inspection, they found that the plastic condensate drain pan of the older AC system was cracked and broken, leading to water dripping onto the new furnace. According to their assessment, it appears that this damage could've only occurred during the installation of the new furnace. We identified a few open items and visible damages right after installation with Jazz home services and we let the broken wash basin go (Repair cost $1,000). The broken drain pan was not visible when they left and this breakage ended up costing an additional $2,500. I attempted to reach out but no response. This was totally unprofessional, resulting in poor quality service overall that ultimately cost us more headaches and additional damages that we had to fix and pay for.

Called Chris, and he was able to come out immediately, based on our schedule. He spent some time checking everything out, and immediately identified that the issue was with a capacitor in the AC unit. He swapped out the part, and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Robert and his whole team is absolutely amazing!!! Our mini split AC had been having problems…read moreturning off randomly and eventually it just died and we couldn't get it back on. We called Robert and explained the problem and he was here the next day to take a look and diagnose the problem. He figured out that the mother board had overheated and fried so he ordered us a new one and came back with his team a few days later to install it. It turned on right away and the problem was fixed. They also checked everything else and for leaks or anything else that may be wrong. Now our Ac is back to blowing cold again and good as new. Robert and his team was prompt, efficient and solved the problem, they all explained everything very thoroughly through every step of the way.
