Make sure to get the Pom Pom. It looks like pink boba, but it's soaked pomegranate. It's tasty and has a different texture from boba. I ordered the #Swag with blueberry and mango as my two choices of fruits. My friend ordered the White Peach tea. We both loved our drinks. It's a bonus that they give you the drinks in glass bottles with corks. It's cute and doesn't really make the drinks expensive. I'd say the drinks are the same price as other tea places. I am a fan of their roasting water coffee. It tasted like a lighter version of cafe sua da (vietnamese iced coffee). I didn't know that was even possible. I don't usually drink coffee, but I would come back for this. I bought some for my coworkers and now they are hooked. My only concern would be that the bags they provide for multiple drinks have a high chance of ripping through the bottom as the condensation from the drinks dampen the bottom of the bag and then falls out and breaking in the process. My brother introduced me to this awesome smoothie joint. And if I'm around the wesminster area, I make sure I drop in here and chip away the large menu of drinks they have. The drinks come in bottles and at times they steeze up the bottles and make it artsy and collectible. A cool novelty, in a city with numerous smoothie joints one has to stand out. In addition to the quality of the drinks I give this place 5/5. Avocado: this one is easily one of my favorites due to it being just a comfort food for me. As a kid I grew up avocado smoothies and they do not disappoint. Thick and rich in flavor. Don't forget the boba!!! They also allow unlimited add ons which is awesome since most places charge $.50 per add on like boba, jelly, etc. It's in a small whole in wall place but they store itself is small and cute inside. The pink guava lemonade caught my eyes bc I love lemonade and saw it had basil seeds inside...but what caught me by surprise is the seeds in the bottom that I bit hard on thinking they're basil seeds ; n ; inquire customers about the seeds ~ The price is most definitely nothing to complain about, I know worse lulz. Wow is this place super tiny or what? There was no walking space since the line was to the door. Roasting Water is literally the size of a middle class family's living room. I was probably more in awe with how small the store was than anything else. I got the "#SWAG" drink. It had really yummy "poms poms." Not sure how to describe it and I still don't really know what it is, but I do like it! Another downside to this place besides the small store is that I really wanted to get the lychee fruit tea but they were out of lychee for the day. We went in and started ordering and by the time we finished, there was a line out the door. Impressive! This place is a bit pricey at almost $5 for a drink, but they come in cute glass bottles that you get to take home with you! I ordered the Heavenly Kiss with strawberry and lychee. Wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special. However, my girlfriend loves the bottle so we will definitely be coming back for more! This cute little bubble tea shop is definitely unique. The shop is kind of tight, so you can't really sit and drink there, but they have really cute decor. One of the coolest things about this spot is the packaging. Instead of your average plastic cup, you got a souvenir glass bottle with an awesome design on it and a cork. I got an almond milk tea w/ boba, my sister got a classic milk tea w/ lychee jelly and my mum had a cafe su da with boba. The milk teas in our opinion wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. It wasn't something to remember. The cafe su da in my mom's opinion wasn't strong enough for her, but to me it tasted better than the milk tea I ordered (maybe it's because I like my coffee sweet). Tip: Don't shake the bottle with the cork on because it will leak!! Might try another drink next time I come to CA! read more

Really cool place, I was told about this place just this week and I had to check it out for myself. Upon walking into the shop, I was in love with this place. Along the walls, guests are greeted with really cute cups on shelves from hello kitty to cute animal character mugs, bowls, and tumblers. There was a bit of a line ahead of us, but the line went by very quickly and the staff was very efficient. I ordered a White Peach Raspberry smoothie and my husband ordered a hot mocha. My smoothie was so refreshing and tasty, but the coolest thing was they put it in this really cool glass bottle that had various landmarks from all over the world, it just looked really cool. My husband felt that his mocha was a little too sweet, and wished that there would've been a little more coffee flavor to it. I also purchased a totoro bowl as a gift, the staff was very nice because I had asked about several of the bowls, and she was very patient and searched her inventory to see which she had and found me ones that they had. She came back with one and I purchased it, and to my surprise it came with a hot drink so we decided to try the caramel macchiatto, which actually tasted really good. This place is amazing. It's a small store in the little corner inside Domino plaza. It's so small that they don't have table or chair inside, but it gives you a very warm vibe. So many options on the menu, tea, milk tea, smoothie, and juice. You will need some recommendations for first time come in. My all time favorite is Mango Lemonade. Visiting California and a family friend recommended this place to try. Entering I was immediately in love with all the mugs and the bottle that my milk tea came in. The inside of the shop is small and there isn't a lot of space so it can get pretty crowded while waiting for your drink if the store is busy. Aside from that the interior is adorable with cute mugs and thermos lining the walls The mugs on display were all able to be purchased, however it seems like they're popular as my first couple of choices for mugs were out of stock so I would buy one that you like as you see them cause you don't know when'd they have it in stock again. I got myself an oolong milk tea with grass jelly. It was good! the ice they put in was crushed ice though so if you don't drink it immediately, your drink could become a bit watered down. It's a typical Chinese tea house. No room though, so don't expect to hang out inside. The avocado cuddle smoothie was good and I tried the teas, they were herbal based so that was a surprise. It's not your powdered flavor milk tea place, but the cups are cute. Not all the cups are available, only about 5% of them on display are. I have been a customer on 3 occasions. I usually get my nails done at Mimi's Beauty Salon right next door and they always offer me drinks (because I'm their regular customer) from Roasting Water. The thing I like about Roasting Water is right now their drinks come with FREE FOOD. You can pick from either ham, turkey, hot dog, or chicken (although I've never seen it but heard they had the chicken). They are basic deli meats with simple lettuce and tomato with provolone cheese and a crisp petite baguette. The drinks are average but I gave them a +1 star because I had a craving for it 2 days later and went to get it during my lunch break. I usually get the LOL Lots of Lychee with Boba. I like their boba because they are pink. oh forgot to tell you that the drink comes with 2 free add-ons with your free food too. LOL is a lychee tea that comes with basil seeds and bits of lychee and the 2 free add-ons. I've tried their sea salt coffee and feel it's too sweet, so won't be doing that anymore. Tried their banana smoothie too. If you like bananas, you should try this one - but beware, it contains chopped walnuts on top (which you can simply request not to get them) All in all, I'll be going back for some more. read more

My fiance'e is lucky I found this place... She comes here all the time now. Roasting Water has some of the best drinks in area. They actually use fruit in the drinks compared to a lot of the other boba/ tea places. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Only once did we have a issue with our drinks not tasting how we had it before. Other then that one hiccup we will be going to this place for a while... If you were to ask me what i thought about this place 2 weeks ago before the increased prices and glass bottles (with no option of having plastic) i would have given this place 100 stars!! Ok i am giving this place 2 stars because i am a bit disappointed personally in the glass bottles and my favorite green milk tea going from $2.50 to $3.50, and my daughters smoothies they like, going from $3.75 to $4.50. I would come here every single day, and if i was not out to get one my husband would bring me one on the way home, now due to price increase and all of these glass bottles i have around my kitchen sink, i am going today to try out another boba tea place (and very disappointed about that because i absolutely love their teas at roasting water, but by raising the price a dollar, i cant come everyday) now when the tea was just $2.50 it didnt seem like a big deal to come and get a tea everyday. my girls and my husband as well absolutely love this place. my girls call it "the boba place" Glass bottles ok yes eco friendly, but not kid friendly. i went in with my daughter before we went to Disney and i asked if they could put her smoothie in the plastic cup, since she usually takes hers on the tram with us and drinks it while we walk at Disney, etc. well they said they didn't offer the plastic cups anymore :/ so i have to give my child a large glass bottle in the car and then when she would usually be able to take it with her to finish it, i had to tell her to hurry up and take a last sip so i could throw the bottle away in the trash in the Disney parking structure with half of the smoothie inside :( it hurt a little bit to because the smoothie she would always get was $3.75 and is now $4.50 in a fancy jar that i could have done with out. My best friend actually got me hooked on this place, she goes almost daily as well. But in the end i liked the plastic cups, and lower prices just fine, now paying more for a glass bottle that is more of a pain than anything, and is a hazard for my kiddos, i am so saddened to have to find another boba place :( I am checking another place out that has plastic cup and the same lower prices that roasting water had (with boba included as well) a couple weeks ago. If it stands up this will be our new boba place as well as tons of my friends i got hooked on this place, we will be going else ware. yes the glass bottles are cute if you come by once in a blue moon and don't have kiddos that get a drink, but if you come in every single day, the price increase and the glass bottles are more of an inconvenience. now if things go back to as they were, we will gladly return as customers, so sad i have to find a new "boba place" :( I really did LOVE this place read more

It's a very cute store! They have super competitive pricing and the most beautiful glass bottles. I ordered the sea cream jasmine tea with boba and pudding. They have two free add ons for each drink. The tea itself is not overly sweet; it is a nice, mild tea. The boba has the perfect soft consistency. The pudding is soft and tasty but comes in little squares to fit into the bottle.
