I came here on lunch break and the food was really really good! But the service was amazing as soon as I sat down they brought me water and were asking me every 3 minutes if I needed anything and I felt like they really meant it! I would come here everyday if I could highly highly highly recommend it

Excelente atención, ‼ muy buena comida- gracias Sebastián por su excelente servicio I totally recommend this place

It has this warm welcoming vibe but far from welcoming. In order to sit and dine it you must order and pay before being sited. Asked an employee to please wipe down the table for us. She proceed to slam chairs around and smack food crumbs with smelly rag. Nasty smells and residue left smeared all over the table. $18.89 for a cocktail and $19..99 for a 3 chicken enchilada, rice and beans plate.... Food was ok, it just needed flavor and salt.

I really love El Rodeo Restaurant. They have really great authentic Mexican food that's served fresh everyday. But Rodeo Express (located right next door to El Rodeo on Sunset) is awesome. You have a choice between, tacos, burrito (wrapped or in a bowl). All their proteins (various meats), veggies, toppings, sauces are all made fresh and in house. Everything is customizable so there are endless combinations. In the end, your burrito can weigh upwards to over a pound of delicious food made from the freshest ingredients. Your burrito is made right in front of you as you order it. And this place has more authentic choices like, Mexican red rice, Al Pastor, nopalitos (cactus), guacamole (no extra charge). You won't be disappointed and you'll want to come back again and again.

    Soooo good!

(A lot of thought went into the acoustics & speaker system.) This chic establishment serves up European-inspired small plates, and their cocktail program melds inspiration with a respect for classic structure. The sultry pulsating bass lines that ooze through the speakers set the tone for a chilled vibe, and the tropical motifs provide an escape from reality. It's a great spot to relax and catch a game or hang with friends, which I did. I met some of my favorite Yelp peeps here for Sunday Brunch. We received a warm & friendly welcome from Rasheeda (bartender). She was darling, as was our server, Mason. They were both fantastic. We settled into the cozy couches tucked in the corner and ordered several dishes to share: Hummus, Prosciutto Panino, Eggplant Panino, Mediterranean Eggs, Green Shakshuka, & Fries. Drinks consisted of: Nitro Cold Brew, Bloody Mary, Age of Aquarius, & a Lavender Gimlet. The fries were tossed with rosemary salt and came with garlic aioli & ketchup. They were addicting & delicious. My Lavender Gimlet did not disappoint. Everyone enjoyed their selections, and we had a great time together. This was the perfect meet up spot. I'm looking forward to coming back. *Street parking (can be tricky.) Metered parking across the street. *Happy Hour 2 pm - 6 pm daily & all-day Monday.

She raved about them having so many wonderful options so I was very curious to try. DRINK There were so many great options I was overwhelmed, but luckily their workers were so happy to help in my selection. I chatted with Bree about my fitness goals and how I was toning/ cutting weight and she made some suggestions. When I asked her what her favorite was she said she liked the Sensual Vibes smoothie. I like the sound of it from the ingredients, and she suggested adding ginger. It was SOOOOOOOO delicious. I will DEFINITELY be going back to try out another smoothie. SERVICE Bree was so very helpful. I told her my goals and that I'd just done a workout and she gave me her recommendations...she also told me her favorite a suggest I add ginger to what I was thinking about. AMBIANCE It was a chill environment but also family friendly. There were some people there with their kids enjoying the place. Also this place is dog friendly. Everyone is always so friendly here. They always seem to be upgrading the interior as well, and it's small but they do have some window seating along with a few outdoor tables. On this visit, I got the OG Avocado Toast. The avocado was perfectly ripe and fresh, and a heaping portion was served over their toasted olive bread. It's a pretty simple preparation. I probably would have preferred the Mediterranean version, as the tomatoes on this weren't my fave and there was raw red onion mixed into the avo so I wasn't able to pick it out. Next time, I'll have to request it without the onion. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu items.

Their pastries are top notch, always made with seasonal ingredients. Breakfast is amazing. Vibes are immaculate, lots of seating. You can park in the neighborhoods nearby, but be respectful and aware of locals. - Doubtless breakfast burrito: 12/10. Get this if you can only get one thing. Braised pork shoulder, potatoes, white cheddar, smoked chili, cilantro, onion, eggs, tomatillo salsa. I need to reiterate that I don't like breakfast burritos because they're usually greasy and heavy, and one-note. But this has such a wonderful variety of tastes and textures -- the pork shoulder is juicy and flavorful, not heavy or greasy. Tomatillo is house-made, zesty and refreshing. - Bread + jam: seasonal jam (blueberry) and sprouted rye. 7.5/10 because the portion was so small, but everything is housemade and it tastes that way. - Passionfruit pie: 10/10. Macadamia graham crust, passionfruit custard, house whipped cream, fresh passionfruit. On par with the passionfruit pies I had in Hawaii. Wonderfully tart, not too sweet, whipped cream is clearly fresh. Crust is nutty and not too buttery. - Matcha latte: 3/10. Matcha is low quality, tasted bland and weak.

It was such an unforgettable and refreshing experience. Chef Anita has such a vision. Every detail was well thought of, from the outdoor patio dining surrounded by olive bushes to the indoor wooden and oak touches with Fairouz playing overhead. What's even better is EVERY single dish is labelled clearly for allergy diners! AHHHH as a nut allergy girly this had me geekin. All the celiac diners can enjoy their dining experience without any triggering fears as well. I went with their famous Lebanese egg pie and my friend got the grilled salmon plate. We shared the ful mudammas, my fave dish. The gluten-free pita bread def changed my brain wiring. I don't enjoy gluten-free food, and I was drooling. The pita was pillow soft, like how do you do that? Magic, I tell you. The egg pie was SO special. Pillow soft as well and super filling. The flavors of every dish were legendary. We arrived midday on a Sunday and we're promptly sat, having been given the option for patio or indoor. We chose the patio, and between the clematis, lantana, and olive trees it is a very lovely setting in which to enjoy a meal. We were promptly brought a bottle of cold water and glasses, and our beverage orders were taken. I had a honey lavender latte with oat milk, and my husband had Lebanese coffee (no milk no sugar.) my latte was fragrant, the perfect temperature, and just the right amount of sweet. The Lebanese coffee was smooth, floral without being perfume, and excellent. We started with the falafel and the batata harra. Both absolutely excellent. For our entrees we selected the shakshuka and the Lebanese egg pie. Both were also excellent. Everything was well cooked, well presented, flavorful without being overwhelmed by any component. We took home a baklava tart, because we simply did not have the ability to eat more at the table. It was tender, moist, not too sweet, the pistachio flavor coming through as nutty and grassy, seriously so good! And it's worth noting, this whole restaurant is gluten free. I would not have realised if I had not known ahead of time. The texture of the pita with the shakshuka was exactly what one would expect, as was the bread of the egg pie. The pastry of the tart was flakey and delicious. And having said all of that, the service is what puts it above and beyond. Everyone was warm and pleasant, and seemed to genuinely appreciate the compliments. Staff seemed like they liked their jobs, which for me is always a good sign.
