This is a very similar experience to Fogo De Chao... but in a more casual atmosphere. All of the cuts of meat are delicious... and they have a lot to choose from. It is all you can eat. The Parmesan Beef and the lamb are my favorites. The side dishes are at a self serve "salad bar" style setup... with cold salads and pastas, and ceviche..... and a hot section with beans, fried cinnamon plantains and more. First time there and we should of asked how much it would cost before we decided to eat. Food over all was ok, but you had to wait long periods of time for someone to bring the meat to your table. Your out of luck if a table before you takes all the meat. Did not seem they had a system of where they went to first. Every time they went to a different table. All you can meat! For those looking to implode on protein and grilled meats you've come to the right place. Rodizio Grill offers two different price structures: For $19.99 you can have the all you can eat salad bar only, or for $29.99 you can have the unlimited salad and meat skewers. We started our food journey by being offered fried bananas and fried polenta with cheese at our table. Both were delicious and were a good way to begin our meal. For those uninitiated into Brazilian style BBQ, servers will come to your table with their skewers and you can choose which ones you want to sample. When we were here they had top sirloin, tri tip, lamb, bacon wrapped chicken, bacon wrapped beef, chicken hearts, chicken thighs, sausage, sweet and spicy chicken, and I did spy a table getting some grilled pineapple that I unfortunately didn't get to try before I ran out of room in my stomach. The salad bar had a wide variety of items to try, such as make your own salad, coconut pineapple coleslaw, beets, candied bacon, and ceviche. There was also a hot foods area with selections like collard greens, feijoada, and brisket stew. They were all decent, about what you'd expect from a buffet style of food. Most of the red meat skewers were well done by the time we got them, although the lamb skewers were nicely medium rare. The seasoning level was OK for me especially since other churrasco restaurants put too much salt on their meat. I indulged in a caipirinha which was very strong. If you're into heavy handed drinks this is your place! For dessert we shared the rabanada and some flan. The rabanada was similar to a cinnamon sugar donut, with a creamy tapioca-like center. The ice cream it was served with was a great accompaniment. The flan was excellent with rich creamy custard flavor and caramel syrup. Service was superb. We were checked up on frequently and everyone wanted to make sure we were enjoying our meals. Overall it was a pleasant experience. If I want to indulge in eating from a parade of meats this is a good place to go! read more

We have been here twice now and both experiences were great. The Parmesan beef is incredible and full of flavor! The service was excellent, super attentive. We also had two different managers stop by to ensure our experience was great, which shows me they truly care about their customer experience. Rodizio is one of my favorite places to eat. Their salad bar is extensive, but their roasted meats are the main attraction. The servers are top notch, and even stopped by our table when we were ready for our check to see if there was any particular cut of meat they could bring back out to top me off. The picanha is always a favorite, but this time they had a new feature - peppercorn steak. So delicious. I wanted to like this place, I really did... The salad bar options were okay at best. The Pão de Queijo was undercooked. The meat flavors were decent but it was lacking seasoning on most. The garlic steak was really good though! The gauchos is where I was really turned off, of all them, only 2 knew how to cut the meat. The rest were cutting chunks instead of slices. We've been to numerous Brazilian restaurants and we've never experienced the cuts being done the way it was. Nobody wants a huge a chunk of picanha with no bit of the crispy fat at all. I will say that the table servers were probably the best part of the experience. They were always nice, attentive, making sure drinks were refilled before asking & clearing plates when needed. The way it's set up for covid with a server helping plate the salad bar was a good idea but it doesn't work well when the server helping doesn't listen & just throws however much they think you should have of each item you want. I went here for brunch and was impressed. I'll be honest that I do love Fogo De Chao. But after going there for a couple times I think it was good to switch it up. Let alone it wasn't really the closest place to me. So it's a good to just drive 10 mins away to get Brazilian. They have the usual cheese bread and bananas. The meat selection is slightly more saltier than the ocean. So be ready to get your veggies to balance out the high sodium intake you're about to get. read more

We came to Rodizio Grill for my mom's birthday dinner today. If you haven't been, it's quite interesting and the food is very good. The salad bar is huge with lots of amazing choices, like candied bacon. All of the wait staff is wonderful, friendly and constantly hopping to keep everybody served. They come around to your table endless times with a variety of beef, chicken, the best ham ever, etc. The meat is on a large skewer and they slice it and you grab the piece with the tongs they provide you. The slices are small, which seems a little disappointing at first, but trust me, after a few pieces, you're ready to turn that block to red. Lol! I finally commented to my dad, "Can we stop this meat train for a little bit?" Haha! As long as you have your wooden block turned up to green, they keep coming. When you need a break, you turn the block to red and they bypass your table. They have this glazed pineapple that they bring around - Ah-ma-zing! I wanted them to leave the whole chunk. Haha! I wish they would bring the pineapple around a little more often, though, as I only had one slice. The desserts are incredible, too. I had the chocolate cheesecake. Sooo good! Had to bring half of it home. My parents each had creme brûlée. The wait staff sang to my mom while playing a bongo drum. Fun afternoon! I give this four stars instead of five because a couple of the meats weren't my favorite. The fact that you can flip a wooden block upside down to pause the food coming to you and flip it back over to resume is sick. You can basically decide if the $60 plate is worth it or not because you can stay as long as you like. I consumed around 2000 calories worth of fine meat during that hour and I would definitely say that's worth $60. read more

They seated our party of 19 against the wall so anyone sitting near the wall had to keep asking everyone to move which was 2-4 people.. which is frequent since it's a salad bar - you're getting up and down. When I asked if we could be seated in the area that was closed off they said "No, It's only opened on weekends." So basically they crammed our party into a tiny area which is ridiculous. Not to mention there was seating in the opened area where we weren't against a wall (I made this reservation a week in advance.. plenty of time for them to accommodate that size of a party.) My husband took me here this last weekend for my birthday. It was our first time and was highly recommended by my husbands co worker. My Husband and I both have never made so many "Mmm" sounds out loud while our at a restaurant but every single thing we tasted was so flavorful and delicious we couldn't help ourselves. The only draw back was that the salad bar area with having the staff do the serving on your plate was a bit frustrating. My young man kept standing right in front of everything and wouldn't step aside while I was clearly trying to see what there was and I had to ask him to scoot over a couple of times but the meat fellows were so very on top of their job. Wanted to get a taste of Arizona's Brazilian Steakhouse choices before I move here and apparently picked the worst one, at least I hope so. Reservation was for 7:45pm and was seated closer to 8:15pm and they closed at 9pm, which is not the end of the world to me due to current circumstances. -Our waiter never once received a refill on our drinks. -Was never offered any premium meat. -The cheaper meat we were offered came around frequently and once we got this meat, it was very dry and overcooked. When I ask for medium rare and I get well done or burnt is very unacceptable. -I asked our waiter if they could send the Picanah to our table and they said "yes, let me go track that down". They come back by and say it will take 15 minutes. I wait...I have to follow up and ask and they said they are checking. 10 more minutes goes by and they bring me Picanah chopped up in chunks and burnt on a stick...are you fuc*ing joking. They said they had to cut it up in order to get it to me faster. I will wait for a normal slice of Picanah because that is how it is supposed to be served and with fat on it, not cut off. -The chocolate cake was so so, but was the best tasting thing of my night. I will never come back here as the management must be trying to save a buck by offering only cheap meats for a premium price. Which they will never pull one over on me again. read more

It was soooo nice to be told over and over by different staff members how grateful they are for every person that comes in their doors. That means a lot during this crazy pandemic. Was traveling to Mesa to visit some family and wanted to celebrate a 1 year anniversary and came across this place. Super awesome service super awesome food. I definitely recommend the chicken heart and the pineapple. Most Brazilian steak house I go to don't really make good chicken but here it was really surprising it was sooooooooo good definitely try it out. Wow.. what an amazing lunch this was! Today is my birthday and my husband and I have been wanting to try Rodizio for a long time so we decided to go and try it. I made reservations online early this morning and we decided to go for their brunch. We were there at around 11:30am. The dining area is huge and the restaurant looks pretty fancy, it reminded me so much of restaurants in Dubai. When the waitress found out it was our first time there, she explained the two dining options they had and we went with the grill one (which includes all the meats and the salad and side bar). Both options do not include the drinks and desserts. I ordered 1 coke for me. My husband wanted water only. Both my husband and I started with the salads. They had plenty of options. I got the ceviche, beets (delicious!), seafood pasta salad, some cucumbers and quinoa salad. Everything was great but the beets were my favorite. As soon as we finished our salads, we flipped to "green" and started to get the meats. My favorite was the tri tip and the chicken but everything else as well was great (except for the hearts, I didn't like them). We don't eat pork so we didn't try the ham or the sausage or anything wrapped in bacon so we had times when our plates were empty while we waited for a non-pork option to come out. All the meats were super tender and extremely well seasoned, they were all spot on! The sides tasted great with the food as well. I got some mashed potatoes and some cheese bread. I also tried their beef stroganoff. Their brown sugar pineapple which also comes as an option from the grills was caramelized beautifully and tasted amazing. Our waitress checked on us multiple times during our meal and our waters were topped up and I was given a second drink when my drink was getting close to being finished. This was by far one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while. The food was great, the service was excellent and the ambience was beautiful. I did not let them know it was my birthday so I didn't experience what they do on birthdays but the experience made my day! I am so glad the restaurant is in Mesa not too far from my house. The price is also not too high especially for the brunch so we are definitely returning here and will become regulars! read more
