Nice enough to deal with and the tires I bought were a reasonable price. However, I'm very disappointed that they upsold me on an alignment that appears to me to have not been done properly. After the alignment, car seemed to pull to the side while driving. I had an unrelated battery problem with the car a few days after visiting Ramona and my auto repair shop checked the alignment for me and it was off. So I ended having to pay for a second alignment to fix their work. Further, Ramona recommended a bunch of other work on the car that I think was unnecessary. I didn't want to believe all the bad reviews before setting an appointment. I should have believed them! I took my truck in for a alignment and tire rotation. Estimated time was 1hr to 1hr 1/2 from my appointment time. Sounded reasonable. I walked across the street to do some school shopping with my kids and let time go by. I got back to the shop after the 1hr and 30 mins and what do I find? My truck parked in the same spot without being touched. They hadn't done anything to it. Wow. First time here and will return! Scott has taken care of my parents car on a number of occasions and my folks have always said GO TO THEM. After shopping around, I decided to hit up Romona tire. I was given a fair price but the tires were not in stock, however, Scott provided me a far superior tire to the one I was going to purchase at the same price as the former tires. I was shocked. He said hey, we don't have it in stock, so we'll honor the price. That is professionalism at its finest. Prior to coming to Ramona Tire I visited a number of sites around that were disingenuous about what they offer, not here. Scott explained the amount of training they require of their employees and I became confident about their work. They even do car repairs and service and have some great deals posted in their store. So Corey Wilson (I believe he is part Onwer or head of management) messaged me after not be able to find me in the system a little over two weeks, but that's partly due to my father having me under his account. Mr. Wilson was tentative to my post, issue and made sure he was able to take care of me ASAP and said he would make sure he took care of the issues that I had at that location. Although, my father has been going there for decades and he loves that location I'm not a fan exactly, but I do like the company and their service. After speaking with Mr. Wilson, he helped Go tto another location which was near and they had me (daniel and Michael I believe their names were) in and out in less then an hour showed me the issues and etc. I'll probably continue my services and my tire needs at that location. I purchased shocks here and it was under warranty. I brought the car in due to the rear shocks leaking fluid. I was told the shocks were covered under the warranty and I would be responsible for labor. That sounded reasonable at first. I asked how much labor would be and he said $500! That blows my mind. Labor is the same cost as the shocks! I could understand labor being $200 or somewhere around that ballpark. $500 just felt like a rip off. read more

Worst experience.. Went in for a new tire replacement, said it would take an hour and a half. Dropped car off at 12, called to check status at 2, said that my car was next and will be quick once it's worked on. Ok cool I thought, flash forward to 4pm still no word. Decided to drive by and check, car is still sitting in parking garage and has not been touched yet. Decided enough was enough went to grab keys and worker only kept telling me I'm next in line. Yea been hearing that all day! Don't tell customers it will take an hour and a half then four hours later it still hasn't been touched! Went to American tires fixed car within two hours with status tracker sent to your phone and better pricing! So many better tire shops in surrounding area... Do not recommend this place! read more

If I could give zero stars, I probably would. My first and unfortunately last time at Ramona tire. I typically go to a ramona tire in Beaumont, but since moving, I needed to find a new spot to get an oil change. Dropped my car off around 11:30am on a Sunday for an oil change and tire rotation. On Sunday's they close at 4pm and the attendant said he'd call me when my car was ready. No call received, I headed back at 4pm. When I asked why he didn't call me, he said it was because they'd just finished with my car - ok - not a big deal, but would have been nice to get an update after they had my vehicle for almost 5 hrs. Went out to my car only to find my oil change light and tire pressure check light both still on. Went back inside and was instructed to pull my car back around so a tech could refill my tires and reset both lights. They usually replace the 'due back date/mileage' sticker in the corner of the windshield, but I got no such sticker or information. Seriously unimpressed with the sloppy work and service, and I won't be back. read more

Resorted to this auto shop because my breaks were bad (like, metal on metal bad), and my dad wanted my car fixed as quickly as possible over the weekend and found that this place wasn't too packed with appointments. I'm not much of a car person, and until recently, my parents were mostly taking care of any major car issues I've had, but I'd say this place did a good job of fixing what needed to be fixed. They installed new break pads, flushed my breaks, and did some other stuff that all came out to appx. $600. Gave me a free diagnosis when I left my car with them in the morning, called me with a quote and went over each component of service included with what they would eventually charge me. My only complaint is that they took over an hour to give me a diagnosis, and I'm surprised they didn't see anything wrong with my engine, which broke down shortly thereafter - I'm not sure if they didn't detect an issue because it was too early to tell or because they're just incompetent... In any case, after getting my break issues fixed here, my car hasn't had any issues with its breaks since. Employees here are extremely friendly. Good, up-beat attitudes and willing to help. I stopped here the day after buying a car in Orange Couny because I heard a noise in front end . Car was under factory warranty and dealer wasn't able to get me in for a few days . I wanted to have someone check it for safety. I stopped at Ramona Tire and spoke with Nader and Joey and told them it was under warranty so I would have to take it to the dealer but I'd like to have it looked at . Okay so I had the worst tire experience prior to bringing my car here. Got a flat, had my spare put on, and my spare ended up being flat. I had my car towed to Ramona Tires and they were able to take care of my car immediately. Scott was SO helpful, was able to salvage my old tire AND my spare. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, knew what was best for my car, and was very straight forward with what needed to be done. Not only was he so kind, but he was able to help me out and ended up giving it to me for free. His entire team worked efficiently and SO QUICK! Great place, great prices. Been coming here since 2014 and living in hemet, Whenever I'm in temecula I always drop by. Oil changes and tire rotations for under $30. I'm in and out in time. People are friendly and remember me every time I go in. I have lifetime alignments with them for both my cars because hemet pot holes and bumps suck. Seriously stay away from Gilm springs road. The Manager funny guy, Always makes sure you're in good hands. And hell I can walk to Five Guys across the street. Autozone also close by so they can get parts fast. The shop has personality. They do not prove match, they overcharged for giving a "better version of a part with warranty" that we did not ask for, so it ended up being double what other places quoted us. Then they wouldn't price match because of the part THEY chose without asking. Then, they overcharged the man hours and took a while to send us a check with the reimbursement for the overcharge.
