This place was BOMB DONUTS. I ordered the apple fritter, apple burrito, and custard fill donut with chocolate topping. I tell you it was the bombs. The fritter was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside really good flavor and plenty of apple pieces inside. The apple burrito was ok. It's rolled in cinnamon and sugar yummy. Ronald's was a good stop for us on the morning before we caught our flight out of Vegas back home to So Cal. Their donuts were fresh and fluffy. I missed the crispy edges of the donuts that I get from back home but it was great to be able to appreciate these that also did not cost a fortune like so many others we'd seen at places on and around the strip. This store is spotless and the patrons are clearly regulars. The store worker, or owner maybe, I'm not sure. . . they were very sweet and they knew 9 or their 10 customers that came through those doors. They even knew those customers regular orders. It was pretty impressive actually. One of the things that makes this donut shop extra special is the fact that they offer very special vegan donuts. I'd never seen those types of offerings before. That was pretty awesome. There were some fire fighters who came in to buy donuts as well for their house. That's a huge statement, if you ask me. I know that the firehouse nearest my home frequents a few spots in our neighborhood. And believe me when I tell you, when the firehouse supports your business, they usually remain very loyal. It's an amazing thing. So, to see them support this donut shop, that was awesome. I really liked their donuts and so did my kiddo. The hubby was appreciative of the fact that they carried milk as well as other beverages. Even more, he was happy that they had whole milk. I'd like to visit again soon. I really enjoyed their chocolate twist and my kiddo really liked their old fashioned. There is a little parking lot just in front of the store. It is not far from the strip just down spring mountain. We heard the rave and reviews about this donut shop on youtube and on yelp. We have a favorite donut shop in our town, so we try not to compare style and taste. Getting here was not bad, there was no line from what I heard in previous reviews. It is located down Springfield road next to a lot of Asian restaurants or Chinatown. We came across this place by accident since we ate at Sushi Neko saw the donuts along the way. We decided to get 1/2 dozen just to try items out. When we got to 4 donuts the lady was suggesting that we just get a dozen since it would be cheaper. So we get our dozen. Once the total was rung up we owed $21. So I have never paid $21 for dozen donuts. Is this a typical charge for a dozen donuts in Las Vegas. I could probably see this in the heart of San Francisco. Well I guess and just ended up handing over the money. Got to the car and noticed that we had three cinnamon twist, two more than we asked for and did not get our chocolate donut for my little one. We went back in and let her know that she put more twist than expected and did not give us the chocolate donut. She threw in the chocolate donut. So after venting about spending the money on the donuts, taste test. My chocolate bar was super soft. After biting into it, it was more chewy and it tasted ok. My family and I tried several donuts and they were ok, but nothing spectacular or out of this world. We were hoping for that moment where we found something that will keep us coming back; but I'm good. In the end, we felt like we should've brought the donuts back since they were so overpriced. Things to look out for: lady in the front probably upsales her donuts and attempts to get more money out of you; she may place more donuts or the wrong donuts to increase the profit or cost; and the donuts are not like bomb.com or anything super great. At one point we had 7 donuts already when we only chose 4? We asked her several times and kept telling us about the 4 donuts that we picked; only to discover we got more than asked. After noticing some of the reviews here: I think its a common thing for this shop to push the fancy donuts and give you more than expected to get more money out of you. I'm sorry this review is heading this direction; but if you don't watch yourself out here in Las Vegas they will rip you for what money they can get. read more

We rode the bus, which you can catch beside fashion show mall if you're staying on the strip. It was about a 5-7 min ride. The top two rows in the right case are vegan. Super delicious. Super cheap. You'll want to eat one of each. Think a vegan version of a Krispy Kreme but better. Light and raised with a perfect so glaze. Make sure you bring some cash as they are cash only. We stopped here in the morning before our drive back home to California! Our friend was telling us about how amazing the donuts are and how large the vegan selection was so we had to come check it out! We were not disappointed! The vegan selection is large! Our absolute favorite was the vegan maple bacon bar! I wish we would have grabbed a few more! They were so good! All of the donuts were tasty and simple which is exactly what I love, they didn't have wacky flavors at a premium price they were very good simple vegan friendly donuts at a good price. They also have vegan breakfast bagel sandwiches so we grabbed one of those! Everything was so tasty and the lady helping us was very friendly and helpful! My only warning is you might walk out with more donuts than you intended, the lady helping was a very good sales person because we only went in for a few and came out with a dozen!! I don't need my donuts to be vegan but I have a dairy protein allergy and that's the only they come. I go to Ronald's every time I am in Vegas. I by several then I freeze them individually. The dough on the maple bars was a strange texture. 12.00 for 6 donuts. If your going to charge 3.00 for a cinnamon roll maybe you should consider actually putting cinnamon in it. My family and I love all foods and drinks here. The employees have always been friendly. For those reasons, they should get 5 stars. However, the reason for the 3 stars was because of careless actions--charging more than supposed to. When I used a debit card, the cashier accidentally pushed the tip amount and submitted. I normally tip--generously--but I don't appreciate someone else choosing for me, nor did I appreciate that she submitted the final amount. Also, I bought a lot of donuts . So, instead of charging the advertised price, she rounded everything up and charged tax when I wasn't normally charged tax before.
