Wow. Wow wow wow. I flew to Vegas to eat at the Donut Bar, because they have vegan donuts, and are great. Last night I stumbled on Ronald's on Yelp, and saw they had vegan donuts. The reviews convinced me to give it a try, and I'm so happy I did. Every single item on the top two shelves is vegan. Which means their chocolate glazed donut filled with custard is vegan, and I think glaze filled tears fell from my eyes it was so good. Their custard slays Donut Bars, and I'm already sad I only got one of them. They also had donut holes which are my husbands favorite ever. Imagine Krispy Kreme in a donut hole, but better. That is how these tasted. Their yeast donuts are so fluffy, when you bit into them they fluffed back up, and I imagine them making the perfect pillow if I piled enough of them on top of each other. My son got the cherry cake donut and deemed it better than the red velvet he had at the other place yesterday. He also got the white cake with sprinkles and loved it. My little guy said his custard donut was delish, and ate at all before I could get a photo, but it looked just like mine. If you aren't looking for vegan donuts, you wouldn't know you were eating them. Mmm mmm mmm Every donut on the top two shelves here are vegan. read more

Ronald's ALWAYS hits the spot! I'm not into the over-the-top donuts; I'm usually always down for a good glazed or maple bar. Ronald's does the classics so well. Whether you get a glazed, a maple, a chocolate, or a twisted sugar, they're all amazing! Their dough is fluffy and chewy, giving them the right bite. All of the glazes are also not too sweet, not overpowering the overall flavors of the doughnut. They also have vegan options, for those with dairy allergies! And guess what, they taste JUST like the original ones! And something they just added were croissants! They have original, cream cheese, and ham & cheese; the croissants are buttery, flakey, and soft. Each bite is like biting into a pillow of deliciousness. A perfect breakfast treat! read more

This business is so much more than donuts. I was surprised when I walked in and there was vegan ice cream and bagels you could get. There's also many drink options available to pair with your food. The top two rows have vegan donuts, which means there are a lot of donut options. For half a dozen donuts and half a dozen donut holes my total was around $11. I paid cash due to reading reviews stating that it's cash only. I did see a sign saying there's a fee for using debit/credit. Currently there are markers on the floor on where to stand due to social distancing. Overall, I had a great experience here and I'll be back if I'm ever in Vegas. read more

Best donuts ever! Seriously!!! Huge vegan options! You can't tell the difference between the vegan and non vegan ones! I'm pretty sure they are the only ones in the WORLD that can make vegan boston cream donuts! So good!!! The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. They always have a friendly smile on their faces. Great prices, lots of places to sit at, and always clean! Usually vegan food is very expensive, but not here! I always buy some for friends/family that are visiting from out of town. Their vegan ice cream is really good too! They deserve 10 stars! read more

Oh my gosh, wow, hands-down my favorite donut place ever, I have been coming here since I was a little kid, they have the best selection for vegan donuts. I'm from Southern California and the vegan donuts out there are not as good and are crazy expensive. The apple fritter here and the donut holes and the glaze donut is so yummy. Every time I visit my family in Las Vegas I have to come here multiple times. read more

First time coming but defo not the last. Navy was the sweetest helping me out picking all the sweets. It's about 75% all vegan options and even got vegan savory bagel sandwiches. Old fashion, apple fritters, bear claw, Boston cream ... mmmm lists go on and all very good! Worth it! They need to be vegan completely! Cause it's 2020 and no one need animal secretions!! The variety box 12 donuts came to $28 after tips and tax.. not sure if that's a good price?! Cause I never buy donuts haha read more

Recommend? Yes to the nth power. This is not an all vegan establishment. The items I ordered are vegan. I stopped by twice. First time during the afternoon, maybe 2PM. Second time at 6AM. The first 2 rows of donuts are vegan and I wish I had gotten a picture. I have tried 4 of the donuts, the chocolate eclair, the cinnamon roll, the hand and cheese bagel, the apple turnover, and the apple fritter. I strongly advise going as early as possible, they open at 5AM. The donuts are light. It is exactly like how I remember a donut. Where I'm from I often see vegan donuts and I get all excited, but only to be greeted with something dense and cakes. Not that that is bad, but it's not what I want in a donut. This place just completely blows my mind with these. Chocolate eclair - It's light like the donut with a nice frosting. Cinnamon roll - It's not overly cinnamon flavored and lighter than normal cinnamon rolls. Apple fritter - full of chunks of apple. Very sweet. Ham and cheese bagel - This didn't have as much "meat" as I would have liked. For the price, it's a fair sandwich. Apple turnover - The outside is flaky and full of apple. If I could rate Ronald's donuts 10 stars I would. The quick run down is: Top two rows are vegan, but you'd never know the difference by tasting them. Prices are cheap. I'm used to paying $3-5 for a vegan donut, can't recall how much the fritters are but basics are $1.50. Apple fritter is a MUST, owner (or cashier?) also suggested the cinnamon twist. The lady at the counter who helped me was SO nice. They can also do custom/specialty request with some advance notice. We're visiting from LA where vegan donut options are everywhere and I'd have to say this shop makes it in to my top 5 across the US. Saw the donut bar on YouTube and had been dying to try. They're instagram worthy and have a super cute shop but the taste/quality wasn't great. I'm really happy to have tried Ronald's before heading back home. Will make it a point to stop here every trip. read more

I've heard about these donuts for quite a while but haven't taken the time to try them. Today I was gifted a box of them and WOW!!! these are quite possibly the best donuts in town. They have great flavor and freshness. The apple fritter is mouthwatering and all the others are great too. I wanted to try a little bit but I just kept going because they're so tasty. I probably gained a couple pounds but it was worth it. It's a great way to start the weekend. read more

Yum, yum ,yum!! Sugary goodness is purchased at Ronalds. I got three top shelf donuts to share. They cost $2 each and I think they are vegan so that's nice. Raspberry turnover was bomb. So much flavor and sugar. One of the better raspberry pastries I've had. Apple turnover was my least favorite. Still really good but compared to the apple burrito the apple turnover stood no chance. The Apple burrito is like a apple filled churro. It's fried, cinnamon coated, full of apple filling and sugar. I'm experiencing a huge sugar rush as I write this and I know I ate too much but eating too much was so easy. The donuts are so good that you might make bad blood sugar decisions. Anyway, I've got to say for those rare donut cravings Ronalds hits the the spot. I couldn't see a "bad" choice in the case. read more

I went to grab some vegan donuts to take to my sister-in-law since I recall their vegan donuts being pretty close to regular donuts. Vegan donuts generally aren't my preference but these ones are great! The guy at the register was a little cold/awkward and he actually demanded a tip... I always tip so not a big deal, but never had someone demand a tip. Biggest selection of vegan donuts I have seen in a donut shop. Definitely not a sit and hang out type of place but great place to pick up donuts to go. read more

The vegan donuts taste amazing no way anyone could tell they are vegan. I'm from LA and these are better than anything vegan you can get there. Extremely impressive. 10/10 highly recommend this place for the vegan donuts. The coffee was super basic and not that impressive but go for the donuts. On my way out of town at 11am on a Tuesday I stopped to get vegan dounuts for my daughter (back home in CA). I got 5 for her and one (non vegan buttermilk bar) for me. Mine didn't make it out of Nevada! LOL It was fantastic. I got her a cinnamon twist, a bear claw, a chocolate cake with sprinkles, a lemon filled and a maple with vegan bacon. She was skpetical about that last one but said it was also great. She wouldn't even let me have a bite of the lemon or chocolate ones (it was her birthday so I let it slide!). I tried the others and they were great, too. Very happy my fellow yelp fans called this one out so I was able to surprise her on her big day. read more

O M G. When I tell you that these doughnuts are good...run, don't go slowly to to get these. I was in utero when I first was exposed to doughnuts as my mom worked at a famous (hot doughnut flashing sign) doughnut joint when she was pregnant with me. I love doughnuts and I eat them everywhere. I'm not a super fan of the fancy decorated doughnuts tho, I'm talking about the basics. The kind you get in an assorted box. That's how you can tell if a doughnut shop is good. If their basics are delish then it's a solid shop. Well, these glazed are so puffy and big I wished my jaw could unhinge like a snake to properly take a bite. They are that risen and yeasty. The glaze was perfect and sweet enough. The fritter ya'll....caramelized, crispy, apple chunks distributed evenly.....fritter heaven. Best I've ever had. The buttermilk drop...I was transported back to my youth when I was in New Orleans when my mom would buy me a buttermilk drop from Mcckenzies Bakery. Core memories of happiness. This took me back to those times. I haven't tried the rest of the box we bought but I can tell you already that this is now my favorite doughnut spot. I bought a dozen donuts on April 6, 2022. I used my credit card. They charged me $90! I see that on my credit card statement today. I tried calling them on the telephone to correct this accident that they made. They asked me if I'm ordering donuts. I asked to speak with the manager. They ask again if I'm ordering donuts. I say no but I would like to speak with a manager. They hang up on me. I called back three times. They won't answer the phone. Now I must dispute the charge with my credit card company instead of just deal amicably with Ronald's donuts whose counter help obviously made an error read more

I went to Ronald's three years ago to try their famous vegan donuts. I dream of them to this day. As a New Yorker (and former Angeleno), I'm never hurting for vegan options. Ronald's donuts is hands down my favorite donut shop in all of Las Vegas!!! They were the first to offer vegan donuts, they now have expanded their menu to include vegan ice cream, thai tea, and Vietnamese iced coffee, which is a bit stronger than your average Americano. The staff is always smiling and helpful. I have never had a bad experience there. read more

This Donut Spot has been here for us Las Vegans for over 43 years, it's ran as a husband and wife, true mom and pop operation. I love Ronald's Donuts! Today I opted for an old fashioned and a glazed donut. I believe the top two cases are vegan. My usual favorite choices to have here are apple burritos and apple fritters. I've been coming here make my sugar filled dreams come true since 2011. I have never been met with anything other than exceptional quality, service, freshness and flavors. If you're going to eat spike your blood sugar, you can do it here with less guilt, because every bite of every donut you'll have is made with pure love. read more

There were many donut shops in Vegas, but this one stood out from the reviews and the distance from where I was (Bellagio). First impressions: normal looking donuts, price: a bit high... I got a glazed donut, a cream filled Boston donut, and a black iced coffee - roughly $7. I started with the Boston - love @ first bite. My goodness, this donut was probably one of the softest, fluffiest donuts I've ever had. The cream/custard tasted fresh (even at 11am or so) and wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Surely enough, the glazed donut was just as satisfying. The iced black coffee though, was a bit too sweetened for my liking. I was expecting it to just be an unsweetened black coffee to offset the sweetness from the donuts, but this really wasn't a big deal. Another thing that would've been nice was if there were hand sanitizer. Otherwise, excellent, delicious donuts! read more

Oh my god you guys the vegan apple fritter at Ronald's Donuts is to die for! To make it even better, nuke it in the microwave for a few seconds. There's nothing like a warm, soft fritter to get me going in the morning. But wait, it gets better! The apple fritter is huge, because you know, if you're going to indulge, might as well go all out. The vegan donuts at Ronald's are on point. There's no discernible difference between the vegan donuts and just about every other regular donut out there. Ronald's specializes in the classics - fritters, glazed, and frosted. While there are some non-vegan choices here, the majority are vegan. The only drawback here is that it's cash only.
