Worst bar experience I've ever had. Drinks are really REALLY weak( basically soda with ice cubes) and the bouncers are beyond rude. I get that they have to doing their jobs but to call Asians little and "not shit" is uncalled for. They only stopped calling us names once we pulled out our phones to record them. Anyways, don't let the pictures fool you, this place is super small. I wouldn't really come here if you're trying to party. I lived in NYC for 5 years and group all the different spots you can name. But this place is my go to. Sabrina the manager is the absolute best and the whole staff are amazing. I've done my private bday party there, my going away party, have had friends that did their bday parties there per recommendation and it's always an awesome time. The whole staff is extremely accommodating to specifications for your party event. I can't wait to do another event there when I get back to NY. Great rooftop view of the city, reasonably priced drinks. Shoutout to Kenny the bartender. Music is always good, ambience is always super chill, no douchebag manhattan elitists. Wow what a find. I recently moved to the area and discovered this rooftop bar and I'm glad I did! The view of the city is amazing from both the roof and inside through the full length windows (hello selfies). But despite the fact that the rooftop is relatively small, it was never too crowded and everyone always had a place to sit! I'm not sure if it's because this place hasn't been totally discovered yet or it was an off day, but we were actually amazed how awesome the rooftop was but it wasn't crawling head to toe with people. This place was trendy and played awesome music too. We started out sitting in non-reserved seats but were moved to vip because our party was so large! We met the manager of the hotel and she gave us free shots. It was an awesome evening! This is a cute inconvenience rooftop bar in Chinatown. One of the things that makes this a nice little destination is the fact that it's not expected. When you walk in the door be ready to provide your ID immediately it's one of the bartenders, and hope that there's enough seating for you and your friends in this small location. The bar area is kind of dark, but has a nice, chill ambiance and the service was great. They have happy hour from 5-8pm even on Saturdays so we took advantage of the $8 cocktails. They were good! We were seated next to a wall of huge windows and it was a spectacular view. There was a thunderstorm while we were there and to see the lightening and the rain coming down on the city was an experience. After spending a few hours here, we paid our bill and asked if we could take a peak at the top floor. They told us how there was no awning or bar up there, but we are welcome to take a look. I love that the decor in the inside! They had cheap drinks (happy hr) for 7 bucks or 2 for 12. I ordered fries for 5$ the order was HUGE me and my friend left some.
