We have had issues with this location in the past, but had gone almost a year without any incident. As of late we have had no issue with delivery from here. Last night we were quoted 40-60mins for a delivery. After the driver had not shown up at 1hr 15mins we called back for an update and were told the driver was a couple of mins away. 15mins later no driver so we called back and were told oh sorry they are about 10mins away. Another 15mins goes by and we once again called only to be told the driver was a mile away. It took 2 hours to get our pizza and the boxes were warmer than the pizza itself. I called today to speak with the manager/supervisor as we were frustrated that we paid for a service and goods that were not satisfactory. The manager Shelby answered and had zero interest in talking to me -very terse and short with no regard for my frustration. I was told that i should have called the night before, when i informed them that we called multiple times for updates we were told that it was our error for not asking for a manager as they had not been told about any issue. I was given excuses about being short staffed. So i asked why it wasnt communicated that they were behind. Shelby made an excuse that she was busy and offered a $20 credit. Blonde woman who I was informed was the owner of this establishment was very pushy, and adamant on getting me and my spouse out of the restaurant. All me and my spouse wanted was to have a nice little evening, as she Already was trying to hand off the bill when we weren't done with our food still obviously eating and proceeding to huff and roll her eyes when my spouse wanted to order another drink trying to cover her attitude visible attitude with high pitch voice and smile. Could hear her speaking about my spouse with other employees in the back. This behavior was not done to any other patrons in the establishment. Very unprofessional, and rude and not needed. We ordered the Pan pepperoni pizza. It was perfect!! The sweet chili bones in wings had great flavor. They also have delicious ranch. And their chicken fettuccine is super creamy and they use real chicken. All in all it was a great experience. Service was great. Ask for Capryce. She was super helpful and attentive. We just had a family of 3 order spaghetti dinners at a cost of $20.99 each - when I questioned the cost, the employee told me there is a four dollar up charge to have meat sauce rather than marinara. This was never told to us when ordering and when I pointed it out and questioned it later I was told well it's on the menu in small print. The spaghetti dinner came with spaghetti and garlic bread no salad .. Meat sauce was extremely bland and certainly not worth a $4.00 up charge that as I mentioned we were not aware of until the large bill came. Our waitress or server was friendly . when I pointed out my disappointment, no effort was made to accommodate us at all. Food in my opinion was waayyy overpriced and I won't return there based on that fact as well as it wasn't that good for the price and no effort was made to make sure customer was happy. I could go to Olive Garden and get better spaghetti and garlic bread and it does comes with salad and the price is much better. Sadly, extremely disappointed in this place. read more

Disappointing. It was delivered room temperature and the thin crust had gone soft and already began to stick to the box. Ate the damn thing anyway because after waiting 80 minutes for it to arrive, I'd eat carpeting. Informed rosatis that they dropped the ball here. They offered a whopping $15 off my next pizza. FYI this one cost me $34 with tip. Nothing like taking care of the customer. I'm better off with a doctored frozen pizza from Safeway. I have yet to have any delivered pizza that comes delicious. Pizza is best tasting at the restaurant. Pizza restaurants must come up with a better way to deliver pizza. The cheese has no pull or stretch! It's basically rubbery. Ordering pizza in the winter is even worse. Pizza comes tepid just not worth it. We had ordered $55 worth of pizza. The "large" 16inch pan which was $30 came with only cheese. I nicely call and talked to the manager on duty who was nice and let me know he'd put a free pizza under my next order. I worked in a pizza restaurant and that didn't seem far fetched so I believed him. Tonight I when to order and remembered I had a free pizza so I called. They lady manager was such a nasty person. I was super nice explained what had happened and you told me none of that is true. And that that isn't how they deal with complains. She would not honor it and was extremly rude. Does anyone know who the owner of this Rosati's is? I sure hope they read this review and I sure wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. This was my first time ordering and it was for a birthday meal. I was Mortified. After putting the order in I called and said please make sure you send napkins we are at a vacation place with no napkins. The deep dish pizza was not a true deep dish and the roast beef sandwich was supposed to be on garlic bread, it was supposed to be cut in half (it wasn't) and I ordered aju sauce so I could dip the sandwich in it. The sandwich came half covered in sauce, the bread was complete mush, unable to pick up and no plastic wear provided, so I just had to eat the roast beef with my fingers. The menu had an option of dipped or dry and I made the mistake of thinking they would dip the roast beef in sauce not set my entire sandwich in a bowl of sauce. I have eaten Italian in Chicago and New York City and if the original owners saw my sandwich they would roll over in their grave. I paid a lot of money to have my stomach turned. This is just not right. The owner should give me a full refund. read more

When a pizza costs almost $48.00 delivered and you request specifics and are reassured you are getting what you order that is what is expected. Cheesy garlic bread had barely any cheese and was solid as a rock. Not edible. The pizza crust was more like dough- didn't taste like it was even cooked through all the way, yet was dry... Their "Stuffed" crust pizza is a joke, they have the base crust, then cheese and toppings, another crust and then sauce. What kind of pizza is this?! Attaching photos and calling to complain. Walked in a worker was shirtless. Ordered my food at 6:00, stated it would be done at 7:45. At 7:45 I went in and my food was done for over an hour. Cold pizza went straight in the trash, along with the cold bread sticks. Workers lied to my face very unprofessional across the board. I have had pizza from rosati's before but today was a large disappointment. I specifically gave cooking directions and delivery instructions. My friends will not eat the pizza without the ranch dressing I guess it might disguise the taste. Tonight the pizza showed up cold no ranch dressing no Parmesan cheese no red peppers no napkins. Always a believer in calling the restaurant and allowing them to make it right I called and immediately they started yelling at me. I know that there are many other pizza places that have much better pizza for a much better price I'm deleting rosati's from my contacts and I will be ordering elsewhere going forward. After 14 years of being a loyal customer you would think they would want to resolve one bad order but unfortunately 14 years doesn't mean anything to a lot of businesses or loyalty. I lived in Chicagoland 64 years. This Rosati's pizzeria restaurant is terrible. Twice I ordered take out. One pan pizza, YIKES. TERRIBLE! It was like soup on top and the cheese was terrible gooey. Second time I ordered a Italian beef. I asked if they knew what wet was and the girl said she knew how to make and very snotty like. I got the beef home it was in a Hugh pool of au jus. Wrong, I should be dunked in the juice and you can eat it with all the Italian bread somewhat firm. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. It's not in my opinion Chicago style at all. read more

While the self proclaimed "GM" yelled in the dining area how horrible and stupid her restaurant customers where and how stressed she was being the "GM". Our family chose to try out Rosati's last night for the first time. Walked into a very busy night. As soon as we sat down our drink order was taken. Not to far after (considering how busy they were) our entire order was taken. We ordered mozzarella sticks and hot wings to start. The two dishes came out pretty fast and were both very good. Next we ordered the pan pizza and stuffed pizza. Took a little while to come to the table but we could see why. These are some major pizzas. Not some quick made slapped together chain pizzas. Pizzas were good quality hot pies. Rosati's is def worth the wait and price. Good spot, we will return. read more

One of our favorite to order pasta from. They have amazing selections for Italian pizza and pastas. They also serve family / catering size servings so you can order for a bigger family.
