This restaurant is located off the freeway and to the left of Target in Grass Valley. Visited with a friend for lunch today..Feb. 3rd. See receipt. I haven't been here in quite awhile and forgot how wallet friendly the all you can eat buffet is! My favs were the shrimp and pepper chicken..also liked the suishi. The wonton soup was a bit bland but still tasty. Its great to be able to sample alittle of all the dishes they have to offer. They kept refreshing the food and kept it clean. They also have ice cream and fruits and veggies. They have a regular menu if you don't want to try the buffet. They also offer takeout. Plenty of seating and parking available. Phillip was friendly and accommodating. Next time, i am going to bring my appetite to try more options. The attached pics show the current menu and prices. Senior discounts on the buffet. Pot of hot tea only a buck! Overall we both enjoyed the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant!

I was pleasantly surprised by Royal Dragon! The first time we ordered carry out however they are most well known for their all you can eat buffet. They have a wide range of food options on their menu. We love their general chicken, it's packed full of garlicky flavor, their sesame chicken has the perfect amount of sweet & savory, their chow mien was delicious along with their crab Rangoon's. Both times we have went once for carry out & then for the in restaurant buffet the staff were super friendly & the service was great! I love the decor in the restaurant & the overall relaxed ambiance. The buffet has SO many options, salad, seafood, sushi, dessert, Chinese food & much more. You get a lot of bang for buck & you'll always leave with a full and happy stomach!

We have eaten here a few times and always enjoy the food! We have only had takeout. They are fast and very friendly.

Just your mediocre Chinese á la carte restaurant. I have mixed reviews about this place unfortunately. The first time, the food was pretty decent, all of the dishes were fully stocked over at the buffet section, and staff were friendly to check on us. It's about $20.00/person which isn't bad at all, plus they tack on a .$50 "mask fee", if you're not wearing one. Second time we stopped in however, brought us a different experience. As mentioned in other reviews, if you come during the first hour of opening, most of it is reheated food. I don't have respect for companies that try to cut corners and put their profits first so this became the second and last time I visit. Would've recommended, but not anymore.

BBQ pork, hot mustard, and white rice.

Beware prices are different than what's posted by someone on Yelp. Adults dinner $16.50 for seniors.

The service is good and the staff is friendly. Their prices are very reasonable for how much food you get. The food is always fresh and prepared consistently. Ambience is casual family dining. Came here on a Saturday night for a birthday dinner and it was packed! Glad we made a reservation…read moreeven though we still had a wait after we arrived. Once we sat down at our table they came and took our drink and dinner orders. There are tons of options for hibachi with lots of proteins. I went with shrimp and filet mignon. Filet was 6 bucks more than steak and I think it was worth it, tender and delicious. I thought the prices were reasonable for what you get. The show was fun, typical hibachi fare, volcano, fire, flying broccoli. I skipped the sake/water fountain. I really enjoyed the food- the fried rice, soup, steak and shrimp were all great. The shrimp was the best I've ever had at this type of place. The veggies were the only disappointment, definitely undercooked. But I had plenty of food and we took home leftovers. The birthday song with the gong was hysterical and our waiter came out and sang an extra song too. The place is obviously aging and could use a refresh as well as some better ventilation. I left with a headache from the smoke. But the food was delicious and we would come back.

This one will be quick --…read more The food was good, but the service was non existent. My server tried blaming her colleague at the start for being busy, and then completely ghosted me until i was ready for the bill. i was expecting lean chicken for the teriyaki, but instead i got something on par with panda express. It was fine, but they could make the menu more descriptive.

Before offering a review, I wanted to do at least a little research on shrimp preparation. I…read moregenerally enjoy the food here, but I came in two nights ago and used my comp points to order the Lightly Crispy Walnut Shrimp. What I got were six shrimp for $24 that were not de-veined. Keep in mind that these aren't actually veins, but two inch long, thick and, tough digestive tracts that don't break without a noticeable effort. I expect shrimp to be relatively easy to eat, but in this case, I found the "veins" either wrapped around my tongue or firmly stuck between my teeth. These ongoing battles thoroughly ruined my meal. Having to fight them on one front, while wondering what the shrimp's last meal might've been on another front is more than I should have to contemplate while eating. The "research" I did before posting was simply to find out if it's generally good practice to "de-vein" shrimp before cooking them, and the overwhelming consensus is that, yes, de-vein them so as not to disgust your diners. Order at your own risk - there's almost nothing worse than a disappointing meal.

Ambience is nice and good for groups as everything is family style. Expect avg $25 per entree that will feed 3-4 depending how many you get. We ordered 4: salt and pepper chicken wings which I recommend, pork fried rice, half a duck, and beef with green beans for 2 people. There was leftovers. One less entree we probably could have finished it all. My total came to 72 no drinks and a $17 credit for being a rewards member. The rest i paid using my comps. Food was generally good but I have had better for less. Service was actually better this time and came by enough where I wasn't looking around for help. I say it's worth a try! Even with my comps, I probably only come twice a year? Highly recommend getting reservations especially on weekend nights because they are fully booked and will not take walk-ins or to go orders.
