Okay, so maybe I'm a little biased on my review, but here goes nothing. Came in yesterday got my oil changed and Tammy was friendly and informative. Got in, got out. 3 hours later my check engine light came on and I got concerned. Took my car back to Royalty and Tammy go my car in, recommend a good restaurant for lunch next door and didn't ask any crazy questions. She explained what the light was, checked the manuals and said if the light came back om, bring it in and they will see if I am covered by warranty! If I could leave zero stars believe me I would. Run run run! I've encountered the worst service on top of the worst customer service by tammi. I originally took my car in because my check engine light was on and she tell me I needed to replace my Cadillac converter which I was charge $1000 for. Five days later my car would not start so I took it back. Tammi advised that I needed a new starter which I thought was a simple enough job so I went ahead and told her to also replace my rotors and she told me I had an electrical issue that needs to be fixed that total $660. when they were done with my car it literally broke down the next day I called tammi to let her know and she blamed any previous mechanics but told me to bring it back. After I brought the car back she said that she needed to fix the wiring so she did but when I left opened the hood all I could see was my wires duck taped together!!! she said it was like that before, as if I don't know my own car. Since the car started I decided to drive away because I feel like I wasn't getting any luck all for it to break down by the same night! I called her back again and she told me that I would have to wait because she is Busy with other cars ahead of me, which let's not forget this is my third time in a row bringing it back in the same week all less than 24 hours from each other . she ended up telling me she will see what she can do but it doesn't sound like Anything they are responsible for , so she would have to charge me again. I called on Saturday to get an appt and the guy who answered the phone said sorry they are booked but I could bring my vehicle in Tuesday. I told him I work until 5 and he said what kind of car do you drive? I have him the info and he said just get here by 530 and he would do it for me. Well now here comes Tuesday and the guy who is working right now said nope no cars after 5pm! Poor customer service! Terrible people here. Gentlemen men quoted me and my husband $625 instructed us NOT to buy our owns parts. Stated that they make money off of parts. We proceed to buy our parts anyway!! Once we called to verify the cost of labor and told them we bought our own parts. They then decided not to work on his car!! Called Midas too see how much to put the parts in they quoted $130 huge difference compared to them!! These people will try to get over on you thinking don't know what your talking about. read more

Currently have a lawsuit & complaint pending with consumer affairs. We needed some work done thru warranty & Tammy saw dollars signs as soon as she heard that term. Tore my whole truck apart, every piece of the engine. Told my warranty the truck misfires, told me internal engine failure, the list goes on & on.. Then, she demanded I pay $2800 to release my truck for just taking it apart & not even fixing it cuz warranty refused to pay her for all that & called her a "scammer". Somehow it took 19hrs to take my engine apart, but everyone else says average is 7hrs. End result was I ended up paying $1119 to tow my car out with its entire engine in the back seat in a box after it was there for 2wks.. Only thing wrong with it was a oil pump... and that's because I took my car for oil changes there & per my mechanic, she used bad oil. She's very fake.. I have print outs of her conversations with my warranty where she told them all sorts of stuff including that I threatened her, but when I called her on speaker with everyone there & she was unaware of everyone listening, I was "baby" & "hunny". Please beware & please shut her down!!! Nobody deserves to go thru this.. oh & she said it's ok because I can afford it cuz I'm gonna get tax money for my 2 kids.. what?!?! This place is a complete rip off. I went to have my oil changed and they so called did that and of course when they were done they did a diagnostic of everything and there was soooooo much wrong with my truck let them tell it but low and behold the only thing that was wrong was I took my truck to them. The person who did the oil change clearly can not do math they put the wrong amount of miles on there issue one the second thing is they NEVER CHANGED THE FILTER. I mean where do they do that at? Had my car serviced here for a damaged front axle. I had gotten an oil change previously at a large chain company and they were the first to notify me of the damage. They quoted me $565 for the repair. I called here because it was close to my house and seemed to have mostly positive reviews and wasn't one of the big chain places. They quoted me $300 less and got it fixed in a few hours the very next day for exactly what I was quoted. The lady who I assume is the owner is super friendly and seemed genuinely thankful for the business and the opportunity to work on my car. I'll most likely return here for any future issues and just the routine maintenance. read more

I paid $69.99 for a diagnostic, because there is a gas smell coming from the car, and they called to tell me that they could not do it unless I paid them another $140. I told them to not do the diagnostic and to just do the oil change which I had asked for as well. They told me that was fine. When I got there, they charged me for diagnostic anyways and all they gave me was a list of suggested work. I have been going there for two years. It is the same list they provide with a basic oil change. They charged me for work they did not complete. So unhappy with this place and they have lost my loyalty. read more

I got this reply from royalty auto on the 25th of Oct. (Hello Julius Nathan, I'm sorry you feel that way we fix electrical stuff on your car, in order to do the alignment 100% right. We needed to reinstall your front struts and the stuff we recommend on your front suspension, who ever installed your struts they used a different side of bolds on the struts, so now they are not straight, we told you we are going to order the right bolds for your front struts, and you stop by the shop, screaming about your bolds we told you the bolds are not in yet and you say that's not a good excuse, unfortunately we don't have control over delivering parts, you are more then welcome to bring you car back to reinstall your front struts.) I took it back on the 29th of Oct and Tammy says the parts have not arrived yet. Its been over 2 weeks now that she told me they ordered for the bolts at first tammy said they have been picked up by UPS from the dealer and are on the way,the next day she says they were delivered to the wrong address and now after 2 weeks its still not arrived. The first time when I went to them they fixed what they wanted to and charged me so much but DID NOT FIX THE ACTUAL PROBLEM that I went there with. My car is completely messed after they repaired and they wanted me to pay again for diagnostic when I went back yesterday. A bunch of crooks and liars. This place is quite good in my opinion. My mom and her roommate both referred me to Tammy because of how honest she is and how she is willing to work with you. I recently purchased an Audi and I took it in for service because the check engine light came on after driving a few miles. She did a diagnostic test and found a few problems and had me leave it over nite. She made sure to keep me in the loop of everything that was going on provided me with the process of how to go after the dealer that sold me the car knowing that the car needed more work and had an illegal smog done. I will definitely give them more service and use them more often. I think above all the customer service is what has won me over. Can't expect a mechanic to be perfect every time they touch a car but being able to have peace of mind that they are going to do their best is a major plus for me. read more

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would! Tammy and Mark were so amazing and did so much for me when I brought my truck to them that words really can't explain. After our move my truck had rear differential problems going on that I didn't realize were so sever. My truck was in the shop for over a week but Tammy worked so hard to help with my insurance that most of the cost minus copay and minor parts were covered saving me a $1400 charge. They took a really bad situation and treated it as if I were family and I can't thank them enough, they will be my go to place because I know they are there to help and not rip people off. Don't go here! I was going to write what happened to me, but it's a lot! So, I'm going to try and keep it short. I should of known when I walked in and the 15 minutes of me being there two people came in complaining about the work that was done to their vehicle. I was lied to by the lady up front and I feel like I paid over $500.00 for something that was not done. I bought this Jeep two weeks ago from a private owner. I took it to Royalty Auto to see what was making this thumping sound at the passenger feet when we hit a bump. I was told by the female at the counter three times I would get my jeep back that day with the work completed. (this was important to me since I have to drive it to work the next morning) This did not happen. The Female at the counter said she never told me I would get it back that day. I was stunned! I couldn't believe that a person in that position would flat out and lie, but she did. They wanted me to sign something saying I'm responsible for the vehicle tire ware because The work wasn't finish. I refused to sign this and said it's you fault the jeep is not finished, not mines. I can wait now in order for you guys to finish it. I told the manager again that I was told the jeep would be finished today? I also said I needed the jeep to get to work the next morning, this was the reason it was so important for me to get it back today. I ended up leaving with out the work being finished. I have to go back in couple of days. the sound that brought me to their shop originally is still happening and now my Check engine light is on! I bought this jeep two weeks ago and the only problem I had was that thump. I know your taking a chance when buying from a private owner, but because of my experience with this company makes it hard for me to think the check engine light timing was just a coincidence! I give royalty auto a 0 they robbed me of almost $500.00, and not only that has the worst customer service I've ever came across! I have an older honda accord one day it just wouldn't start I took it to royalty they told me it was my fuel pump along with adding some additional things the very next day not even 24 hr later my car shut off in the middle of traffic with my child in the car! I called them complaining at first they refused to help me then once I made a bigger deal they came and towed my vehicle. I was out of a car another day they then called and told me it was electrical when they had already ran a diagnostic saying it was the fuel pump nothing else! They suposivley fixed I left there business once again thinking they did there job for the very next day my car wouldn't start! All this is within 5 days of me paying them I called again complaining they refused a refund of any sort and refused to towe my vehicle to them now I'm out if a car and 500.00. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE THEY ARE LYING TO PEOPLE AND TAKING THERE MONEY, perfect auto had the same issues and the employees from perfect auto are now at royalty auto. read more

Absolutely do not bring your car here to be serviced, where do I start? First off, I came to this place for a slight coolant leak to be inspected and fixed. I had a 4 month old coolant reservoir that had absolutely no leaks, my leak is coming from a hose below the radiator. After my diagnostic she tells me my coolant tank has a hairline crack in it and that's where my leak is... suspicious. Then the owner Tammy charges me $230 for a new tank and installation. Then I ask for an oil change. One of the mechanics was driving the car on the lift and ripped my bumper down off my car!!!!. The owners remedy? Drills screws in my frame to hold up my bumper. After finally getting my car back 2 days later, the slight coolant leak is back, and she promised there isn't a leak coming from anywhere else then that "old" coolant tank. She argues with me for 15 minutes, and threatened to call the cops because I wouldn't leave without my car getting properly fixed. She refuses to show me her insurance policy, so here I am waiting over 3 hours for a police officer to come do a report..... NIGHTMARE!!!!!! read more

After 10 years of living in Vegas I have found a reliable and HONEST shop. Since a bad experience last year with Pepboys, i've been coming here for anything and everything. They don't care how tedious the job is or how big. They take care of it. Great prices on oil changes and alignments. They charged me not even half the price that pepboys quoted me to put on lift supports. I've recommended friends here and they always taken care of them. Their prices are fair and cheaper than other shops, esp since they don't try to add on all these other BS problems. If youre looking for an honest shop that isnt out to take all your money, go here. I've had my car in several times for repairs and maintenance and I don't have anything but respect for these folks. I went to Royalty yesterday due to my starter going completely out I was in there parking lot so I went in ask for help the managers and the auto repair men treated me so bad and didn't want to help me. The manager stayed on personal phone call not to mention she went to talk to her employees and totally just ignored me as a customer!! I took my Mercedes ml320 to get my crank positioning sensor replaced $90 not bad the. He says its fuel pump soo $980 I get there the car doesn't start and the valve cover isn't even put on soo then he works on it for another day tells me the key doesn't work so I told him it was working when I brought the car in they fried the electronic key and said he won't replace it he recommended me to a towing company which cost $50 for a half a mile tow the Mercedes dealer charged me $50 to tow it ten miles I recommend no one go to royalty for anything they are a rip off shit you in every way possible read more
