Haven't been to Ruby Tuesday for years. To be honest, I thought Ruby Tuesday was out of business, just like any other businesses in the 90's. I recently dined at Ruby Tuesday, and had the pleasure of being served by McKenzie, from the moment we were seated, She provided exceptional service and made us felt welcome. As we sat down, she demonstrated great knowledge of the menu, offering recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes. Our orders were taken promptly, and the food arrived in a timely manner. While waiting on our food, She made sure our drinks were always full and checking in from time to time. Her friendly demeanor and smile is a perfect customer service most people looked for when dining in. Came back with my husband for the nostalgia been years since we've been wanted the salad bar. Turns out they took out more than half of the original salad stations / toppings and what was left was underwhelming and looked like it'd been sitting out for days. The burger tasted comparable to Burger King in quality which may be an insult to the whopper bc at least theirs is cheap. Fries soggy. Philly cheesesteak was petrified and looked like elephant meat tasted really off and was super pale. Ended up sending it back and getting charged for a soup and salad. Soup was somewhat edible complements to chef Mike (and a nice frozen bag from the walk in). I tried to phone in an order because the item I wanted to order wasn't allowing me to substitute the side online. When I called the associate who answered, asked me to hold to get someone. I waited one and a half hour with no answer (I know it's overkill, but this has happened in past), then I got hung up on. screenshot of the call/time/number attached. I called back and asked for the manager; who I found answered the phone, Amanda. After explaining the situation. Her response, in a condescending tone, "I don't know why that happened, I'm sorry that happened to you, if you want to order I can take it, the corporate number is public information you can look online. I have been to this location a few times before. I decided to go here for dinner yesterday. The food here is really good. But, the service was slightly slow because it was during the week as well. The parking here is slightly difficult to find, being that it's a shared parking lot. The restrooms are always clean and presentable as well. The ambiance of this restaurant is nothing fancy and just regular. I decided to order the smokehouse cheeseburger and it was very good. It's topped with cheddar cheese, bbq sauce, and onion rings. Though I didn't like the bbq sauce that they use, the rest is very good. The fries were hot and crispy as well. I will return here again soon. read more

This used to be a family favorite when our kids were growing up. Everyone loved adding the garden bar and we could each find something on the menu to enjoy. Tonight's visit to this location was strange. My daughter and I had been to this location together years ago when she was in college, so we thought it would be great to return after an event in the area. We were greeted immediately and asked if we preferred a table or booth. We opted for a booth and the hostess also took our drink order. Great start for sure. Have to say, I am not a fan of the menu layout. It seems to be overly busy and not well organized, at least for me! Our waiter was nice but oddly asked for each of our first names and wrote them down. He never used our names after that, so it just felt uncomfortable. Since it was later in the evening, we both decided to just have the garden bar as our meals. My mistake was not looking at the garden bar first. The one bowl of spring mix looked fresh, but the other three bowls of lettuce had browned pieces of lettuce throughout the full bowls. A few of the dressings had mixed ladles so some of the dressings were 2 different dressings mixed in bowls together. Most of the other items looked okay, but draining some of the veggies would be great so they weren't sitting in a deep puddle of their own liquid (black olives were drowning in liquid). I also think it would be great if they would offer a full sized plate for garden bar entrees instead of the awkward oval dishes that don't hold a salad well. The restaurant was not too crowded but unfortunately we could hear the booth behind us discussing the late and then undercooked food after it finally arrived. Refills on our drinks had to be requested and since it was right before we left, I was offered a refill of my soda water in a to-go cup. Overall, an okay experience, but probably a few fixable items could help gain another star. read more

I came with a group of people from Mayo originally we were suppose to have more people but 4 people dropped out last minute. There ended up being 6 of us. I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday since before 2020 (covid). First off service was 5++ stars the manager really took good care of us. I've never had a more friendly and attentive service. You might not think Ruby Tuesday has healthy options but I got the Salmon and it was cooked perfectly and you get two choices of sides I got broccoli and zucchini and both were great. I didn't do the salad bar this time but it looked super fresh with a lot of options. One of the people in my party ordered the cheesecake and couldn't stop raving about it. We were there 3 hours and never felt pressured to leave either. I'm going to take my boyfriend back soon, because he can get steak and I can get salmon and we can both be happy. We found the best burger deals in Jacksonville on Tuesdays and Thursday 8.99 burgers with a salad bar. Burgers came out fast, very hot and most important with CRISPY French fries. First of all, I love Ruby Tuesdays. 3:30pm on a Friday, only 2 couples in there when I walked in. 1 girl was the hostess, the waitress and the bartender. They don't have frozen drinks because they don't have a blender, is what they tell me. I had the salad bar and ordered scallops, the salad bar was good as usual. The scallops were cold, I could pick them up with my hands, I sent them back, they were still cold, I told the waitress and picked them up again and told her I shouldn't be able to pick them up like this. She again took them back, then the manager brought them out to me and apologized and said they don't serve them very often and they are frozen, so it takes a bit to get them right. They did not charge me for the salad bar. It was a disappointing meal. read more

We love this Ruby Tuesday's! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is great! The restaurant is clean. We were so sad when they closed the one in our town. Then we found this location and it's awesome. We had the spinach dip, the Ruby relaxers, a cheeseburger and the bourbon chicken with mashed and broccoli and a fudge brownie with ice-cream for dessert. So yummy! read more

I know it's a chain but it was so good it deserves a 5 star rating. We went for lunch and it was pretty sparse as far as customers (which is sad) but the food & service was fantastic. The salad bar was fresh with a dedicated employee maintaining it. The waiter (Herbie) was very good & attentive. The manager stopped in to ask if all was well & invited us back. It's sad to see restaurants that are great in the customer service department and serves really good food suffering with very few guests. I was tired of getting the same ol' salad from the same ol' place so I decided to switch it up for lunch. A coworker who used to work for Ruby Tuesday kept talking about how good it was and that I should definitely get the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Pimento Cheese because it's soooo much better than Popeye's, but I quickly shut him down when I said I'd get a salad because I'm trying to be healthy. He gave me a long "maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnn" but I wasn't deterred. The BBQ Chicken Cobb salad sounded good enough: cheddar cheese, corn, crispy bacon, tomatoes, bbq ranch dressing, and grilled chicken with a drizzle of barbecue. I ordered thru UberEats and it got delivered early. The salad was really good but what I got was not quite the way it was described. The ranch dressing did not taste like anything near bbq-like, but that was ok because I didn't get a "drizzle of barbeque". I got a small container of barbeque sauce, more than enough for my grilled chicken. I didn't see any mention of croutons being in the salad, but I got a nice hand-size full that I didn't eat for no other reason than I dislike how they shred my pallet. Would I order from them again? I don't think you read the whole first review. The one waitress was absolutely the worst I've ever had. Our drinks were empty and by the time we finally got her attention and she took our order and finally got to us we were done eating. You could tell my beer had been sitting awhile. I asked for ketchup twice...never got any. I'm sure the Mgr knew something was going on. He and another waitress kept making excuses for the other waitress. Spare yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Incredibly slow service, our food was rung up on a broken machine so we waited an hour for the food. The waitress said she would discount our bill and then when we paid she said the manager said she would only discount $10, which didn't even cover our fountain drinks. The least they could have done was free drinks for the table, which would have been around $12. The waitress was verbally frustrated and the whole situation was disheartening. My wife children and I had an awesome lunch sunday. Michelle was our server and she's the best! Only problem was your electrical. We'd been in there for quite some time feeding our babies ages 10 months and one and a half years and they were getting extremely cranky and we needed to get them home. She was nice enough to get out the calculator and figure out how much our lunch cost and offered to buy the dessert that we had added because we didn't have cash to cover both lunch and dessert with our cash on hand. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Mac n Cheese and was so disappointed! The piece of chicken was unrecognizable, overcooked and discolored. I sent it back, and 25 minutes later received a replacement. Such a disappointment. We went here for the salad bar, and ended up getting appetizers as well. The loaded potato skins were excellent but the spinach artichoke dip and wings were awful. I arrived here for a late lunch with my cousin. The place was suuuper empty around 2 which worked out great for us. Our server Stephanie took great care of us and checked in on us constantly. The salad bar was clean and the items there were fresh. From a service standpoint this franchise has made some real improvements. The company went through a rebranding a couple years ago and the difference shows. Now, about the food. I had a steak which was cooked perfectly but my cuz had the sliders which were overdone. Neither one of us is the type to send food back but damn, those were two tiny charcoal brochettes inside of two pieces of bread. In all fairness the burgers are tiny and I can see how they could easily be overdone which is why I am still giving this place 4 stars. If I could give a negative rating I would. Our server, when I politely and quietly tried to let them know that their sour cream (or something that was in their loaded potato) tasted expired. I did not ask for it to be taken off I did not tell him with a attitude. He left for the check and came back and told us "I ate a big spoon full of the sour cream it's not expired. I'm the one that made your food it's good." At this point my fiancé stepped in and the server got a bit out of line so we talked to the manager who thankfully understood the situation and listened when told about the expired taste and realized the gravity of the situation. Unfortunately after leaving the establishment and getting onto the highway we had to pull over because I ended up sick. First time I have ever had exceptional service from beginning to end! (And I've been on a 5 Star cruise, so that says something) My girlfriend and I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in 5+ years. We were a lil skeptical going in but we were wanting that salad bar. Which was delicious by the way. (I believe it was 50 different toppings) Upon walking in we see how dead it is, which almost pushed us away, but the steak smell and friendly service kept us. Our server was also the bartender, (but that didn't stop her from providing us great service) I believe her name is Jennifer.. she's awesome, hands down!!! Our food was delicious too! Came in for dinner last night, staying at the hotel right behind it for work. All I can say is I was treated like family from the warm welcoming of the lady at the front holding the door for me to the friendliest server I think her name was Kim sorry if that's wrong. The drinks were fast and ice cold, the food was hot and fresh, the guy manager brought the food to the table and asked us if there was anything else we needed, and to enjoy and don't forget to get a cookie skillet after dinner which was delicious.
