The stand out was the lamb shank. It was perfectly and I mean perfectly cooked. Tender is underselling it. Just a touch of gaminess on the finish which I absolutely love. She was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was still buzzing well until the evening; it's a great mixture of upscale and trendy, but not overly stuffy. Food was delicious. I had the barbecue pork ribs with the coleslaw which I've had in the past. The ribs just fall off the bone. The cheese biscuit skillet is also delicious. I couldn't imagine better brussels sprouts it was crispy but also soft in the center so you didn't have to fight your way through eating them even good restaurants. I have good flavor and good sauce for brussels sprouts aren't as soft as these ones. This was great. Lamb chops: 6.5/10 - very sweet small lamb chops! Cooked well and had good flavor I just wasn't personally blown away. The Clover Club: 9/10 - knew exactly what I wanted. Had Monkey 47 which is the BEST gin for this drink. Wasn't the best one I've had but pretty close for it not being on the menu. Filet: 7/10 - a little Gamey but it was cooked well as it should be. Didnt have anything unique about it just was don't like a filet should be done. The carrot was cooked to perfection which brought her review up. Got tired of the disappointing service at Brew Dog, so went in search of something new. Daughter had an espresso martini which must have taken the bartender a solid 5 minutes to make, not because she was slow, but that's the effort she put into it. I had Black Sheep IPA which was very good. We had already had dinner, so no food for us, but I did see some coming out of the kitchen and definitely want to give it a try before the next show.
