Beautiful location for lunch right by the Bellagio Conservatory / flower gardens. I don't know why it took me so long to try this place, probably because it always had a long line! Though we did have to wait in line, it moved reasonably fast and we got seated within 30 minutes. The restaurant is way bigger inside than it appears outside and has plenty of seating. I really enjoyed my order, which was the Leo. It's basically smoked salmon on top of eggs and it was unique and different than your typical brunch items. The smoked salmon was so fresh and delicious. The coffee here was great too, and service was excellent. This is a great place to grab a bite while in Bellagio!
I had a reservation on a Monday and was excited to try this place. One thing that felt odd was that there was a single line for both reservations and walk-ins. I expected reservations to receive a bit more priority. I also noticed several tables were available, but the seating process seemed unusually slow. The ambiance was beautiful, but I was disappointed to learn that the conservatory garden was no longer available. I wish the restaurant had informed us beforehand so we could have adjusted our reservation and chosen seating with a better view for the experience we were expecting. On a positive note, our server was very polite, attentive, and provided excellent service. The drinks were fantastic, and I highly recommend trying them. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, but unfortunately, everything arrived lukewarm rather than hot. Even the French fries were barely warm. It gave me the impression that the dishes had been prepared in advance and sat for a while before being served. For a restaurant at this price point, I expected the food to be served fresh and hot. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere, drinks, and service, but I am deducting two stars due to the lack of communication regarding the conservatory garden and the food temperature issues.
Such a cute restaurant! It's very themed like a pastry shop and I love the color scheme. The food was extremely delicious, they have a good range of items if you're coming during brunch so it isn't solely breakfast foods. I felt like a lot of the drink options were more on the sweet side, but I didn't mind at all. All of the staff were so attentive and so sweet. They checked up on us frequently which I always appreciate.
Stayed at the Bellagio so of course had to try Sadelle's by the garden. It was a decent experience! To be fair, we did eat here on the weekend with a prime brunch time reservation. We had to wait close to 20 minutes after our reservation time and the service was not very attentive. The food was alright. I was probably expecting more, based on the reviews and what I had seen online. The omelette was tasty, but the eggs Benedict were not good, as the ham pieces were very tough and the sauce was cold. It is a very beautiful restaurant and definitely worth visiting. I'm sure the service is a lot better not on the weekend, and maybe I just got a bad plate of the popular eggs Benedict.
A gorgeous brunch spot located right beside the Bellagio conservatory. There was a line up on a Monday morning at 8:30am but we were seated in 10 minutes. Our server was very friendly and gave us time to decide on our items. We had our coffee ordered by another server right when we were seated which was delivered very promptly. It's a nice touch as we all need the morning caffeine. We ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Leo with sour dough toast and the avocado toast. All the brunch items were delicious and hashbrown was crispy and done right with ketchup in a cup on the plate. I would skip the sourdough bread next time as it was thinly sliced and didn't seem all that fresh. All in all, a great experience for brunch to start the day right.
One of Vegas' most iconic brunch spots. We come here about once a year to splurge on brunch. The space is beautiful, with one dining area overlooking the botanical gardens and another facing the pool. Due to popularity, make sure to book a reservation in advance as wait times can reach an hour, even on weekdays. The dramatic multi-tiered smoked salmon tower has become a tradition for us. Breakfast plates are consistently solid, especially the hash browns, which always arrive perfectly crisp and thick. If you feel like splurging, the soft-scrambled eggs with caviar are always a hit. Open daily for breakfast and lunch. There's also a garden table experience, which seats your party inside the conservatory itself. It's memorable, but be prepared for plenty of curious onlookers, and a higher per person spend. Prices are very high, as is everything on the Strip, so expect to overpay across the board. Even so, it's still lovely to enjoy once in a while. A few things could be improved. The reservation system can be unreliable, even after booking, you may wait far longer than expected. And cocktails sometimes reach our table until after the food arrives.
The food was ok, the dressing on the sandwich was too sweet. Waffle fries ok, onion right ok, waffle ok. Service was below basic it's very sad we as customers get treated in accordance to our language or nationality this is very sad and discriminatory. I request the blinds down as soon as we walked in, someone took care of it almost by the last minute of our meal. The ambiance was very good.
Beautiful setting, disappointing food. Came here for brunch mainly because of the location right next to the Bellagio Conservatory--honestly, the ambiance is stunning and probably the best part of the whole experience. But everything went downhill once the food arrived. I ordered the signature egg Benedict with the sticky bun. The sticky bun was "sticky" in the worst way--more like it just clung to your teeth instead of being soft, gooey, or enjoyable. The rest of the meal felt like basic diner food, nothing memorable, nothing elevated... definitely not what you expect at this price point. What really shocked me: * Almost $200 for what tasted like average diner-level dishes * A wait even at 7:30am on a Sunday (and not worth it) * Presentation of the restaurant looked nice, but flavor just didn't deliver Honestly, I'd rather have had fast food for a fraction of the price--and I don't even eat fast food more than once a year. Such a shame because the setting is gorgeous, but the food just doesn't measure up at all.
We came to Sadelle's for lunch with a group of 9 and had a delicious and very filling lunch. I was warned that the full Triple decker sandwich was a lot but proceeded anyway with a turkey and roast beef sandwich and had so much leftover despite having a big appetite and sharing a few pieces/servings with others in our group. We also ordered the cheeseburger, shrimp quesadilla, bagel with lox, and waffle with strawberries. Everything tasted great and the staff accommodated our kids' dairy allergies by removing cheese and other dairy products per our request. Our table was right next to the Bellagio conservatory so we had an excellent view and despite half of our group sitting in the sun, it wasn't that hot or uncomfortable.
First time here. Made a reservation a few weeks in advance. You have to go through the Bellagio conservatory & garden to get to the restaurant. There is usually a long line and the restaurant is busy and full most of the time. There are 2 lines: walk ins and reservations (signage present). The hostess seemed a bit stressed, likely from what she was hearing through her in ear... She made a few faces and rolled her eyes intermittently. We were seated pretty quickly and at a good table (by the edge where you can see the conservatory/garden). However, the scent was SO strong. It was quite overwhelming. It is pretty loud in the restaurant too. Everyone seemed so busy, because the demand was high for sure. Seemed like too many tables for the number of employees. Our server came by to introduce herself, and she seemed like she was in a hurry. Somewhat flustered. She wasn't mean, but I just felt very rushed even when she was taking our orders. My husband asked a question, and she had a condescending tone too. Not sure if she meant to speak in that tone, but that wasn't the best experience. She rushed off to another table, and we waited quite a long time for our food thereafter (over an hour). The food wasn't even that great. The fried chicken was burnt. The side of cole slaw was a lot but just drenched and soggy. The omelet was mediocre. Smoked salmon was average. Food was quite pricey, but it's Vegas and inside a hotel/casino, so it's common. Overall, I think this place is a good first try, but I likely won't be returning. Also, the interior was nice.
I loved my birthday breakfast at Sadelle's. Fun fact: the restaurant is named after the grandmother of one of the Bellagio resort owners. To celebrate, my wife and I splurged and got the garden table. This allows you to eat in the gazebo just outside the restaurant and right in the midst of all the wonderful conservatory flowers! Fair, warning: if you get this table you'll be in hundreds of photo backgrounds because people are constantly taking pictures of the picturesque surroundings. Manuel was our server and he was exceptional. We started with mimosas and cappuccino and they brought out plates of avocado toast, salmon slices, cheese danishes and cinnamon rolls, bagels and caviar. This was enough of a meal right there, but these delicious treats were just the beginning. Next, we got a choice of a meal and selected steak and eggs. While this plate wasn't nearly as delicious as the opening treats, it was pretty good as well (except for the breakfast potatoes which weren't very good). Lastly, we got a huge slice of cheesecake to share. It was delicious but we barely ate it we were so full. I'm glad for the experience, but I certainly wouldn't splurge like this often. But hey, if any of you readers have a reason to celebrate, give the beautiful garden gazebo table a try (the round table can seat up to 6)!
Aside from the very good seating in front of Bellagio flower area, I felt the food wasn't really anything special. I came with a party of 8 and had made an advanced reservation. We were able to get seated right away. The food options seemed like your typical brunch menu and felt like everything was way overpriced. But then again, you are in Vegas. Personally, I ordered the steak and eggs. I asked for medium rare and my steak came out well done. I don't usually complain unless it was a big mess up and this definitely warranted a complaint. They were understanding and came back with a new plate. With that said, service was great and I was happy they fixed my meal. All in all, I'm not sure I would come back just for brunch as the food was just mediocre.

I only have good things to say about this place. I decided to try it since I was visiting Las Vegas. Although there was a waitlist, it was worth it. The atmosphere was awesome, the service was great. Everyone was very welcoming, professional and nice. Express the food goes my boyfriend loved the huevos rancheros and these were the highlight for him as he didn't expect them to be so yummy. I got the breakfast special with the omelette and that didn't disappoint either. Next time Im in Las Vegas I will definitely stop by. read more

Omg this place is so cute, beautiful and has such good vibes and ambience! I loved it! Great for any occasion! I was here on 4-4-25. I ordered the everything bagel with cream cheese since I wasn't too hungry at the moment, but we had reservations for this place, and then had plans for a big lunch too. So I was given two top halves of the bagel (not sure if that's their regular thing or not) and the cream cheese was whipped and really good! It made all the difference for me compared to regular cream cheese, which I wasn't expecting. Place was busy but service was decent. Did have to wait a bit on occasion for certain things, but again, place was pretty packed. I would definitely come back with friends or for a special occasion! read more

TIP: Every time I pass by at around 10am or later, there is a long walk in queue (probably 1hr+) Make a reservation online. I've made one as late as 1am the day of to dine at 8am. However, if you wait too long, time slots will get filled up. I believe that 8:30 - 11 were fully booked when I checked. TIP 2: I'm not a morning person, but the surprise benefit I got from dining early morning was the view of the garden with no people in it and also no diners occupying the large tables that are closest to the garden side. I would request a table with a view of the garden if they don't already give it to you. Sadelle's has this charm and ambiance that I love. While the food is certainly over priced, I've been happy each time. Menu prices have increased recently... within the last few days I believe. Everything seems to have been arbitrarily increased by $2. FOOD Salmon Tower - I love the tower presentation. It's beautiful and good for sharing. The ingredients were good. I'd order this again. They recently increased the price from $29 to $31. Steak and eggs - Steak quality is decent and they cooked it a perfect medium rare, as requested. The eggs were cooked properly as well. This also includes hash browns and toast/bagel. They recently increased the price from $44 to $46 SERVICE Good/standard. read more

Dining at Sadelle's was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like elite guests, with warm hospitality and impeccable attention to detail. The food was absolutely outstanding, every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really tell they prioritize quality and consistency in every bite. What made the experience even more special was the excellent service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect without ever feeling intrusive.Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Maybe because its my first time at a fancy brunch spot, but the service here was impeccable! Our server was very knowledgable and took the time to get to know us. Never had to ask for any refills - very attentive despite being busy! I got the steak and eggs & french toast while my hubby got the lox bagel. French toast had a good crisp and tasted almost like a pound cake. My steak and lox bagel were nothing extraordinary. Both tasted pretty standard. I personally wouldn't come back, but I did enjoy my experience here. I feel that I could definitely get more bang for my buck elsewhere with more flavor and portion. But ofcourse it is located inside the Bellagio so what could I expect! read more

Had reserved for 2 at 1pm. Got seated in a tiny middle seat and then as soon as we sat a lady server asked for our drink order. We had not even opened our menus yet. And then, we ordered a coffee and when the mug arrived, it was dirty so when we asked her for a new one, she snatched the mug away, literally from our hands, and slammed down the new one on our table, without even a word. She then rolled her eyes as she walked away. She was very very rude, I was shocked. Luckily, we did not see her for the rest of the meal. The actual person who took our order was polite and nice - we got the eggs any style and the triple decker half order of the roast beef and bacon. The food was alright. Nothing too amazing but decent. But it was so hard to get the server's attention. He doesn't look around the floor, he just focused on one spot , where he was headed , nowhere else. The people sitting next to us also had a hard time catching him and we all laughed at each other's feeble attempts to catch his eye. The whole awkward 'Excuse me-" slowly lowering our hand bit. Which... i failed to do so before my food got cold so after a few tries, we just gave up asking for hot sauce or jam and quickly finished our food and left. Not gonna lie, I was very disappointed since this place is so beautiful next to the Bellagio gardens and the steep price point. read more
We had reservations but still had to wait in line to get in, then waited to give our orders and get our food, more than an hour and a half. We were exhausted from waiting. And the food was ok, my eggs were dry and on the cold side. The only positive is that it's beautiful and we were right next to the gardens. I would not recommend going unless you're not hungry and have all day to chill. read more

I love the ambiance and architecture of this restaurant. Inside the Bellagio hotel and right by the well-known botanical gardens. We came for brunch and actually started off with wine. I understand they are busy which I imagine is normal. But I believe we waited 20-30mins for our food. A bit of a long wait. There was nothing complicated about what we ordered. I had the ham benedict and belgian waffle. The toast of the benedict was way too toasted, aka very hard, that I couldn't finish it. And the ham slices were very thick. I love Benedicts and its my go-to order for breakfast but this was very underwhelming. I enjoyed my waffle however, was so soggy in the middle. My husband had Vegas omelette with side of bacon and toast. He said he enjoyed his omelette. The upside was the ambiance/decor and our wait staff, Carol was awesome. Not sure I'd come back again. Went to Sadelle's a few months back after seeing that iconic lox bagel tower all over Instagram. It definitely lived up to the hype, the presentation is beautiful but it's not just for show, the bagels were actually incredible. The tower could feed two people, but if you're really hungry, you'll want to add a little more to the order. We also tried a sandwich with fries which was just okay, but the espresso martini was spot on. Service wise, the place is huge, so it took a few tries to flag our server down. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. Overall great experience though, highly recommend making a reservation though as the line could take an hour or more. Would I go again? Yes! read more

The restaurant was clean and had a very beautiful design. After being seated, the menus arrived and our server was attentive. We ordered a bunch of items and shared them all. Always love coming to this spot. Sadelle's has great service. Everyone was always welcoming. We've been coming for years and have always enjoyed simple breakfast here amongst the Bellagio's seasonal and themed floral display. Some may say this place is overpriced and you could get the same dishes elsewhere but we've enjoyed the ambiance here of dining alongside the gardens and conservatory and enjoying the service and the space is a nice experience. They're known for the eggs Benedict , smoked salmon tower, their pastries and French toast. I truly always enjoy their coffee. Their menu has ala carte and set options that come with a bellini or a mimosa, an option for entree and a danish pastry. You can't go wrong with either options. read more

You might think how good can breakfast be especially when you order the simple EGGS ANY STYLE (extra crispy hash and bacon) .... well well well. Let's talk about the perfectly crispy large portion of bacon that came out. It was perfection! But the FRENCH TOAST was the real show stopper. It was very decedent but wow one of the best I have ever had. It was buttery and crispy on the outside with a soft doughy interior with the perfect amount of sweetness. The type of French toast where I would consider it a sin to add maple syrup. The cinnamon roll and cheese blintzes were good but not great in my opinion. Service was a bit slow but good and felt intimate even though the restaurant was huge. I was craving a big delicious breakfast and that is what I got! read more
By far one of the worst brunch experiences I've had. The extremely poor service definitely left a lasting impact and impression and trumps any bit of the good experience we had with our food (aka none). We had a reservation made for me and my group of friends and we still had to wait in line for a good while before getting seated. The hostess up front was extremely rude, rolling her eyes openly to customers. When we finally got seated, I asked for a coffee or drink menu, the waiter rudely then stated that "we don't have that here". No drink menu at a brunch spot in Vegas? Ok. Cool. They obviously served coffees. Our waitress who was taking our order was very short and rude with us as well even making snarky comments like "it's all on the menu". Food took an eternity to come out and they only started treating us a bit nicer after we started to openly talk about the poor service we've been receiving and considering not tipping (we still tipped lmao). We were not even being rude whatsoever as well and felt that the service we've were receiving was uncalled for. Food came out mildly lukewarm. Considering the fact that we waited so long for our food, we felt as if we'd wait for an eternity again if we sent the food back. Go elsewhere for brunch. Sadelle's is highly overrated for what it is-a picturesque brunch spot with simple, basic, and overpriced brunch food and extremely rude and snarky workers. read more

This gourmet brunch was def 4 stars for the location.. next to the bellagio garden.. the service .. they were friendly and busy. The ambiance was def busy.. beautiful with neutral colors.. sgae as background.. the food.. was better than normal . I.e. blueberry pancakes were fresh and airy. The triple decker.. turkey and roast beef.. the full portion was huge. I could only eat 2 pieces from the 8 portions they gave you. I asked for extra pickles and didn't know they were going to charge me an extra 11 dollars. But , i have had better turkey ,roastbeef sandwiches. They can do away with the coleslaw and the dressing they add.. it makes it soggy and really didnt taste great. But we enjoyed the ambiance ,the food and location. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star was that I reserved months ago specifically to sit in the garden.. the hostess told me they don't sit people there . And if they did . It would have to be more than 4 people. So. Why do I see Instagram pictures and a menu for eat8ng there. ( was I lied to?). But we got a nice booth. So 3 1/2 to 4 stars. read more

a great brunch spot with amazing decor and view of the bellagio conservatory. also, if you get a window seat, a nice view of the pools outside! service was minimal and the waiter came by every so often to ask if we needed anything. we ordered the sadelle's vegas breakfast which consisted of ham benedict, a sticky bun, and a mimosa. also ordered the smoked salmon with tomato, cucumber, capers, and a plain bagel (the highlight item), french toast, and the sweater weather crush cocktail. we used our mgm dining credit on this breakfast so that made it an even better deal. overall had a nice time and enjoyed the food and views! read more
Sadelle's is a very pretty restaurant. It has a bit of a European flair. The decor is really nice, it can accommodate big crowds but it does not feel crowded. We had to wait about 30 minutes in line , but it was worth the wait. The food was absolutely delicious and my cousins who were visiting from London were very impressed with all the food they ordered. For a very busy day, the service was great, very pleasant and friendly staff. Our experience here was fantastic. We had been to this restaurant a few years ago but I could not leave a review I am glad we went back. read more

This is a lively light and bright spot adjacent to the Bellagio conservatory for breakfast, lunch or dinner (not sure about dinner). Service is quick and the food quality is decent. If they are not busy you can walk in and get a table easily. If there is a line all bets are off. We had a friend chicken sandwich and some French onion soup and the sandwich came with their fabulous fries. Plenty of food to split if you're not starving. The brioche bread was nice and we enjoyed. read more

Conveniently located by the gardens if you're staying at Bellagio. So beautifully decorated for the holidays. Pleasantly surprised to see everything decorated for the holidays during F1 weekend. Highly recommend reservations because even with reservations, there was a line/wait around 9am- about twenty minutes? Without reservations, the line was almost to the entrance of the gardens. There are two separate lines beginning at the opening of the restaurant, one with and one without reservations. First breakfast we were seated towards the back left with a Korean lady, and she is absolutely amazing! Kind, quick, professional- everything you want when dining. She's been there for quite some time. We had the ham eggs Benedict (highly recommend as their sauce is divine) and eggs your way. With coffee and tea, that will be $100 with tip. Second day breakfast was also good but service was better the day before. However, it was a busier time. Note, boiled eggs are $8 per egg. Similar breakfast with one ordering al a carte, with tip $85. Breakfast isn't cheap but the ambiance is very nice and super convenient for us. There are other options at the hotel, but we didn't want muffins or breakfast sandwiches. read more

I was in the mood for blueberry pancakes when we had brunch here, and for $24 I was skeptical it would be worth it, but they were HUGE. They come in a stack of three and are the size of the plate. These are absolutely big enough to share! read more
We had a nice experience at Sadelle's. The food was delicious with nice presentation. It's a bit pricy but what isn't nowadays especially in Vegas, but worth it. You get 10% off with MGM reward card. We'll be back again! read more

It's a "not bad" experience for brunch but certainly is nothing special like the magical botanical garden they are next to that's for sure. You may think that it would be great to look at the garden while enjoying your meal. Well, most likely you are not going to get that because it depends on your party size, the table availability that day and the time of the day you visit the restaurant. The brunch on weekend is packed so it's not relaxing. The restaurant is huge so you may seat at an area that's far away from the side open to the garden. Unfortunately that's where we sat, far from the side open to the botanical garden. So a lot less magical. The last spark really went out of the window after we tasted the food. My Cobb salad was just boring. Luckily, the enchanted garden outside make up for it. Coming back? Nah, I have better things to do and there are a lot more in Vegas I can choose from. read more

Lovely brunch spot!! Tucked inside Bellagio's themed garden, Sadelle's has a whimsical and elegant feel. Make sure to check for reservations beforehand as the lines tend to get long. My family of 5 visited for Sunday brunch over Labor Day and had to wait around 40 mins. Service was prompt and friendly!! We ordered the veggie omelette, blueberry pancakes, salmon benedict, steak and eggs, and one of the sandwiches. Albeit a bit on the pricey side, I think the food and portions were justified. The blueberry pancakes were one of the freshest and fluffiest I have ever tasted. I ordered the Salmon Bene and it was amazing!! The Hollandise sauce was perfect! I didn't expect too much from the omelette but even that was delicious! read more

No. This is just a breakfast/brunch/lunch cafe. They close at 3pm.
Is there a special menu for Easter brunch?
Wish I knew, you could call Bellagio concierge and ask. I can see Lago and Spago maybe having a brunch menu as they do a Sunday brunch and maybe the buffet.

Yes, but when we went in December, the line was out to almost the entrance of the Bellagio Conservatory.

Yes, there is no dress code for this place as far as I know.
Do you need a reservation?
No reservation needed. But you will have a longer wait if you don't make one
Do you have seating outside?
Sadly, there is no outdoor seating, but don't let that stop you!!! If you are concerned about 'social distancing' let the staff know and they will likely try to accommodate you somehow.
Can the salmon tower serve two people? Or does it only come with one bagel?
I say it can serve 2...I never finish all the salmon. Just order an additional bagel!
What time is brunch and do you offer unlimited mimosas and how much?
Brunch/Breakfast items are offered all day long on the menu. Mimosas are available to order from our bar, but currently there is no "bottomless" option, sorry!
