"Fresh-squeezed" OJ was nicely chilled, but the taste (or quality of the oranges) was less than impressive. Same goes for the eggs and salmon in the Benedict's -- for $32, I would think that they could have used tastier farm eggs and higher-quality smoked salmon. Hollandaise sauce was also too sour. The star dish of the day was the tuna melt -- crispy toast with generous amount of tuna mayonnaise, fresh fries -- but the dish was no better than a regular diner's. I highly recommend making a reservation because the wait without one can easily be over an hour, especially for groups of 5 or more. The restaurant itself was clean and very pretty. I internally screamed in joy as I tasted Sadelle's delicious, exquisite French Toast ($26). It's one of the best French Toasts that I'd ever eaten. Its outer layer contains a wafer thin crisp while this toast's middle is so fluffy like a yawning, airy marshmallow. I had the honor and fortune to be served by the charismatic, knowledgable Bill. Bill is personable, exceedingly kind, and very charming. Bill charmed the table, and his service only enhanced the dining experience. My companion and I arrived on a Friday (around 11:50AM). The location had a long line and was very busy for good reason. I ordered the French Toast ($26) with berries (additional $5). It arrived in 14 minutes and 22 seconds. Quick time for such a busy establishment. As mentioned prior, the French Toast is divine. The French Toast is very large and filling while also being prepared perfectly. The added berries were very fresh and juicy. And I adored the accompanying syrup. The syrup does not overpower the French Toast; rather, this decadent syrup gently lifts its sweetness. And I burst into bright joy as I recollect how incredibly delicious it all was. Extremely worth it!!! Sadelle's ambiance is also very comforting. The pristine wall's colors, smartly dressed staff, and gorgeous view of Bellagio's garden are lovely. The location is busy, yet I never felt cramped. And it operated very smoothly! The location is very clean and well-ventilated. And its faint music was never overpowering. Sadelle's is absolutely gorgeous. It successfully captures that upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my companion and I left extremely happy and impressed with Sadelle's. Bacon was crisp, as I'd asked for it that way, and delicious. But $66 for bacon & a drink is a bit much. My friend ordered the avocado toast and found it too hard to easily eat.
