Popular NY brunch spot Sadelle's has made itself at home overlooking Bellagio's conservatory. The garden theme is gorgeous, as is the tall, blue coffered ceiling. There are two lines, one for those with a reservation & a longer one for those without. Friendly, accommodating staff from the ladies who checked us in to our waiter who chatted with us about SF. We ordered: -- huevos rancheros ($22): spicier than I was expecting. Liked the two crispy tortillas. Would choose something else next time, but a fine choice if you can't pass up a Mexican-inspired dish. -- House Salmon ($27): my dining companion chose an Everything bagel which she says over powered the taste of the smoked salmon & veggies. Side note: I had gotten an Everything bagel with plain cream cheese ($5) & thought it was amazing as a side. -- Waldorf Salad ($22): the person who ordered this was completely dissatisfied. She thought the entire dish, from the plain chicken to the dressing, lacked flavor. -- Grapefruit Cocktail ($14): sugary brûléed top turns a perfectly healthy citrus into a dessert! -- Strawberry "tall" Cake ($18): took me a second to realize this was a play on strawberry shortcake. Best food we've had in Vegas. Came for breakfast. There was a line. 30-45 minutes. But soooooo worth it!! Every dish we got was the best. Waste of time and an empty stomach. During our Saturday morning brunch visit, the significant length of the line outside Sadelles suggested something amazing inside. I never found it. This was the worse experience I've had dining in Las Vegas. My husband and I had reservations and was seated in the corner by the Bellagio flower display. The construction of the display was so loud, they should have seated us further away. Our server took our order and never checked in after. Every server/ staff ignored us and it took at least 15 mins before we could flagged down someone for the check. The English muffin in my eggs Benedict was so hard that I could barely break it. This is my absolute favorite breakfast spot in Las Vegas. I always order the same items which is the Garden Omelette that comes with hash browns and a bagel and the grapefruit cocktail, which is to die for. This is a must and I highly recommend. I also recommend making reservations because the line can be insanely long. The hostesses are always pleasant and work the lines very well. Kevin A. also stands out as being friendly and personable. He really should be a waiter. He delivered my food and seems to enjoy his job and people and it showed. Others I had, literally fly things on the table and utter not one word. Food was so good! Found this place on Yelp and was pleasantly surprised, it exceeded my expectations! I ordered the eggs Benedict without any meat and I absolutely loved the hollandaise sauce. I think I can say this is my favorite hollandaise. When my eggs Benedict came, I noticed the biscuit that the eggs lay atop was very interesting looking...it wasn't until I was cutting into it and tasted it that I realised it was a hashbrown! So fun! Great service here overall, we used the reservation system before we came and we came earlier than our said time and they sat us right down. Pretty restaurant inside the Bellagio Hotel. Went for brunch, and we knew what we were having before we got there. Bagels and lox. Or, if you're not riff-raff like me, the salmon breakfast. They have 2 types of salmon, house and smoked Scottish. We got 1of each. There was maybe a very slight difference in taste, honestly barely discernible. But ooohhh they were sooooo good!!! And trust me, I grew up with this stuff. My dad used to sell it. We are old school New Yorkers. I know good lox. It's hard to come by and these 2 were really good. They were served with tomatoes (also good ones), thinly sliced cucumbers, and capers. It's was all delicious with the salmon. Also came with 1 bagel per order. We all ordered everything bagels and these were also really good bagels. Again, New Yorker writing this. I know bagels. Good, REAL chewy bagels with the everything stuff everywhere, heavy on both sides. A good bagel. And finally, real cream cheese. Like actual, real, home-made cream cheese. Not some crappy Philadelphia Cream Cheese. If you eat good bagels and lox, good cream cheese makes a HUGE difference. We also got an order of Whitefish Salad, similar to common fish dip but again, just really elevated in taste. Also couldn't resist getting a plate of cheese blintzes. These were perfect; light and airy with the wrap made of a super thin crepe and the inside some really super creamy and sweet cheese. Another winner. The only thing we didn't absolutely love was the hash brows..they were fine, just nothing special. So, if you know anything about lox you will know that this was not a cheap lunch. And they actually charge $5 per extra bagel if you want more ( which we did). But worth it! read more

Always wanted it eat here because it's right next the the beautiful conservatory of flowers. We really enjoyed the colors, the windows and the views of the flower displays. They did a great job of seating everyone six feet apart. The food was just ok to be honest. We had the triple decker and the tall strawberry cake and the only thing that tripped it up was the turkey. I thought it should have been carved. But that's our opinion. Someone else may love that! My other complaint is that at 1 pm they were all out of their sticky buns! Shame!! Besides that, it was great! The service was top notch! The ambiance was fantastic! And the cleanliness was unparalleled! Best brunch ever! We came for my birthday and we were blown away. The space is GORGEOUS and very comfortable. My fiancé uses a wheelchair, and the staff were all extremely accommodating. (prettiest ramp I've ever seen). Our server Mike was absolutely wonderful and sent out treats that made my birthday so special. the interior of this restaurant as adorable. we were seated and ordered quickly. however, all of our food came out cold. the waffle, hash browns, bagels, eggs... the eggs were also not fully cooked? like actually liquid wet for an omelette. when we asked to send it back we got sort of a rude "ugh" from our waiter because he was annoyed. i saw reviews saying the oatmeal was some of the best people have ever had - and it was fine don't get me wrong but nothing special. just a bowl of slow cooked oats. the omelette was fine the second time after it came out cooked. they offered gluten free bread so I was able to eat some of that which was great. they told me the hash browns were gluten free but did lack quite a bit of seasoning. heard the lox were good. waffle was good. everything was just mediocre and all of the food being cold was a blow. glad they were able to make a quick turn around but then again, the food was nothing i'd go back for. read more

Our favorite spot for breakfast in Vegas. Beautiful restaurant with some unique breakfast foods such as their grapefruit brulee which is delicious. Maybe the best part of this restaurant is the service, especially if your server is Mike. Super friendly and efficient and so fun to talk to.
