Orders are right, attitude is good with them. I won't be back to this particular Culver's.

At this point, I genuinely don't understand it. Does Chick-fil-A not have a standard recipe, portion guide, or quality standard employees are supposed to follow when preparing these orders? When you're paying full price, you should receive a reasonable portion of chicken, the proper amount of ingredients, and hash browns that are actually fresh. Customers shouldn't have to inspect their food every single time just to make sure they received what they paid for. The inconsistency at this location really needs to be addressed.

Always check your order before leaving. I love this place--the food and prices are great--but I've noticed more mistakes at the Cave Creek location. This last time, I received the wrong salad and had to drive back to get it fixed. I was tired but remained polite, and the staff was friendly. However, since I ordered through the app, my receipt didn't clearly show the order details, and the staff didn't seem willing to go over it carefully. We are removing salad n go from our favorites. The salads used to be of the highest quality and full of flavor but not anymore. The greens are now full of the white thick romaine lettuce ribs which have no flavor and shouldn't be served. The rest of the ingredients are of lesser quality as well.
