DO NOT COME HERE !!! I hate having to leave even ONE star... we went through the drive through and our order was completely wrong. So I drove back to get new wraps made... I parked and went to the window, only to find out that 6 other people were there for the same reason I was !!! I waited for 45+ mins for 2 wraps. I went to salad and go to pick up my free salad for health care workers on Sunday that was advertised online and when I got to the window she told me that I had to pay. I don't mind that I had to pay for the salad which I like but I do feel like the advertising was misleading. I would never have went out of my way to stop prior to work to pick up a salad if I knew that I had to pay for it. How dare I place an online order instead of using the drive thru to pick it up and went to the walk up window, which I have done before. The chick apparently didn't like that and was sooo rude. We LOVE Salad and Go, but we boycott locations that don't serve wraps. It's pretty much rabbit food without the wrap and well, we need some more substance. 5 stars to all their locations that serve wraps. This location is ideal for my Monday errand runs, but we detour elsewhere since they don't do wraps here. Shockingly this branch does not have wraps and another newer location follows suit !! Let's hope it is not a trend. My fav salad wrap is way better than Costco's ready-made Asian wrap. I would not give it such a low rating if it wasn't for the fact that you also can not speak to a live person from any of the locations, so you wouldn't know until you got here that they don't have what all other locations have. Does a fresh, delicious and inexpensive salad with organic ingredients appeal to you? I mean less than $7 for a huge, shareable salad full of fresh ingredients with added chicken. What if it was available in a drive-thru, and you could also get breakfast burritos, homemade soup (seasonally) and organic juices and coffee? Yep, that the deal, and it's amazing! My husband and I get food from here 2-3 times per week and it's always on point. Today we got the Cobb salad with chicken and the Caprese salad to have for dinner, and a couple of frozen strawberry lemonades to enjoy in the meantime. (I "may" have added a little vodka to mine when I got home). I get the complaints about the availability of the salad wraps at this location. That would be nice. The plastic containers are a little bit big, but they recycle. My only itty bitty complaint (still 5 stars) is that the employees are so super efficient it's "almost" borderline rude how they rush you through the drive thru. This is no Dutch Bros! I really like Salad and Go. I eat here 2x a week. The bruschetta caprese salad is the 1 I like best. I also sometimes do the bbq ranch one. I've had a few others, but I don't like the commercial bacon bits that come on several of their salads, so I stick with my 2 faves. The best thing for me is that the greens they use are so fresh, not just iceberg and some rusting romaine. They have a truly awesome lemonade made with cucumber and mint and lightly sweetened. So refreshing! Did I say how fast and inexpensive it is? The salads are ready almost immediately, handed through a drive thru window and I can feed myself and a companion (without drinks) for $15. Hi. This is fast and cheap. I was really excited when they opened up one by my work, however! After a week of eating the salads for lunch , I finally figured they are making me super bloated. So something is wrong, either they use really cheap products or there is preservatives, I am never eating lunch there again. It's low quality food. Great food, except for the cheese. My daughter and I stopped by after a long hike at North Mountain. We ordered from kiosk and I had to come back from home after we realized that there was cheese in her salad. She is lactose intolerant and can't have this now. She ate some of her father's salad and had to go in to work to Whole Foods. I had to come back to get it replaced, since cheese is all mixed up with the rest of the ingredients. To my dismay I was only met with lack luster Customer service. The young lady's attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I have to tell you she could care less and I did advise her I was a little upset since I had to come back. The young black lady that helped us was so non-chalance and put the salad out by the windowand said "it doesn't have cheese! There was No sorry, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing (didn't see any cars like usual) You know the usual I would do when I worked in the service industry (if there were errors). I let her know I had to make sure of the ingredients. She seemed impatient with me. I did leave out that she asked that I called my daughter to get the salad name because I said Southwest salad in error instead of Jalapeño Ranch. I was impressed with their knowledge of the vegan options and that by the time you drove from the "ordering speaker" to the pickup window, they had your order ready.
