Salmon Wrap, Broccoli Soup & Croissant

Salata is exactly what it should be. ..fresh salads and friendly service with an efficient ordering/check out process. You're familiar with the setup. Create your own salad by walking the line or choose one of their suggested combinations. Most importantly, the salad dressings are great. One of the reasons (or excuses) for not eating more salad is my difficulty in finding good dressing. I can be fairly picky. That's never a problem at Salata. You can even combine if you'd like. Wraps are available too. The bread and soups are equally as good. I particularly like the broccoli and cheese soup. I'll take Salata over Sweetgreen any day. Give them a try if you're in the area and looking for a healthy option.

I was stuck in the office and ordered delivery through Foodsby. Easy to order and was able to get on with my day and my order arrived early! I ordered a salad with Acadia mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, and kidney beans and Krabmeat (imitation crab). Ranch dressing (c'mon, I'm from Texas, what would you expect?) and pita chips. The Ranch dressing was quite good! It is vegetarian (Not sure if it is Lacto-vegetarian, Ovo-vegetarian, Lacto-ovo vegetarian, Pescatarian, Vegan or Flexitarian.) but with me being an omnivore, no problem! The pita chips are whole wheat and quite tasty as well as softer crunchy. A very satisfying snap when bitten. The salad was really good. The Krabmeat was spiced and very flavorful. The Acadia mix was good, but the cut ends were well oxidized. Otherwise, tasty and a lot of the salad's volume. The carrots were cut thin roundelle style which is hard to eat with a thick plastic tine fork. I think thin julienne style would have been better. The carrots were very delicious and crunchy! Unfortunately, I never found any of the ordered bell pepper in the salad. The price, packaging and quality was reasonable for a delivery salad and I look forward to finding one of these near the house!

Very yummy place! I love that you can customize your salad. The ingredients were super fresh. The people working were very nice. They offered free fountain drinks since it was our first time. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars was due to their prices. It was $40 for two regular salads(shrimp and steak/avocado) and two bottled drinks.

I ordered my lunch through Foodsby and am delighted! My food looks and tastes so fresh and was prepared carefully and thoughtfully. The roll was very fresh and they included the two dressings I was looking for. I will continue to order from Salata. Thank you!

Several salad focused restaurants have expanded in the last few years, and Salata is one of the highest quality options of the lot. I appreciate that many basic toppings are unlimited. The basic toppings and premium toppings are top tier. If you take it to go, I recommend you get 2 packs of dressing - they tend to skimp on the dressing to go and you'll need it for this salad. Their small is the size of a large at any other establishment .

I ordered my lunch through Foodsby as I normally do. My favorite protein to add is the seafood mix. The GM at Salata called to let me know they could not fulfill my order as expected and asked if I wanted an alternative protein. I chose shrimp as a replacement. My salad was well made and I was very pleased with the alternative. Thank you Salata for the excellent customer service. Many places would've just cancelled my oversee and given me a refund. You took the time to reach out to me to ask what I wanted and for that I am grateful. Salata will always be my go to place for a good salad and good customer service.

When you walk in to pick up your online order and they have it ready to hand to you without asking for your name, you know you've become a regular! This is the best salad option in Las Colinas by FAR. Everything is so fresh, the portions are great, and they're not stingy if you ask for a second scoop. I love the roasted Turkey as my protein but I think it was seasonal for the spring/summer because they don't have it anymore. The grilled chicken is my 2nd go-to. I basically order the same salad every time and cycle through 3 of the dressings. They have a descriptive allergen menu which is great for me because I have a dairy allergy. The staff is friendly and the rewards work in your favor so don't forget to sign up! Make this your next salad lunch spot and you won't be disappointed.

I finally made it to Salata. And I was not disappointed. It lived up to all of the reviews I read. I really like the concept; it's sort like Chipotle meets a Salad Bar. By that I mean one literally walks along choosing the contents of their salad or wrap. And from what I could determine they have more than enough items to satisfy the pickiest eater. And more importantly, everything was fresh. Very fresh!!! I decided to go with a wrap and I was not disappointed. It started with a mixed greens base. On top of that I added tons of other veggies and some spicy shrimp for protein. This was topped with a ginger-lime dressing and placed onto Thai-Ginger tortilla wrap. Delicious!!!! The server was very pleasant. As it was my first visit she was very patient with me giving me time to make my choices. She also allowed me to sample several dressings before making my choice (this appears to be a standard practice and not special treatment for me...Lol). If you're looking for healthy and enjoyable; look no further!! Salata is the place!

GREAT customer service!! Always a great choice when I want a good old salad. Thank you for always delivering. I even tried a new dressing today. Lemon and fresh herb.

Fresh greens for you to build your own salad bowl. Ingredients from kale, spinach, spring mix, to regular lettuce. Toppings varies from sprouts, beets, olives, jalapenos, carrots, cilantro with a few seeds options. I got a to go box with kale, spinach, and spring mix with toppings of grapes, pumpkin seeds, mandarin oranges, and olive. I wasn't limited in my toppings so that's a plus! My dressings of choice was just oil and vinegar. The large size is $8. Small is $6. You get two slices of toasted bread of choice with your salad.

Tonkotsu ramen tasted good and salty too. The servers were nice. I do think they expect you to know your order already to make a quick turnaround since there were constant ppl waiting at the door. Short wait on a weekday right when the doors open (in 100+ degree summer heat). But I don't think it was amazing and felt hyped up to me. Prob would not come again if you have to wait in similar heat.

When we walked in, no one greeted us or explained how the ordering process worked. We took our time looking over the menu and were pretty much left to figure things out on our own. To be fair, one employee was checking out customers and another appeared to be preparing food, so I can give a little grace there. After about 3-5 minutes, someone came from the back and politely asked how he could help. I mentioned that it was our first visit, and he instructed us to order our sandwiches with him. After taking our order, he immediately started preparing the sandwiches. Unfortunately, no directions were given about what to do next. We moved over to what appeared to be the sandwich topping station, where another employee was working. He never acknowledged us, and by that point, both the cashier and sandwich prep employee had disappeared to the back. We grabbed a bag of chips and headed toward the register, assuming maybe toppings weren't part of the process. When the cashier eventually returned, she looked at us as if she was wondering why we were standing there. I explained that it was our first time and that we hadn't received any instructions. She quickly apologized and gave us a rundown of how everything worked. As it turned out, our sandwiches were simply waiting to be dressed with toppings. While she was helping us, the employee who had been standing at the topping station the entire time walked off carrying completed sandwiches. I'm assuming he was handling to-go or catering orders, but his lack of acknowledgment made the experience feel a little cold and unwelcoming. Once we got through the ordering process, things improved. The young lady finished our sandwiches, checked us out, and we decided to dine in since the wind outside changed our plans to enjoy the patio. The décor was interesting, with lots of unique things to look at and talk about. We also loved the family feel of the space and the large windows that filled the restaurant with beautiful natural light. The sandwiches did the job and filled us up for lunch. The taste was decent, but I feel like I could have made better choices had I understood the ordering process from the beginning. This feels like a place that's very comfortable for regulars but not necessarily geared toward first-time visitors. Would I return? It's not at the top of my list, but I wouldn't completely rule it out either.
