The Pistachio (9/10) was my favorite. It had layers of crunchy texture, syrup, and mousse that all worked really well together. The Mango (8.5/10) was refreshing with mango pieces inside, a sweet syrup layer, and a light mousse, but after biting into it it was falling apart. The Black Truffle Suisse (9/10) had the perfect crispy exterior with a delicious truffle cream filling. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a little while, but I still really enjoyed the flavor.

Glad the line was short and the ordering process was smooth. The storefront could be a bit more organized, as the small seating area on the side can get crowded. I highly recommend their Mont Blanc mini cake. If you're a chestnut lover, you can't go wrong with it. It's not overly sweet and has light, delicate cake layers. The yuzu and mango cakes were also delicious. I've tried their sesame cake before, and it's another great option if you prefer something light and less sweet.

Late to review but a friend and I stopped by in March for a sweet treat when we were visiting from out of town. We walked in around 1 pm on a Sunday and the place was full but not packed. Their desserts looked so beautiful and pristine; it was hard to choose which ones we wanted to try. We ended up getting two of the hyper-realistic mousse cakes: the pear and the yuzu. I also got the sesame latte. Both the mousse cakes were amazing. There were so many components to each of them. The flavors and textures were such an experience to have all together. The sesame latte was really good too with such a fragrant flavor. I would definitely come back to try their other cakes!

Update to my review from a couple months ago--I came back to pick up a mini cake and a fruit trompe-l'œil mousse dessert and I was disappointed.... ...in how long the lines were! A surge in recent popularity meant on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm there was a line of 30ish people waiting inside to order. So much for my original plans to be in and out in 10-15 minutes! It took about 45 minutes in total--about 30 min waiting to order then 15 min waiting for the order. What I wasn't disappointed in was the execution of the cakes, the Ferrero Rocher cake $22.95 had a chocolate shell with bits of hazelnut in the shell and also in the center of the cake. The cake texture was fluffy and light, in line with Asian sponge cakes, and a whipped cream with a hint of hazelnut flavor. I wouldn't have minded if the cake flavor was a little stronger. The orange trompe-l'œil $10.95 was a feat! How they injected the liquid filling inside while maintaining the delicate shell with a perfect replica of an orange peel textured exterior--exemplifies a study in food physics for me. Not only did it look like a juicy citrus fruit, it tasted like one, and when you cut into it--kinda looked like you'd just squeezed a fresh one too. Gorgeous and delicious! I'll be back to try a some other fruits!

I'm not the biggest desserts person, so I fully expected to be underwhelmed by these desserts. Especially because I feel like everyone always says it's overhyped. I just wanted to try it for the novelty, but I actually loved these so much! It is on the pricier side, but it was nice for a big group of us to just share a bunch and get like a bite from each. It is really hard to split because they're so delicate, but we managed. I personally liked the blueberry the best, but the pear and mango were also really delicious. They really captured the natural flavor of all the fruits!

My bf's mom and cousin stopped in to grab us a few treats. Ordered: *Garlic Butter Croissant - warmed up *Pistachio Cube *Coconut Flake Bun *Blueberry dessert *Mango dessert - mango shaped *Coconut dessert I didn't try many as I wasn't feeling sweets but they all got rave reviews. The garlic butter croissant was SO GOOD, though, and (unexpectedly to me) filled with a rich, buttery cream. Prices were sooo reasonable for the quality and delicate nature of these desserts.

My son enjoyed every one of the 4 visits we made here during our 2 day trip to NYC. The mushroom pastry was a favorite.

Four and half stars. Alright we love the fruit pastry trend. The mango so good. The flavors are just right but it is super messy and fragile to eat. The pistachio I have had better elsewhere. We wouldn't order the pistachio again but we would certainly order the mango again!

Dropped by on whim to satisfy my sweet tooth. The pastries are the definition of aesthetic, with each one tasting similarly like their depiction. We got the mango pastry, which was not overly sweet but retained a hint of mango flavor. Service was quick and efficient. Location is easily accessible via the subway.

Swung by on a Sunday around 11 and there was really a small line of people. The display case for savory pastries was full but the sweet pastries were almost half empty (they seemed to be in the middle of replenishing it as I left). I ordered the orange, mango and mushroom suisse. There was a bit of a wait for the orders but it wasn't too bad. The cakes were secure in mini boxes and everything was packed into a nice paper tote bag for take out. The desserts were very delicate upon first glance but also easy to break apart (so things got a bit messy). The orange dessert had a more mellow and lighter flavor compared to the mango one. It had a orange mandarin jam center covered with a vanilla cream layer. I didn't really care too much for the chocolate rice crisp bottom layer. The leaves were maybe peppermint though if it was mint then that would make the whole dish edible. The mango dessert was sweeter than the orange one. The mango jam filling was sweet and had a few pieces of mango that were a bit sour but didn't take away from the overall sweet mango flavor. The cream covering the jam must've also been mango flavored. I really liked the mushroom suisse! I reheated it in the microwave for a bit before eating it. I loved the crispy exterior as it contrasted well with the softness of the puff pastry middle. The mushroom filling was also tasty as it reminded me a bit of cream of mushroom soup. I'll be giving their other savory pastries a try during my next visit. FYI, if posting on socials for the complimentary pastry, do so before ordering.

sooo goood! the presentation was so pretty and the taste was immaculate. i loved how the fruit ones have pieces of the fruit inside, and i like how it wasn't too sweet. it was a perfect balance of fruit and sugar, and definitely a good treat for a hot day out.

the traffic light matcha was great! mango cold foam paired well with strawberry jam -- it's the perfect summer drink i have tried their blueberry cake and it's also really good! soft cream and cake, not too sweet, balanced flavours! service was so good -- the staff are always so friendly and helpful!

That was a fun treat. Took the kids just to spoil them with something sweet and their desserts are definitely memory making for sure. We all shared a few different things and I think we all had different favorites. The fruits are dazzling, but the cloud really stood out to me. The texture was really nice and not messy like the fruits. If I could do it again, I'd like to try more treats that had more chocolate!

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

Hugo Spritzes were our cocktails of choices, and their bartender serves up an excellent one. We started with an appetizer special that day, as there was a new chef trying out his take on burrata. Soft outer shell and some of the creamiest mozzarella center I've had, and the tomatoes were very fresh and well seasoned. Well done! The lobster omelette had lots of lobster chunks, a silky warm butter sauce, and was fluffy and light,. The striped bass was seared perfectly and served over a bed of seasonal vegetables - excellent!
