Casual steakhouse with spectacular food and prices. This place gets packed so be prepared to wait, but sooo worth it ! I had the fried onions came with house sauce and asked for ranch as well. Nice crunch and seasoning and paired well with the steak as a side. Potato soup was loaded potato with chives bacon and sour cream. It is creamy and delicious THE MAIN EVENT !!! The t bone was so tender and juicy and flavorful - my mouth is still watering and I'm FULL !! The sweet potato is a MUST ! The roast it and the inside is creamy with sweet butter. We were greeted and seated quickly. Pedro was our server and he met all of our request. He was so friendly and always followed up to make sure we were getting the service we anticipated. This used to be one of the best steak houses around. Well that has changed big time. I ordered a New York strip and it was as thin as paper. Let's start with the wait. They said 10 minutes. It was 2. Server - one of the most positive and attentive people you will ever meet. Never missed a beat. Food - amazing. I tried the pineapple margarita which was ok, but the fried mozzarella that was recommended was perfect. I had salmon oscar which was amazing. Then two other people checked to see how we were doing. I came for the cheesecake. The cheesecake ended up getting into a comming with the white chocolate sauce with also a strawberry garnish to go on the side. I also ended up getting one of their daiquiris that was frozen. It was Chardonnay swirl, and it was really really good. I suggested this place tonight at 10 service at the bar was amazing in all aspects. She constantly kept checking up on us and making sure we didn't get anything else which was great for me because I don't like always constantly calling Waitress over to get my tablet to order some thing else. EXCELLENT service at dinner tonight by Ms VANESSA. I have not dined at Saltgrass in a while because of poor service we received on our last visit. But I do love their food and steak is my husbands favorite and since were celebrating his promotion we decided to give it another try. Glad we did because I sure did enjoy their great tasting steak once again but this tine around we had the best dining experience thanks to Ms. Vanessa. We visited on a Thursday night around 6pm and thoroughly enjoyed our experience!! We were promptly greeted by our sever, Jakob. Let me tell you... he knows his menu! He gave us great recommendations and was overall very knowledgeable and helpful (our first time btw.) We ordered the crab cakes and range rattlers for appetizers; AMAZING! Our entrees consisted of a 22oz porterhouse steak and 16oz Ribeye, which were both cooked to perfection! Ended the lovely evening with a ginormous slice of cheesecake that just melted in your mouth. My mom loves this place and wanted the family to dine with her on her birthday. Daniel was our waiter and he served our party of 8. I was so impressed on how efficient he was. Drinks were on automatic refill. This means that we never had to ask for refills. He knew when to bring them out. He ensured that each course came out at the right time (e.g. appetizer, salad, entree, dessert). The food was very delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. My favorite was the fried pickles.
