Backyard patio has some big bricks for the kids to play with. Parking is a bit confusing at first but there's additional parking to the side if the entrance lot is full. We sat outside and ordered the following dishes: Coxinha (shredded chicken croquette) was excellent and very kid friendly. Crispy on the outside while incredibly creamy and soft on the inside. 9/10 Bolinha de Queijo (fried cheese balls) were my son's favorite, basically their version of mozzarella sticks. 9/10 Pizza Queijo, cheese pizza with crust stuffed with Brazilian cream cheese, really good. 8/10 Espetinho de Chicken Heart, my wife's choice and she loved it. Dense, slightly chewy, and best with lime and the creamy pepper sauce the waiter brought after I asked. 8/10 Strogonoff de Frango, the standout main dish. Rich, creamy, perfectly seasoned sauce with excellent rice and crispy potato sticks. 9/10 Caipirinha Tradicional, solid and paired well with the savory dishes. 9/10 Caipirinha de Caju, my wife loved it, perfectly balanced sweetness. 10/10 Brigadeiro (dessert) taken to go. Small but tasted as expected. 7/10 Pricing is mid range and actually lower than expected overall though drinks can push the bill up quickly. Overall, great vibes and a very enjoyable experience. Best suited for dates, special occasions, or family outings. I would definitely come back, especially to try more appetizers, different pizza options, the Strogonoff de Frango again and try some new dishes. 4.5 / 5 rounded up!

I miss going to Brazilian cafes when I lived in the LA area. There aren't many in Houston sadly…read more I visited on a holiday and didn't have reservations. Luckily, they were able to seat me anyway. This is a casual restaurant with a full bar. I was going to eat 4 times today, and needed to pick something light, but ended up with the escondidinho de carne, a shepherds pie like dish, chicken skewers and a dragonfruit caparinha. Cocktail- served in a lowball and looked great upon presentation. This tasted pretty good, but ended up being so small with a lot of ice, unfortunately. Skewers - these were pretty good with a nice grilled flavor. I loved the texture. Escondidinho de carne - this is a really good dish with ground beef that doesn't have many veggies like the Irish version, but still very good. The visit was not without a miscues though. I asked the waitress for an extra plate when she brought the entree out, but she never returned. Then, at the end, I finished my meal and nobody was coming to my table to give me my ticket. I had other places to be so I had to walk to the register and ask for my bill. Another person at the bar, who I had never seen come to my table, prepared the bill so I could pay. This was a little bit awkward and just seemed like the employees were flustered due to the holiday or something and just forgot about me entirely. If I ever return, I will have to come back and try the steak on my next visit. It looked really good!

I am craving it days later and have recommended it to everyone I know! The ambiance was wonderful and it was really clean! The staff were so friendly and helpful and since I made a reservation, we were seated right away! They had a salad bar and let us know we could go anytime. They started us out with these amazing cheese rolls that I want all the time! I love them and will come back and be sure to order multiple orders of them! The picana was tender as were all the other meats! It was $70 pp and we added cheesecake for a birthday! We also got drinks which made the dinner that much more divine! A+ we will be returning and I am sad I didn't take pictures because I starved myself the whole day due to anticipating this dinner!

It's a medium-sized venue, and there is a private room for small parties. I enjoyed being there, and I would recommend it for families, couples, or colleagues. With an open dining room, people-watching was also fun. I mean...the service is about as good as you can get anywhere! The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable (even willing to joke around). My favorite is the lamb, so they joked with me a bit. The Lamb Chops were better (that is gamier) than the Leg of Lamb. My wife doesn't care for the lamb, but she likes the other meat offerings plenty. When we asked for specific meats...they would bring them. Competitors' staff say they will bring something, but Bitelo's staff actually delivers! My only feedback is that they didn't proactively offer to change out my dirty plate (which was quickly being overrun by lamb shop bones). Let's talk about the salad bar (which we always enjoy at a Brazilian Steakhouse). While others host larger selections, Bitelo hits all the high notes, and fewer offerings actually make it more perfect for us. The bite-sized cheese breads are AMAZING, however, I do prefer the Polenta that other places will serve over the mashed potatoes. Highly recommended!

This is supposed to be a fine dinning experience and not even in McDonalds I get this kind of bad service. I work at a steakhouse so I know steaks pretty good and I got this awful server arguing back and forth with me of how medium steak looks like ..... I understand different dishes take different times but if the staff knows it's a birthday celebration. You can't sell dishes with 15 min between each other. Then, this poor excuse for manager comes to "talk"to us and instead of apologizing for the lack of service. She says" oh well, what do you want me to do" . " Well I'll go for the rest of the food and we will see at the end". So not counting : -lack of service from server -poor communication between staff -non existent people skills from management. The attention that we saw between the service from tables getting full experience and us was incredibly noticeable. It's amazing how the place is still open by way they run this restaurant. Definitely warning people not to waste their money h

Our server was exceptionally attentive and polite, making sure to get our drink orders placed right away so we weren't left waiting.Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious--from the fresh Market Table and cocktails to the main entrees and desserts. It goes without saying: if you are planning a visit, eat light during the day and save your appetite for Fogo. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back!

We were originally planning on a different place, but I recently found out that this spot opened up in Bastrop. The place is smaller and a bit less fancy than the Brazilian steakhouses in Austin, but the food is just as good. I'd even argue that some of it were even better. I'm a huge fan of the parmesan pork, even though most people find it too dry, and it was better here than at any other place I've tried. The salad bar was smaller than what I'm used to, but the selection was great. Everything that I tried was delicious, and the others in my group who tried other things were very pleased, too. Everyone in our party had their own personal favorite. My four-year-old granddaughter couldn't get enough of the sausage, which was quite good. The service was outstanding, which I've found to be typical of these types of restaurants. The service staff (and I'm assuming the managers) were on top of everything, keeping our drinks filled and frequently asking if we needed anything else, but managed to also be unobtrusive at the same time Towards the end of the meal, they began asking if there was any particular cuts that anyone wanted, and they filled our last requests. I'll admit that I had more Caipirinhas than I should have, which likely made my experience even more enjoyable, but we all had a great time. We all enjoyed the experience very much, and while it was indeed pricy, it was still considerably less expensive than I would have paid in Austin. I'm super-happy that this is an option in Bastrop. I'll absolutely be visiting again, and I really hope that it does well enough to be a permanent fixture.

One big salad bar table initially struck me as "too small," when compared to larger Brazilian steakhouses we've visited. But I was wrong!! It was packed full of small bites and breakfast favorites -- and as we sat, more bowls and dishes kept getting added or refilled. All was fresh and delicious! The meats were delightful, especially the picanha (beef or lamb--both were yummy!). And the Brazilian lemonade served at brunch was so luxurious!! Don't miss the churros for dessert!! They're stuffed (as were we, but I never turn down a churro!). Hubby wants to buy those for take-out! Best of all, was the service. This is a small venue, so attentive service is pretty much guaranteed, but they do it so well! If you want it, they bring it! Chimichurri, more sides, more drinks, special doneness on your meat. Quickly, and with the most gracious smile! Haven't seen the fellow with the meat you want? Ask!! He'll show up at your table in a blink! Give Espadas a try for your special evening or Sunday Family Brunch!! Enjoy!!
