    Shahblat and Baklava

Been going to this place for years and never a disappoint. All their pastries are to die for. Nancy's very accommodating and patient if I can't decide what to get each time I visit. Place is always clean and lots of parking.

A small hidden gem in Anaheim was definitely delicious! We got some different baklava's and they were extremely flavorful and cut into small bite-size pieces. I loved the donut holes with honey. A must spot for a sweet tooth craving! This bakery had seating and they offer cakes and drinks as well. It is a small little café, very intimate. I can't wait to go back and try out more.

    Assorted Finger Baklava. Yummy!

Lady behind the counter was so kind and welcoming! Gave us a sample of their really yummy baklava. Fresh and just perfect! Wonderful bakery. Wish they were closer because their baked goods are delicious. Worth the visit!!

Diamond walnut Baklava, bird's nest walnut baklava, and Shabiet (ashta cream inside)

My co-worker loves baklava so I wanted to find a good one for her and saw this place with lots of good reviews about baklava. I came during my lunch break and parking was no trouble at all. The place was spacious with a good selection of desserts to choose from. The lady was helpful and offered me a free sample as well. I got the diamond and bird's nest walnut baklava along with their Shabiet ( filo sheets with ashta cream inside). The baklava was flavorful and on the crunchier side. There wasn't a lot of simple syrup which I appreciated because the other baklavas I usually eat are drenched in syrup making it hard to enjoy the overall flavor. They have an option for additional simple syrup on the side if you want your baklava to be sweeter. The Shabiet was also delicious; the filo sheets had the perfect amount of simple syrup and the ashta cream inside wasn't too sweet. Overall, a great balance of flavors! Will come here again to try other desserts.

Came in to grab some sweets and I had to drive a little straight because I thought the place was closed if you are here the first time you might be mistaken with the closed store. The service was friendly and they have a verity of sweets. I picked pistachio maamol and one extra yellow circles they have and gave it to me for free. The yellow circle was not as fresh but okay. The prices are decent for the sweets too. Its not a place to sit and chill just pickups.

I have no clue what this is called. The receipt says Faysalya (faysalieh). Shredded dough, custard, pistachio. Yum.

I got so many pastries. There were no misses. My favorite of the bunch was the blueberry cake. The cake wasn't too sweet, was moist, fluffy, and tasty. I enjoyed the matcha cheesecake, garlic sea salt bread, and raspberry cruffin as well. I also grabbed an egg bacon bread and regular sea salt bread to-go for future breakfasts. Warmed up, these were great in the morning! To drink I had the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte which was not too sweet and yummy! Good matcha flavor and the banana pudding was creamy. Mixed together, it was good. I also enjoyed the crunchy bits in there as well as the real banana slices. I got it at the small size, but the portion was generous. It went well with the pastries. There's some inside seating and tables as well as a bathroom available. There is lots of free parking around the bakery. I went in the afternoon on a Sunday and it was still packed! I love how the bakers were constantly baking even in the afternoon, so they brought out fresh batches of their pastries. Overall, a great bakery and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Fullerton area.

I ordered the Káiser, and it was as pretty as it was delicious. The combination of marzipan and fresh strawberries was unique, balanced, and not overly sweet. It was freshly made, beautifully presented, and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Everyone in our group enjoyed their desserts, and it was the perfect way to end a graduation celebration. The staff was friendly, the desserts came out quickly, and the quality was excellent.
