He was out to measure my door the same day so he could order the supplies he needed. A few days later the screen was ready and he was out to install it, once he got it in he didn't like the way it was fitting into our door so he quickly said he'd be back in an hour so he could go cut it down to size a bit more. Craig did a great job on our 5 screen door repairs/replacements. He immediately called back after we left a message, made an appointment with us and arrived on time with a smile on his face. He assessed the state of our screens and assured us that we did not have to replace any of them, because he could fix them all. He proceeded to to just that. I didn't appreciate his attitude. I spoke with him over the phone, met with him in person for the estimate and delivery, and all three times he spoke unprofessionally and with arrogance. He belittled my questions. The day that he was supposed to deliver, I stayed home for half a day, but he told me the day of that the screens aren't ready and we have to reschedule. So I missed a half a day of work and pay, and the end result wasn't good either. The window screens are not fully sealed and bugs can enter from around the frame. I had to have them fixed read more

I needed a new screen for my slider so I ordered one from Lowes. It took 5 weeks to arrive and when it did it didn't fit...even though we gave them the correct measurements. I wasn't about to go through that again so I got on Yelp and found Craig at Screen Repair Services. He came and looked at my screen and we decided it would be better just to replace it rather than repair it. He just came back with the new screen and while he was here I had him replace the screen in another door. His prices are very reasonable and it was done within a week. I would highly recommend him.
