Found Craig on Yelp and had him do some screen repairs based on the great rating - he definitely lived up to it. Craig repaired four window screens and a sliding door screen. Left Craig a voicemail on Saturday morning and he returned my call within the hour. It was more convenient for us to drop the screens off at his shop and he had the screens completed on Sunday. Craig's prices were very reasonable. Now for the good part. For the sliding screen door, Craig also replaced the two lower guide wheels. Keep in mind our screen is over 18 years old and not very good quality to begin with. I had some trouble setting the slider and adjusting the wheels. I called Craig on Monday morning and he came to our house and made the adjustment! No charge and the screen works great. Now for the better part. I was ready to buy a new screen door. I would has easily had Craig build a new door for a couple hundred bucks - the going rate for doors. However, Craig offered to just fix the door with no charge - awesome service!! read more

Well Craig did an awesome job. I first went to screen moblie and a guy came out saying I needed five screens replaced and four rescreened it would take two days and be kinda steep. I gave him the info from screenmobile and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone based on what I told him and I told him to come out to San lorenzo. He got there on time saw what the screens were like and he said there would only need one new screen (it didnt exist) and all the others could be rescreened. We settled on a price almost 50 percent less than screenmoblie and he did them onsite and was done doing 9 screens in 90 minutes. Half way through he saw I a screen I thought didnt need replacing but he said to take it down so they would all be done. No change in price. What a guy! He came out the next day and took the door off and then returned two days later with a beautiful door that has pet proof screening and a cat door in it! Craig is amazing! I had a screen installed from Home Depot, that never really worked well.It squeaked so loud and came off the track constantly. He came over and fixed it in one hour. It has been 6 months since Craig fixed it and not a squeak! The Home Depot service tried to fix it on two occassions and said that was just the way they were. Not so, thanks to Craig.
